My son used to hate to get his hair cut but he LOVES this place! He is only 5 but the Barbers talk to him like a little man about Transformers & shows...they go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable!!! Yes they are busy at times but its WORTH THE WAIT for quality cuts!!!

Always satisfied with how Frankie cuts my 5y/o sons hair. My son isnt the easiest to work with, but Frankie always makes him feel super comfortable, understands his special needs and most importantly treats him with respect. We always book appointment because hes always busy - I completely understand why now. I highly recommend him and the rest of the team. Kudos to Vintage Cutz for a great establishment.

My grandson gets his hair cut at Vintage Cutz. Vintage Cutz has several barbers who are trained to do all the latest cuts. We have been taking my grandson to Vintage Cutz for years and he is more than satisfied with his haircuts. They also sell hair gel and other hair products.

Been getting a cut for the last six months and Im glad I swapped barbers. They are are organized and clean. They also have a website for appointments, its super easy to use. Also, all the barbers seem like really nice and chill people.

Top notch! These guys n’ gals will take very good care of you. You might have to wait a lil bit if you don’t have an appointment, but that is a good thing. This place is always friendly, and welcoming. I dont like the Mt. Vernon area, but I make the drive any time I need a cut. You can have a conversation with any barber at Vintage Cuts, unlike other barbershops around Bakersfield whose barbers can only communicate with themselves. They usually have different shows on the TVs, or casual music playing, unlike Herms, where you are overwhelmed with Drake, and Miley Cyrus music blasting at full volume. No homie hookup here, first person to write their name on the board, is the first one to be called. A quality haircut for the best price in town!
