Good haircut, friendly people, and the wait was well-timed by the app (finally). Just wish they would put the rewards program on the app...then it would be a 5-star job.

I dont understand this franchisee. The other locations in Fresno/ Clovis are open til 8 pm and well staffed. This location closes at 6 when some people arent even home from work and are always limited on staffing. The few times I was able to get in without an hour wait before Covid the service was decent.

I just saw your interview on Channel 23. You should change your hashtag to Its better to look good than to feel good. Do you really think you need a full salon to cut hair outside? How about changing your hours to early morning (Id get in at 6am to get my hair cut) and evenings. Set up swivel bar stools, large hand mirrors, and outdoor umbrellas. You know you have to be creative and tough to survive. Stop whining and get positive.

Walked in, they provided a mask, the barber wore a mask. The cut was great, the place is clean. They have procedures in place to protect those that are concerned about COVID.

They were closed with no explaination

The ladies here know what theyre doing and wont stop until your satisfied.

Got my hairs clipped today, I was looking like a wookie for a little bit. Got the special treatment with a nice conversation, a clean up shampooing with scalp massage and then got styled with a neck and shoulder massage. How does it get much better? Oh yeah, the discount. Great service, had me in and out and looking fresh. Thank you Sport Clips.

Ive had my haircut there the last two times. Both stylists, Anita, and Angelina were awesome. Super friendly, and very nice cuts.

Remi has always done a great job for me, and I have consistently liked my haircuts. She understands what Im asking for and its consistently a great haircut. All I could ask for is to like my haircuts, and the hot towel part sure is nice after a tough day at the office. I recommend the triple play!

This is the very first time in such a long time that I get someone to cut my hair that understand symmetry. I have been to other places that, even though I specifically tell them what I expect, dont have a concept of giving me an even hair cut. Thank you for my hair cut!!!!

I usually have a satisfying service at this location but its the second time that a hairstylist named Megan had been utterly rude. The first time, I ignored it and just assumed she wasnt having a good day but the second time was just downright disrespectful. She spent less than 10 minutes cutting my hair and I had to point out obvious patches of hair. My hair is uneven and I was dissatisfied that I went to another place to get it fixed. She was also unnecessarily rough, passive aggressive, and just didnt seem like she wanted to cut my hair. I never post reviews online but this person is so smug that I had to. I dont know if thats how she treats all customers or just people of color. Would not be coming back. Would not recommend this place. If you do go, avoid Megan.

Awesome it was nice to get a real haircut again.

Expensive but worth it. Nothing beats a nice chair massage and haircut. Definitely going back in a few weeks. Valencia was the best.

Great cut

Well I am sitting in the parking lot now after having one of the worst experiences ever at this location. My stylist, Megan, was completely rude and unprofessional with me. It was obvious she did not want to cut my hair. I should have just had my hair cut, but opted for the MVP, but it was nothing be very uncomfortable experience. She rushed through my cut being rough and snippy with me. I have been a customer for years, but if she is working I will not come back again. Hopefully, the manager reads this review because Im not the only one complaining about her.

I have personally had more then one bad experience at this location. Most of the hair stylists dont understand what you want and dont care to listen. Mixture of bad attitudes and unprofessionalism. I wonder how some of these people have a job. Its located in a very nice area. Its to bad the people working there arent more professional and good at cutting hair. Switch out the stylists or I will drive a little farther to the Market Place Super Cuts where they know what they are doing.

Hairstylists are very friendly and get the job done right. Jaime is awesome and such a perfectionist. Youll feel confident that youre getting the right cut.

We loved the treatment and our VIP treatment. Recommend this place especially for the men to be pampered like us women love our pampering at the beauty shop.

Every time I take my boys we have a great experience. They are now 2 and 3 and have been getting their haircuts here since their first one.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY HEATHER!!!!!!!! She did such a horrible job. My son has never had such a hideous hair cut in his life and when I asked her to fix it she simply said she didn’t want to. What’s even worse is the manager did nothing about it. Hate this place.
