Walked in for an acrylic full set of nails today. . BEN took care of me and did a wonderful job. Very neat, beautiful nails!! Highly recommended him. Very polite and friendly conversation. . All the techs there were friendly and talkative and had a nice sense of humor. A lot of salons .. u just don’t always find that, a lot of techs just are dry and cold. Not here. Don’t let the location out the looks deceive you, this is a great salon. I went on a Sunday so not too much of a wait. I’m very satisfied with the service, the techs, And my nails.

If someone walks in with a picture and you can’t do it just say that!! They really sent my sister out like this because they don’t know how to shape nails! They’re really trying to charge 85$ for these & got mad because she constantly told them she wanted them thin not egg shaped and bubbly. Literally looked like a new person straight out of school did her nails NOT WORTH 85$!! so they cut her nails off and sent her out like this. Not even the same flowers look how tacky they did her flowers 😂 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

First time coming here and Ben did my ombré French nails. HE DID AMAZING and super nice to talk to definitely will be coming back!

It was me & my daughter’s first time here. I got a pedicure and she got a gel manicure. The older man did my pedicure. He was very kind, considerate & professional! He did a great job on my feet! My daughter’s manicure was done by the woman there. Her gel polish is lifting and on one finger came completely off. It’s only been 2 days! Other than that it was a good experience. (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names to reference them).

This was my 1st time in the shop. It was not busy since it was a Tuesday mid morning. Got seated right away. The Tech who did my nails was Ben. He was very nice understood my wants for my nails. He did not try to up sell me on any services which was very nice. He work very hard to clean up the mess on my nails from the last shop I used in California. He didnt charge me extra either. Very professional job. I definitely will be back. Im attaching pictures of Bens work so you can see how amazing he did on my natural nails, dipped in light pink.

After getting my nails done in Buckeye, I decided to find service elsewhere. I stumbled on this place in my Google search and was impressed by all of the positive reviews, and decided to check it out. Upon walking in, I immediately felt comfortable. Theyre pretty laid back, warm and friendly. In all the years Ive been getting my nails done, Ive never held a full blown conversation with anyone, but today I was talking to everyone. Their other clients were also very friendly. Dil did my nails and did a phenomenal job. Kim did the manicure for my toddler and was so patient with her, which I appreciated. Im so glad I found this place and all its positive reviews. We will definitely be returning.

In my 24 years of age i had never gotten gel nails or a pedicure, this was my very first time, and it wont be the last time @ this place! These people were really really nice and did a great job! I am missing half of my big toe nail and i don’t know the guys name but he did it very quick and did an excellent job, I totally recommend this place!

First time coming here and I was really impressed by the establishment. Its a cute, clean little place. The staff is friendly and professional. I got a much needed pedicure and will definitely come back again as I need to start trying to get pedicures on a regular basis. Might also have to try a basic manicure as my cuticles could definitely use some TLC. Also loved that they allow you to bring your own polish in as I got some as a Christmas gift and never used any of the 7 bottles and got a chance to finally do so.

I went in because I just realize this place was here!! I’m so happy I found it. Ben is so nice and attentive, I loooove how they did my nails & pedi. This will definitely be my nail place from now on!!!! Love It!

This place is only well reviewed because the owner pressures you to leave one. He tells you he will check before you leave..... nice guy but my nails did not even hold up two weeks before having to get completely redone elsewhere. The wife kinda had an attitude about me paying with a card instead of cash. This place is overall just okay, please don’t be fooled by the reviews.

Their customer service is definitely top tier. They always try to conversation & make you feel comfortable. After I came once, I never went anywhere else. 10/10 recommend

I got the dip powder nails there and although I love my nails, I have 8 total cuts from the tools and even from the file while filing them. I will not be going back. Everyone was pleasant however it will take a few days to heal and enjoy them.

Very clean, smells good so its inviting. Chill technicians and good vibes, not a lot of noise or chit chat. They took their time and did a good job! I got the gel pedicure. Wide variety of options including natural options. Oh and fair prices dont hurt either! Side note: I came with 3 other girl friends who also had a good experience, that is not an easy feat. Thanks Ben!

I absolutely loved my time! I was helped my both Ben and his wife I believe and they both spent extra time on my nails to fix a mistake from a different salon, no extra charge either! They take their time and I can tell it’s a very friendly environment from the way they interact with other customers! I loved this place.

Girls day 6 of us. 2 walked out liking what they got. G1 no where near what she wanted and 1 finger was crooked. G2 some of her nails looked bubbled. G3 simple design looked like a kid did it. G4 skimmed on the nail polish cut 4 fingers after saying ouch multiple times... Good things theyre nice and prices were decent, but we did not pay for what we got

I have been coming to Idol Nail & Spa for a year now and have received nothing but excellent service. The nail techs give your nails and feet marvelous care ! I get a peppermint or lavender pedicure that comes with the BEST foot massages !! After days of 12 hr shifts at the hospital it was really nice to get a spa day at Idol, thank YOUU !!!

My French tips were done freestyle. Just a stroke across the nail and no followup cleaning with a wet brush to get that nice round French tip. The shape of the nail was nice enough. Friendly place.

Budget friendly but mediocre quality. The old man is losing his eyesight and his shaping technique proves it, the nails are often rounded when they should be straight. He also does not remove the old polish before adding new acrylic or he paints over it, just lazy. They do not do nail art or specialty colors, so keep it basic.

I love my nails!! Not only did they take me in last min, but the did my toes too! With free gel!! I chose a yellow and nude pink and Kevin gave me the option for glitter and I loved it!!! I went here because it had a 4.7 rating. I went to get a pedicure and manicure. I was charged $15 EXTRA for gel nail polish. 15... that’s a whole lot for being charged on top of a $33 pedicure. Also, the toe separators were pulled out of the worker’s back pocket and used them on me. They already looked used. The tools didn’t come from those enclosed packages where you tear open. To say they were disinfected, I couldn’t tell you. I wouldn’t come back for the price nor the cleanliness.
