My experience at Sassy Nails Spa went great! She did my nails and was very communicative. She paid attention to what I wanted as far as shape (almond), and spent a lot of time making the nails look the best they could, even doing three coats.Highly recommend!

I have been coming here consistently for the past 8 months, and my nails are typically done very well. The technicians pay attention and nicely ask you what you want. Highly recommended!

Don’t go there last time I went there I said I want a full set I told him short acrylic nails and I chooses the color and told him btw the dude who did my nails named Alex after I told him what I wanted he chooses do gel nails for me shape them the way he wanted over charges me made my fingers bleed I jumped multiple times because he was hurting me and I told him multiple times stop u r hurting me he kept pushing my skin even pulling my hands I left with nails that I never wanted and the nails are so bad I am not happy don’t go there and if u still do don’t get Alex and while I was sitting in this chair at least 5peiole came in and said my nail fell if I just got it done yesterday one of my nails fell off to don’t go there

DO NOT come here. The staff is rude and don’t listen to what the customer is asking for. Walked in with natural long almond shape and left with vert short nails. The nail tech cut my nails off before talking to me. Highly suggest you find another place. If I could give negative stars I would.

I decided to go this place to treat my daughter and myself to pedicures. They were so nice to my daughter customer service is amazing and its been 2 weeks and still no chips in our pedis! Im a regular now :)

This salon cares more about rushing you in and out versus their quality of work. Staff is rude with attitudes if you ask them to do your nails a certain way in spite of you paying your money. I got glitter polish and some nails had very little glitter while others had obviously more, nail tech, I believe he is the owner, told me he was not going to take it off and to just go with it, instead of just adding an additional coat which would have corrected the issue. Now I had stopped going here because of their quality of work but decided to go back this once and got a reminder of why I stopped going. The new salon that I found does my glitter nails perfectly I just did not have time to drive there and wait this day. I will never go back here, I will not pay my money to be insulted and to not have my nails done how I like them. Another thing, Ive never seen them sterilize any of their tools, they use the same files on each customer, they just reach in and grab them out of a drawer. Also the good nail techs never stay long at this salon, their turn over is crazy. these are additional reasons why I stopped going to this salon.

So let me start by saying I don’t normally write reviews. But the lady I got here was HORRIBLE. I went in for a fill. She BUTCHERED my nail bed that was exposed. She went insane with the drill. Left BIG AND DEEP indent in my nail bed that were bright red and cut me at least 4 times 😩 The color I wanted she tried to put on but realized they did not have enough to do the other hand. So I chose a different color. She got the color and put it on top of the one wet gel nail she had already painted with the other color. When looking at the new color after one hand I realized it was not a color I liked (I hadn’t put it under the light yet). She tried telling me “no it’s fine” 🙄 No. so I chose a different color. I also apologized to her for the inconvenience. This was my “yeah this is 100% not going to be good” moment. She tells me to put my hand under the light with the unwanted color. So I do so and choose a new color. She puts the new color on top of the old color of one hand and paints the other. Someone who isn’t licensed could have applied the gel polish better than her unfortunately. My nails are discolored, sore, uneven and bubbly and I’m so disappointed. I hope they take her off acrilycs so no one else has to have their nails jacked up. Overall you can tell she was just super careless.

Went in totally unaware of what design I wanted but knew I wanted multiple with several colors. They help me!! They were extremely accommodating and were nice enough to fix any errors / things I wanted last minute. Definitely recommend!

This was hands down the BEST pedicure I have ever had. My manicure was done very efficiently, which is awesome for people. My nails look amazing, and Ill certainly be back again.

Came in on a Wednesday and asked for a basic manicure. They said 10/15 minutes, a girl walked in about 10 minutes after me asked a full set they said 30/35 min, a tech came in and asked both watch full set, I said no. I just need a manicure, the other girl said full set. He said oh okay you can’t come to me and you can wait. First off, I’m in business that’s a horrible way to do it. I know you get more commission for the full set. But knowing I was basic you would’ve got a good tip from me! So I won’t be coming back! Horrible way of doing business!

