So far so good, the girls in the transmission shifting! It took a long longer than I anticipated, they didnt have the vehicle ready when they said they would, but considering that the experience was okay Ill change that experience was good plus they gave me a discount of veterans discount which I really appreciate it that so thumbs up to all automatic transmissions, from Robert Thomas.

This shop was recommended by a friend of mine for some issues I was having with the transmission on my f150. I dont trust shops at all mind you and was expecting the absolute worst case scenario after they diagnosed it. I couldnt have been more wrong. The guys at All Automatic went above and beyond to find the issue with my transmission and got it handled for the price on the low end of the spectrum. Couldnt be happier. Broke down on 58 called them they came picked up my custom lifted truck. Stayed several hours after closing to rip transmission out and replace the pump so I can get back on the road to Tennessee. Highly highly recommend this company for all transmission needs. 10 stars all day if I could give it to them.

Not to bad. The east side store did not set up my appointment with the white lane store. But luckily they were not to busy and the manager was Jonny on the spot trying to get everything handled so I give him a 10 and the east side store a zero.

So I took a car that my husband and I just bought(it was gonna be his new work car) and the transmission was out! Joel took care of us and rebuilt the transmission and if you know how much transmissions go for, his shop gave us the best deal!He went above and beyond and replaced a hose at no charge!I appreciate the service and the honesty with working with him! thankyou!!

Wow! These guys made my weekend they service and rebuilt my transmission and it shifts great now better than before. They picked the car up from my house and delivered it back as I asked no problem. Very pleased with the service at this shop. Its hard to find trustworthy mechanics but i have definitely found it here with All Automatic Transmission. They spent 2 days trying to diagnose a weird clunk in my car that I thought might be the transmission, they couldnt find anything and didnt charge me for it, I ended up getting a transmission service while I was there and it was less the half the price at the dealership. They were quick with the service and stayed open late to wait for me to pick up my car since I couldnt get off work early. If I ever have any other transmission issues or when I need another transmission service in 30k miles I will be coming back here!

I wish there was a way to give 20 Stars I cant express enough the type of stress that a person is under when theyre dealing with transmission work this is the only type of work that can be done on a vehicle when a person if they wanted to be dishonest can tell you anything and you would just have to pay it cuz you dont know if its necessary work or not its a very specialty trade and these guys took my truck towed it in at no expense to me diagnostic was free and then they called me up and told me it was a simple $300 problem now everybody might not have the same outcome it might be a full-blown transmission issue but just the fact that they could have told me 4 or 5 grand and I would have had to pay it but they were honest thats what really did it for me Joel and everybody at the place was totally professional and made it a great experience and a little tip, they really like it when you bring them Donuts....... ha ha! Thank you again to everybody at All Automatic Transmission theres a reason why youre 5 star top ranked my Nissan Titans back on the road and Im back to work and I cant sing your Praises enough. And yes that picture is not a joke I really broke down on a street named Eric spelled the same way as mine I wanted to cry at first but I think its pretty funny now.

Would give it 0 stars if i could i droped my car of to have it looked and after 8 days they call me back and told me it just needed a small adjustment in the transmission then they told me for being patient with them there was no charge i went to get my car and my rear tires new tires i might add were bald plus muddy boot prints in my backseat and the beauty ring on my steering wheel broke and my window completely off the track. If you have a hot rod or classic or just care about the car you own DO NOT TAKE IT THERE!

He is always super honest and leaves me with a truck I can depend on. These people went out of their way to get us back on the road after tranny had a fit. A little pricey, but it is an RV, And a 93. After repairs it Pulled up the southbound grapevine with no problems.I would definitely recommend this place

My name is Terry Wayne Lilly and Ive lived in Bakersfield my whole life. Five years ago, All Automotive installed a rebuilt motor in my 2002 Ford F150. That was a great deal, the motor is stilll running great. Recently, they recommend me to another shop to repair the sme truck. I really trust these guys and I highly recommend them for transmission work. If youre looking for a good transmission shop, people you can trust, Alls is the best.

Make sure you ask if they are very busy. They had my car a couple of days and did nothing to it. They should of told me they were booked. Unprofessional!!

I cannot thank the guys at All Automatic enough. They treated me with respect and kept me informed throughout the process with pictures and messages. My 95 Camry needed a complete rebuild; and being a student I was intimidated given the prices for remanns online. However, everyone at All Automatic took care of me: discussing pricing, expected time, and financing. They even went the extra mile for me. Not only did they mail my rebate, they also installed my new axle boots ( I had the parts) free of charge. Everyone there understands that transmission issues are not fun and it shows through their empathy as they do their best to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Dishonest

We were starting on vacation, leaving from Porterville. Seen that the transmission was leaking so we did a search and found All Automatic Transmission right off of Hwy 58. Perfect location. As soon as we got there, the guy said he could look at it right away. Plenty of room to detach 5th wheel. We were there all of 1/2 hour tops. It was just overfilled when we had it serviced. Happy news. Plus there was no charge. Great friendly people.

Made a Google plus account just to gripe about this place. Poor ethics and repair job. If your an average joe who knows nothing about cars they will rob you. Will quote you worst case scenario and that is what you will pay PERIOD, regardless of its a simple fix or not. They told me it was a leaky vent in my transmission, next thing I know Im shoveling out thousands of dollars for a rebuilt transmission which now isnt performing well at all so far. Then when they are done with your car, they put it in the dusty lot across the way. It was only in the lot for 3 hours and it was absolutely covered in dirt. I didnt even recognize it was my car. And DONT keep anything valuable in your car. Had about $20 worth of change in my change holder. Now its nothing but pennies. Speed is all they have, but who wants a speedy transmission job!? Very bad overall experience. Yeah they tow, they tow your hard earned money away and leave you high and dry.

I cant say how happy that I found all automatic transmission, my wife broke down on hwy 5 going to Arizona to see a very sick family member when the transmission gave out on her van and was stranded on the side of hwy 5; made a few calls and was told to call this company by another company. Joel answered the call and arranged the towing and even had enterprise rentals waiting on my family so they can continue on this emergency trip. Joel kept in touch with me and wife giving us updates and he had the van ready next day for pick up and even stay till 7pm waiting on my wife and two kids to get there safely!!! Thanks to AATS this could of been a disaster but they put me and family at ease!!!If I wouldve gone a different route I wouldve paid like 30% more no BS!!! I am a trailer transporter out of Minnesota, my truck went into limp mode and I was in big trouble. stoped at a shop north of Bakersfield and was told the tranny had to be re-built. I was not so sure of that and called All Automatic, I limped the truck 20 miles to them and within 5 mins they where looking at the codes and truck. After 30 min. I was on the road with nothing more then a relay problem......Cost to me was Zero. Super honest shop and very knowledgeable of my 48re transmission. The striped the bolts on my starter, in stalled the flex plate backwards forcing the bolts in to the back of the engine putting deep scores into it and refused to fix what they did. Will never go back or refer any one to them
