Signage in front of the scale reads $60.00 per ton 1.5 ton minimum so I was anticipating a $90 charge. The cashier billed me $180 which she said was the minimum. When I asked about the sign, she said it went up. First and last time for me. I will order a Bagster before I go to this landfill again.

If you are in property management, be careful when signing a contract with Waste Management. They offer lower pricing up front to get the contract, then bill you contamination fees for every pick up which basically doubles the contract charges so you are way over budget. Its a sneaky business model they dont tell you about. Also, should you ask for more clarification, your rep will tell you its because they are charged contamination and sorting fees from the City of Austin, however, when asked for proof they cant provide it. You know why?? Because they arent charged the additional fees! The City rolls in sorting costs with standard billing fees that you already pay to COA. My advice...pay a higher premium to go with a vendor that will stick to your contract pricing.

Initiated contact for dumpster services, scheduled delivery and signed contract, 3 days after container was promised I received a response to my WTH email. They dont service the area....sales team needs some additional training. I have trades and demo happening with no container! SMH

Convenient and easy to dump. Minimum of $130 per first 3000 lbs, then $60 per extra 2000 lbs. Something like that. Dumped my entire 8 ft truck bed and 12 cargo trailer for total of $140. I had to buy a $5 safety vest, but they didnt require me to buy a hard hat. 👍. Staff at front desk were very helpful and kind.

They will try to charge you at least $125 minimum for a couple bags of household waste (this waste fit into a Ford escape...FYI). I laughed and left. I have a background in waste management and work with landfills on a daily basis, this borderlines fraud on what they want to charge. DO NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT TO DISPOSE OF WASTE. THIS IS ROBBERY. Side note, the woman working the scale house was very nice and understanding. It wasnt her fault that her company is screwing people.

Dont go here for any reason. They told me on arrival theres a $126 load minimum plus you need a safety vest, another $5. $132 to empty a 6x10 trailer. Then you drive in, to this yard thats just strewn with trash. So I stop and start dumping. No, thats the road (coulda fooled me Ive seen a lot of roads in my day and that aint one) gotta back up into the actual trash pile. With your vehicle, drive right into the trash. andthere are signs which tell you theyre not responsible for tire damage. Added bonus: because of where its located, if you dont have a tx tag you will have to pay an .87 cent toll by mail for your trouble. Whoever is in charge of this nonsense should be taken out back and mercilessly beaten with a hose.

Its hard to have a good time going to the dump but its the office that always give me hell.. the older lady really likes to give me a tough time every single time I go I am not doing this review for just one time I went Ive gone several times on occasion and she always treats me like shes having a really bad day.. she always has this snicker on her face and she is really rude...I wish I could just go pay throw my trash away and leave but this particular woman always makes going a task... By the way the other Hispanic woman is very stern but in no way rude like the other older ladyWell next week is coming up and I have to yet again throw some garbage no telling what this lady will come up with this time Im really disappointed because there service is above par in the yard.. I dont review much so that should say something...

RIP OFF artists. We were quoted around $100 to dump a truck that had been weighed and when we came back to pay after actually removing the load the lady at the front office charged us 4x the price quoted. Would not honor her own quoted price and then told us that the only way to avoid the charge was to go pick up what we had just dumped. We will NEVER use this location again!!!!!

Just had a small load to dump, less than 200 pounds. Minimum dump fee $113? And they only take cash? Sounds shady. If youre a private citizen just trying to follow the rules and not dump illegally, find someplace else.

Says a lot about a place when the most positive review is from someone else advertising for their company.

Charge a little more but its Faster and easy especially with that pull off. :)

They wanted $102 dollars for a pickup bed load of stuff and then I had to rent safety equipment on top of that. I left and went to Travis County landfill which was $40.

You try to clean up your yard and improve your neighborhood, but at what cost? This place charges $84, plus $5 for a safety vest, just to dump yard waste from a small pickup. Absurd. And the people that work there are unpleasant. No wonder Austin is such an ugly city: its cheaper to keep yards looking ugly.

The dump is totally overpriced charging three times the amount as normal dumps take your trash To 8917 FM12. youll save a ton of money

If youve got waste, they will help you manage it, but this is like the old cable companies or cell phone companies, they love their long contracts.They are reliable and attentive, but at a cost. If you are more worried about the level of service you will get than what it will cost, these are the ones for you.