Made an appointment and showed up 5 minutes early. Was told when I walked in that they are behind but I was next. Waiting 30 minutes past my appointment without any additional acknowledgement and left without getting my pedicure. They did not offer me water while waiting in their warm salon. Also did not appreciate the screaming baby and two fighting boys the entire time I waited. Did not know I was coming to a daycare. Will not return.

This was my first time at Sassy Nail Spa and they definitely have a repeat customer. I love my nails. They were friendly & professional. It did take a little longer then I would like, but I was worth.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in the area. The technicians do an amazing job at dip manicures which is no easy task. My nails always come out looking delicate and classy.

Okay if you need a gel pedicure go see Rachel OMG she’s amazing! She took her time and honestly took such good care of my feet and really pleasant to talk to! My pedi lasted almost a month and a half and still looked amazing! Highly recommend

This place is unorganized. They are not able to keep track of the service requested by customers or what order they came in. I witnessed over five customers(just during my visit) speak up and get upset about being there first. I noticed the lady that did my nails had a book and would write down when a customer came in, I realized this was for their tracking purpose and wasnt helpful to the clients. Then we play musical chairs w/3 or more chairs depending on how many times you are directed to do so at the convenience of the nail tech. I only had a fill and didnt feel all the chair moves are necessary at 37 weeks pregnant.Part 2: My thumbnail broke the next day. I called to ask if I can go in on Monday in efforts to avoid the craziness again so the nail shop approved. I went in at 10am(seen 1 other customer in) only to play musical chairs again and to be told I would have to pay for the repair. This place is wild and I would highly encourage you to avoid if you dont want to deal with the drama. I ended up leaving and fixing at Nail Bar & Lounge who had so many colors to choose from.

Used to love this place, but it has changed. The employee turnover is unreal. I went in to get a fill and a french done. They put me with some new guy. I had 3 different people there that I really liked and just when I would get used to one they would leave. I had gel on my nails from a previous visit. Never had an issue with going from gel to french. I had a broken fingernail and the guy filled it and was going to leave it like that. It was much shorter than my other nails. I had to ask him to put a tip on it. Then he gets ready to do my nails and I noticed that there was still nail Polish on under the fill powder. I tried to explain this to him. Finally after 3 different people the owner came out. At 1st they tried to tell me that it was the clear coat that was tinted pink. I told him that it was not and that it was my old fingernail Polish. You could clearly see the difference. He then said whilit was powder and you will need a whole new set. It was not powder it was gel Polish. Anyway, they did not really accept culpability just said they would take care of me next time I came in. I am done. I paid 20 bucks for the fill and immediately found another salon that is much nicer and their employees have been there for quite some time. It was very frustrating because I had gone there for a few years.

Had a great relaxing experience here today with my husband. The staff are very professional and did a wonderful job with my nails. Even though they were busy they did not rush to get done. The tech that worked on my acrylics paid very close attention to detail. I am very satisfied with my first time experience here. Highly recommend this salon.

Horrible job - they butchered my nails! The lady clipped them SO short they are on my nail beds and are nubs now.It was extremely unsanitary in there - nothing was in the individual single use packets, everything was just pulled out of a random drawer where they threw the used tools back into as well without cleaning them.I got the dip, and they caked it on. I will never go back and make the drive elsewhere.

First thing.. i made an apoinment and they didnt take care of it.. i had to wait for somebody to do my nails... take a look at my photo.. I think the nails speak for them selves... the worse I’ve ever had and they charged me $45

Great nail salon. They offered water when you walk and make sure to take great care of you. While I was there, a new lady had accidentally messed up a lady’s nails and they made sure that she left with nails she was loving.

EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL and PRECISE work. As long as I have been getting pedicures, this one is by far the best EVER!!! I got my pedicure done July 23rd. It is September 8th and it STILL looks like I just got it done. (Mind you if I was there I would have gotten a refresh). I also had an ingrown nail on my big toe that no one has ever been able to resolve. Sassy Nails resolved it!! My nail grows back the way it should. I am so extremely satisfied with this salon that even though I live in Illinois, I am planning to visit Sassy Nails during my trip back to AZ just to get my nails done! I love this place. And yes, you get what you pay for...worth every penny.

