Spent a good amount of money back in October 2020 to have the paralegal here file my custody case response and do the paperwork for me. It is very hard to get ahold of him, tried email, text, and left voicemails over these past few months to finally get the paperwork needed done.When I finally got a response, and they did the paperwork for me they misspelled all of our names and didn’t add the required information to the documents, that were to be submitted to the courthouse. When I sent him the correct info again asking him to update it I never got a response back to see if the correct, I dont know if it was properly submitted and for weeks now I’ve been trying to get in contact and can’t get a call back.Don’t waste your money here, ever day I go without this paperwork is another day I don’t get to see my daughter because it drags out the process longer and they do not care at all.EDIT:I finally got a response from Jesus Mendez and instead of rectifying the issue he decided to be disrespectful because of this negative review. I would definitely stay away from this firm. I would appreciate Jesuss boss message me if you read this, nobody at the office answers.

On october 27th 2017 the judge granted full custody to the dad of my 4 childrens cuz of me having an enviction which it wasnt my fault..their dad wasnt their for 6 months just by helping me taking care of our kids while i was working which by that time he wasnt working.. Too make my story short, i went through court for 11 months..each month was hell for me to get my kids back or atleast to have joint everything..i did what they ask for to able to get my kids back...i got my place 2 months later (december 2017) and there was no progress of me getting my kids back so i contact Mendez Legal Services to prepare my hearing and cuz of him helping me on everything the judge FINALLY heard me and show her proffs of me wanting the kids back and to be able to provide for them so NOW i have joint custody, joint physical cuz of MR MENDEZ! i RECOMMEND HIM 100%!!

I went to his office personally to ask him for the package that he sent to LA court so I could see why. HE DIDNT GIVE IT TO ME, why send it to me by email yesterday I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, he was paid and what he answered, well, you lost more for making that purchase. In other words, I lost because they made me a fraud boy with him I BELIEVED him and I also lose my money. I have the evidence. Do not trust do not give your ADVANCE MONEY TO THIS PERSON UNTIL THE DC OCUMENTS THEM AND CALL IN PERSON IF THEY HAVE A CASE WITH HIM. Im already Tired of being a single mom.
