My favorite nail salon in Avondale! Always worth making an appointment because they do get just. Each tech takes their time and I appreciate it. My nails could last 3 weeks if I didn’t like to change the colors!

Theresa does my friends nails ALL the time and well I went with her this time and hers came out fabulous as always, however the gentleman that did mine kept hurting me (not his fault I didnt say anything) and I got ALL white nails which turned yellow the day I got them done. Ive had white nails before and this never happened. Any ways I have called them and told them about it and they are will to see me and fix my nails with no charge at all. I will be having Theresa do my nails this time. I want them done right the first time. I still give them 5 stars due to them owning up and taking action and fixing it for me. I truly appreciate it. Also Theresa is fabulous. She also does really good designs as well. LOVE my friends nails. Ill post again what my nails looked like before to how they will look after my appt today with them. Merry Christmas Eve to you all!! :D

Don did a manicure for me. He was very nice and you could tell he really cared about doing a good job.

Because I made a last minute decision to have my gel polish changed and didn’t have the time to sit through a full pedicure, (just a polish change ) the manager refused to turn my massage chair on and stated it is only for people who purchase PEDICURES !! I have never been to a nailshop with that much greed! First and last time I come here ! Also, I didn’t get a pedicure because I am not comfortable with people touching my legs (personal issues). So because of that I don’t have access to the massage chair.

Donna is great, she is bossy but i dont mind it.

Went here on Saturday was not to busy. Teresa did an awesome job and was very curious and polite to me and my daughter who was very curious about what was going on. Will be coming here more often. Thanks for the awesome nails.

The people were friendly and polite but the work I received was embarrassing. Two days have passed and 4 of my gel manicure nails are chipping. There so bad, I dont even trust them to go make them fox them. This was my first visit and my last. After paying $30 and a $10 tip for amateur work, I do not recommend.

My pedicure only took 15mins. they didnt even remove all of the gel i had from my previous pedicure. the guy left my big toes looking like i had more than 2 coats of gel polish, my little toes werent even polished all the way. horrible work, never again!!

Decided to go here due to the ratings and requested Lynn since I saw a few people say she is really good. I got there and she started putting on the nails and had to take a few off because she made them crooked... some of them are still crooked and aren’t the same length. I was really disappointed. Maybe I had too high of expectations since I saw so many good reviews for her?? Won’t be going here again. :(

This nail salon doesn’t even deserve one Star I waited for over an hour to get a fill and I didn’t get my nails done I walked out because they took these lady’s in and sat them down immediately when they walked in because they paid and tipped well. Also they used dirty instruments on my grandma when she was getting a pedicure. They didn’t care to Change out the bag from the previous person either.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and Sue usually helps me she does a fantastic job! Yesterday a new lady did my gel manicure and it looks bad.

The staff there are great. They never make you feel like youre being talked about and they are very friendly and open. Very creative and doing nails and they explain things to you clearly.

Amazing, the staff there is so wonderful. We love to go and get our nails toes and waxing done.

My mom has been getting her nails (and mine) done with Don and Theresa since 2004, and I still continue to come here because I have not been able to find a place that does such great work at a reasonable price. Their salon is very clean and they make sure all their tools, and equipment are sanitary. Ive had my nails done by all their employees and have never been disappointed. Everyone is extremely friendly, I always feel welcome as soon as i walk through the doors. They have an amazing variety of colors for polishes and gel. They do tend to get busy because they take walk ins, but making an appointment is always an option. Love this place, i don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anywhere else for a great mani/pedi.

Lynn usually does my nails but everyone does a great job. Lydia does really good eyelash extensions too!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Did ok on nails but I had make her redo my chrome 3 times so it would look right. Plus they did have the color I wanted. She aslo has an appointment that came in and was waiting for the nail tech and she was being really rude.

Consistent service and quality of work done. They go out of their way for elderly clients. They doted on my 80 year old mother.

I love this place my mother-in-law has been going to Don and Tresea for years now. I have no complaints until today. The stuff that they have is really good there. Except the young gentleman that one that is new hire. I have a young child that I brought with me to get her nails done and she started acting up a little I got after her and disciplined her to sit still and behave and gave her an ultimatum. After I had done so he felt the need to parent her and get after her as well. She had already stopped by the time he had said his two cents put in. And then when I told him that I am the parent and he doesn’t need to say anything to her he mumbled under his breath something that I have no idea what he said and then proceeds to stab me in the finger because I got an attitude with them. Needless to say I will never be going back to him I will stick to the people that I know do well in the salon and that is the original people.

I wouldnt give them any stars but it was the only way to post a review. I am not sure how this place stays in business. The person I dealt with was super rough, cut my toe then went in the back and didnt return for over twenty minutes saying she forgot and was so hungry. I will NEVER return there. They were horrible.

Worst customer service ever. Called to make 2 appointments at 1pm. Got there at 12:55. Waited till 1:40 to be seated and then waited 20 minutes before we got up and left. Then on the way out they just said sorry? Will never be going back again. Why schedule an appointment if you have to wait over an hour after that appointment just to be seated. Worst customer service

Nails started rising 2 days after getting them done. Quality is horrible not to mention they charged $50 for French tip acrylic (no gel) with design on 2 nails... rediculous