I went in for a mani-pedi with a girlfriend; this is her regular spot. And I see why. Staff is friendly; the color selection is plentiful and organized.

Poor customer service. What type of business owner says I dont care if you will be back when their technician is in the wrong Instead of correcting the issue. And I will not be back. Technician did the complete opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a fill and he starts to pops my nails. Im thinking maybe they are lifting because I had them on a while. He says I thought you wanted dip. I said no I wanted a fill. So after I ended up with something I didnt want I was still charged for the removal of the nails and the manager or whoever he was refused to remove the charge for the removal (which was only $12) and said its my fault. This place is literally around the corner from my house and I will drive across town to get my nails done before I come back here!

El pelon guy I don’t know if he is the owner but he needs to learn how to talk to customers. I asked how long it was the waiting for my mom and he yelled at me and had a bad attitude. I then lost my trust so I made the calculations myself and I got 112 but when he rung me up he tried to charge me 164. He then tried to say it was taxes and tried to save himself by saying, “ oh I won’t charge you tax this time”. But he was really trying to charge me more then it was thinking I wouldn’t notice.

I have been searching for a nail salon to go to and I finally found one! Was referred here by my last nail nail tech in california and IAbsolutely love this place! Got my nails done by Tracy and pedicure by vincent. Both were amazing and super nice! Will definetly be coming back 😊

Called in the morning and set an appointment for 4:30. Showed up at 4:20, they told us they dont do appointments. Didnt care at all that we called in earlier.

Great and clean salon! Big thing for me Seeing how clean they are. She did amazing on my nails I wanted a sunflower for my bridal shower and she did it perfectly! Everyone is very nice and welcoming i definitely found my new go to salon!

Really enjoyed my pedicure here. The salon is very bright and airy and no chemical smell. The staff is professional and I was able to get the last spot on a Sunday. This was my first visit to here and I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was incredible and they didnt rush through my pedicure like most places. The receptionist was also very welcoming and attentive. Im a very happy customer :)

I absolutely love this place. I am big on customer service and quality work and they have both! There has never been one time when anyone was rude to me or spoke over me. They always offer water or coffee. No rushing and they always have such a clean and calming environment. Just moved here, so it was hard to part from my usual nail salon. Either way, I got a gel manicure and the technician was very detailed and that is so important. She suggested the right things even if it was cheaper since I was getting gel on my natural nail. It was a really good and comforting experience since I was so nervous about trying a new place. Also it was clean and pretty inside!

Horrible quality not even 1.5 weeks all nails started lifting ever since Peter has been gone the service isnt the same my nails were wider than what my natural nails very rude techs. Was hoping things were as they were prior to the closing due to covid has Peter been there I know I would have stayed loyal to this facility but instead I am back on the hunt for good customer service and good quality nails.

Good experience

I wanted to update my review as my first experience was great. Everyone was nice and attentive. What impressed me was the technique of the manicure. The nail technician was so gentle I didnt feel any discomfort or pain and I almost always do. I will most definitely be back!

This salon is top notch! From the minute I walked in the door I received white-glove service. The shop is very clean and neat. The chairs are very comfortable and the message was on point. The tech who did my pedicure was awesome, great foot massage, almost like a reflexology. The products they use are high quality and non-toxic. This was probably the best pedicure Ive ever received and Ive been getting regular pedicures for the past 15 years in cities all over the US. What you get for the price point (which is surprisingly low) is well worth it! Looking forward to my next visit!

