Joe Jr took great care of my 2017 Toyota Tundra. Camping in Kernville and pulling my travel trailer, my breaks were shot. I was not pulling it down the mountain till brakes fixed. Joe Jr got them fixed on a Saturday so I could head on to Yosemite the following day. Professional interaction, friendly, reasonable price, and no more vibration when I brake. I would highly recommend.

When travelling through California we got a flat tire. In the evening we found Joes Auto Repair and asked if they could help us. They were just closing but still wanted to help us. It just took him 15 minutes to fix the tire. We are very thankful for the help and for saving a part of our vacation!

Lets just start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. Im a 22 year old women and this is my first vehicle so its safe to say I dont know much about vehicles. I brought my car in with a coolant leak and was informed I needed a new radiator. The man gave me a reasonable price and I said yes. I thought I found a good mechanic who I could trust, sadly I was mistaken. I spoke to my grandpa who asked me to check to make sure he was also replacing the theromstat, so I called Joes and he told me no he wasnt. My grandpa told him he needs to do what any GOOD mechanic would do and replace it. Joe still didnt replace it even after we asked him to. Joe told me the car would be done that night but probably tomorrow morning. I go to a show 45 minutes away and get called at 7pm and told I need to come get my car in an hour or he would leave it on the street in a not so great neiborhood. Luckily my aunt was able to get it and asks him if he replaced the hoses, again he says no but informs her that I need to replace them and the radiator cap soon. My aunt asks why he didnt tell me that and he says he only does what needs to be fixed now. He is a horrible machanic, I called and asked 4 other machanic their advise and they all said he was terrible and that you should replace all of that when replacing a radiator, which I gladly would have paid for to avoid a problem later on. Also, to top it all off tried to scam me out of $10. Said the inspection would be $15 and labor would be $75 which would be $90 but tried to charge me $100. If you like mechanics who rip you off this is the place to go. Thanks Joes we will not come again!!

Been using joe for 3yrs now. My first encouner with joe was i took my car in to get a quote on rebuilding my motor. It had lost a ton of compression and barely ran. Come to find out it was a 60$ part. And to top it off he told me what part to get and i did it myself. I wouldve never known had he charged me for a full engine rebuild because i was prepared to pay 6 or 700$ already. The most honest mechanic in town. Hands down! Him and his 2 boys are there 7days a week rain or shine. I highly recomend joe and his boys for any automotive needs.

I have been twice and they did a good job with a fair price. I bought the materials and they changed the oil and the battery of my car. I like the attention and the security that they will not charge me extra prices. They are very specific about what your car needs. I recommend it.
