Mike (The owner) was extremely professional. He was able to fit me in the same day to take care of the removal of an entire trailer full of boxes. I highly recommend this young man, very professional very courteous. Best pricing in town!!!

This is the first negative review i have ever given a business. I am not big on reviews, but this was shady. I was given a quote after i sent three pictures of what we needed removed. I was given a price and we agreed for next day haul off. They showed up and said it was was going to be 3x what they quoted me...but i did not add a single item to the original picture. DO NOT USE!

Five stars for these guys. Sammy Steinberger and his colleague came over promptly at the time they said they would. Very nice gentlemen, moved some doors, old bed frames and a couch. They navigated my couch out of my back patio and took all the way to the front, went the extra mile. Affordable pricing. Would definitely recommend.

Just used JDog Junk Removal to take a washer and dryer from the second floor of a rental house. They disconnected the machines and moved them out without damaging the house. They arrived on time and were speedy and careful. They work with charities and will donate the dryer and try to repair and donate the washer. If they cannot repair the washer they will disassemble and recycle the parts. I really appreciate having someone to call who can do all that and I just make one phone call. Thanks yall!

I needed a washer and dryer moved from my second floor apt to my new home and a old dryer hauled off from the home. Not only did he work with me on the timing (i couldnt get home until 6pm) but he also did the whole job by himself (impressive) and all in about 45min. He also disconnected everything and then hooked my dryer back up for me once it was moved into my home!! Saying he was fast, friendly AND affordable is a understatement!! The absolute best customer service Ive ever gotten from an individual, which speaks volumes about his business! I will definitely be keeping his number for any other moving jobs I have. Im sure he underestimated the time and effort required to remove a mix of dirt, rocks and concrete but continued even as daylight was fading. My realtor recommended JDog to haul away items left behind in my new house. She has since apologized. In April 2018, Mike (who has many glowing reviews) sold the Austin franchise of JDog to Damon and I think the quality of service has dropped. Damon is hard-working and polite, but hes disorganized and overextended.While removing junk from my garage, Damons assistant accidentally knocked over a bookshelf and the corner punched a hole in the drywall. He immediately offered for someone to come back and patch it, and we could wait until the damage was repaired to pay him for taking the junk. But it took almost a month of back-and-forth and missed appointments to repair this accident.For the first appointment to patch the damage, I took time off work and waited the entire 2-hour window for someone to arrive. When no one showed, I texted Damon who admitted that he had scheduled the appointment with me but forgot to schedule a work crew.We rescheduled for a second appointment, which understandably was canceled due to dangerous weather.We rescheduled for a few days later, and I received an automated email from the JDog system to indicate the time window (like every appointment so far). For this third appointment I again took time off work, and again no one showed after 2 hours. This time Damon was completely unaware of the appointment and blamed the JDog system.Finally on the fourth attempt, Sammy came by and was very friendly and repaired the damage nicely. Most of all I was glad to resolve the issue so I could stop wasting my time with missed appointments.

I called them needing to get rid of my couch and they came within twenty minutes (lucky timing, they were close by). I had a bagster bag on my driveway and they offered to take that as well and charged way less than I would have had to pay had I gone through bagster. Very reasonable, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended! Tip: cash seemed to be preferred but they do accept credit cards. Thanks again!!!