My nails came out good but probably couldve have been more detailed and precise. The massage was odd, it was like she was just rubbing my legs and arms. If that makes sense. They did have a lot of gel colors. Got a callus foot pedi, manicured gel finished nails and toes painted as well. I rate them as a B - place

I went for the first time on Saturday and I already cant wait to go back! I didnt feel rushed, everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxing and felt very clean. This place had great reviews on nails but I made a quick stop for a lip wax. I was sent right in since it wasnt busy and was out within 5 minutes. This was the first time I waxed in a long time so I had to do a bit more cleanup when I got home. I was taken care of by a pleasant lady.

I have tried so many times to like this nail salon. Pedicures are definitely a yes here. Fingernails they file/sand down the gel/dip off and nails are soft and brittle. Asked them to soak off, and told it was bc of my work and I needed to give nails a break. ( I have had gel or dip for years with no issues ). Had dips taken off one time she was filing my nail down and it was hurting I told her and her response was that she needs to do it to get the dip off.

Love this place! Went for the first time today & they got me in right away and took their time with the services I got. Only down falls were 1. They push and push for gels.2. I am totally for tipping but not how they about it with are you tipping me card or cash now? From across the room.

I went for the first time today. I had an appointment at 4:30 and right on time they took me back. I saw Mike this evening. He was great, listened to what I wanted. I got a hand and forearm massage and hot towel. Thats customer service! I will definitely be going back!

Great staff. Free wifi. Had a pedicure with French gel. I needed to work and they pampered me while I worked and offered to let me stay as long as I wanted. Clean.

The lady that attended me was nice but when she started to glue ont he nails she was quick about it she didn’t really make sure it was straight and when I asked her to fix it it took her a while to do it .she used the file to shape the nail she was filing really fast and hard that she cut me. She added the acrylic and also did it quick she really didn’t care how it came out. She kept touching the cut with the brush throughout the whole time my finger was burning and she just kept saying it’s okay it doesn’t burn. I will not go back their again .

Staff was very nice my first time, however Their material powder sucks.. Not long-lasting nails, I work in a office all day every day and for 1 nail to break in half its like ??? No big deal though I assumed they would fix it for free since its only been 3 days & The Owner still charged me $5, Too me that is unprofessional so thats fine! he can take that as his tip to fixing my nail but they lost me as a client who pays very good in tips and would of made really good money off me

I love this place ! The service here is great, I come very two weeks for a fill and pedicure and never have I been treated badly. Tommy the owner is always on top of things and asking how you’re doing and offering something to drink. I normally don’t do reviews but this place deserves it. Tommy, grace, crystal, and Jenny have helped me in the past and all of them are great!

I really have tried to like this place, but they always disappoint me. I go in to get a REGULAR nail fill which means it’s not a gel fill. This means it’s more economical for ME. The treatment I get is the worst! I always feel so pressured to a gel fill when I tell them NO!!! I just got a fill today and was told I needed a full set. I had just had a new set 2 weeks ago! The lady doing my nails kept shaking her head when again I said no to a gel fill! She didn’t even want to put a base coat before applying the color. I will NEVER go again! This happens to me every time I go. I will be looking for a new salon.

Even with an appointment I had to wait 15 minutes. Prices are higher than those listed. They charge extra to shape nails round and extra for dark nail polish. So expensive for just a full set.

People don’t understand English I had to go with 3 people to made them understand what I wanted. Pushing on gel and pedicure.. No hand massage, not even offered me hand cream, this Place is a freakin joke, POOR SERVICE So in top of that.. they over charge me PLUS TIPPED. I definitely I won’t recommend this place.

Ive been here twice and both times it was a long wait. But the first time I went I had a lady named mai and she was great! The second time I went had another lady and although very nice she did terrible.

The staff was rude! And seemed very unorganized! They made my daughter wait 30 minutes even though she had an appointment same time I did. The gel polish they put on her came completely off while she was doing dishes 2 days later. They left my 4 year old niece sitting at a table to dry her nails and never not once came back to check on her. My other niece left with 2 cuts and a burn on her fingers. They did not honor the prices they had posted. And my mother in law had a bubble in her gel polish that got purple gel polish all over her shirt when it popped later that evening! My family wont be back! They also flat out asked me to leave a tip (I paid cash) for the rude girl that did my nails.
