Been here several times, but will NEVER come back. Walked in today, no customers in salon, lady asked if I had an appointment. I said no (sign outside in big letters No appointment needed) she told me she was only taking appointments and had no availability today. With no customers waiting she could have easily fit me in, but instead gave me attitude. Ill never be back.

Very UNsatisfied. Supercuts has a horrible reputation as it is and today verified that. The woman who cut my hair was terrible at blending. Very bold and obvious lines on the side of my head. She tried again and it didnt fix anything.. and for the icing on the cake, she said its because I have dirty hair. Im extremely hygienic and there was no chance my hair was dirty.But as they say, you get what you pay for.

Monica is amazing! She listens to the cut you want, then does exactly what you ask of her. Whole salon is professional, clean, and quick. I would not go anywhere else.

I like Supercuts in general since i have a really easy a-line haircut but this last time it came out awful and would probably not go back

They are charging $23 dollars for a basic males haircut. Took under 15 minutes. The price is way too high for a basic haircut.

Good, friendly staff, always welcoming. This place is clean and has fast service, I personally havent had any bad things to say. Just a small recommendation, call ahead to make an appointment, makes the visit way more smooth👍🏻

I live closer to 2 other Supercuts locations and even closer to all kinds of barber shops on the East Side.That being said, I will ONLY go see Jake at the Stockdale location.He always does a wonderful job on my hair...which is not easy, considering Im very particular about how I want to look when hes all finished.Ive never had a barber/stylist that Ive committed to before him.He offers knowledgeable tips on styles and products that have helped my confidence level immensely.I always have a great time and lots of laughs when Im there.Beyond that, the entire crew offers superb customer service. I am a professional who also works with the public and I know what great service should look like. They never disappoint and always operate with kindness and speedy service.Jake will be my go-to-guy when it comes to ANYTHING hair or beauty related.Thanks to Jake and the whole crew for helping me be the best version of myself!

Food was good and so was service

Use to be my spot for a quick trim after work or on the weekends. In the past 6-8 months, always busy and their online scheduling with the app never seems to be working. You schedule a time and arrive and they have no record of it. Found another location that is much better!

This is been the best place to get my father my son and myself haircuts.

The crew here always do a great job for my kids. They dont take short cuts or rush you through to get to the next customer. They get busy quick, so pick an off time to head in.

This is probably the best Supercuts Ive ever been at. Great haircut, very friendly! Ask for a stylist named Aide and you wont be sorry. She is very knowledgeable, very thorough and listens to find out what you want.

My experience was horrible I dont know whats going on with the staff here but service was good, while the actual hair cut was nothing elaborate and the stylist cut one side of my entire head shorter than the other; not at all what I asked for which was half an inch off the top and a four on the sides yet she came me about three inches off the left side of my head and a 2 on the sides while the right side of my head only had a quarter of an inch taken off. Definitely will never be going back to this Supercuts, and everyone else should take their business somewhere else this location is definitely not up to par on what it should be!!

On google maps and on the store front door said it closes at 8pm weekdays and I get there 7:50 and all the lights were off and the staff were in there hiding in the back. And I get into my truck and stay there for a bit and then they reappear just walking around back and forth. So then I left. Now that’s good business practices from manager (sarcastically speaking)

I have been going to this Supercuts for years. I love all the stylists at any of the stores. They will listen to what you want done with your hair. In addition, they are excellent at fixing a cut that you let your friends perform on your head that didnt turn out so well lol.

Haircuts are usually fine, but hours are unreliable. I showed up at 6:15 pm on a Saturday, but they were closed 45 minutes earlier than the posted time.

I love this Supercuts. Always get my hair cut here, actually the stylists at every Supercuts are phenomenal. Theyve got talent!

Occasionally there can be a little bit of a wait, but you can call ahead or use the web to put yourself on the wait-list while you are still on the way, so that makes it nice. I very rarely wait more than 15 minutes. They know what they are doing and the hot towel wipe down afterward is quite refreshing. They also trim my facial hair and eyebrows if I ask. (sometimes they charge a couple extra dollars for beard trimming). Overall, it is clean, well air-conditioned and pretty quick.Edit for Covid: they changed their hours so people with normal 9-5 hours cant get haircuts, which is annoying. also they dont do beards anymore, and i dont think they do hot towel service anymore either.

I always get great hair cuts from Jake at this location I went in last week and its really nice knowing all I have to do is sit down and he already knows what to do. I am very picky about who cuts my hair and wouldnt go anywhere else or to anyone else

Bad service didn’t listen to what i wanted, brought in photos and they said no that wont work and gave me a haircut they chose and it wasn’t even. One side of my hair was cut and not the other. Didn’t give an even cut with the clippers either and they didn’t even give me a mirror at the end just took the cape off and stood up. Didn’t blow dry the hair off my face. Overall terrible attitude and seemed like they didn’t care about their job talking throughout the haircut and just ignored me

Was quoted 35 minutes and 3 ahead of me when I came in. 45 minutes and five customers (two of whom had come through the door after me - Im guessing they used the app, which is the most awful thing Supercuts has done to their customers), I got tired of waiting and walked out. The hairstylists here do an exceptional job especially Monica. They also keep a clean, well-run store that gets very busy at times and I highly recommend calling in an appointment if you have a strict time constraints.

I asked for a fade the man did not even do a fade. And on top of that he cut my ear with the clippers. He pused my hairline back. On the back of my head he left a line looks like a bald spot. I DO NOT AGRREVWIRH TOU IF TOU WANT TO GO

Typical cheap hair salon. Nothing special and I think better for boys than girls. They dont do the wash and dry, only the cut. It isnt a place I would choose to trust with my own hair, but my 12 year old son is not very picky.

Kind of like going to a beauty school, you never know which technician you will get or how good or bad of a job you will receive. They do offer more services than similar lower grade salons, and offer discounts for those older than 55.

Ladies there are pretty quick especially if call in advance and make an appt.
