Great place for any satellite phone needs. I have to visit here 2-3 times a year to get a sim card for my boss before he goes abroad and its always a very easy experience. Staff are super friendly and very helpful with any questions. Parking is the hardest part of the experience because its a crowded lot, but no big deal.

Called to verify if there was a product in stock, the gentleman on the phone was quite rude in stating they had to be ordered as if I knew. But I was calling to verify this to not waste our time. Dont bother using this location if you value customer service

Beware, this place probably gets business because they are one of only a few places in Austin to get Satellite phones for rent. However, beware, their phones are older, dont work all the time, and they insisted I keep my credit card info with them written on a piece of paper on their desk, NOT secure. I asked if I could do it online and they said no. Then a month later, then called me for my credit card information since they said they shredded the paper they wrote it on This incident will be reported to the Austin BBB for consumer awareness since businesses are not allowed to keep customer credit card info written on paper and not secure.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI wanted to use a local company and they put lives in danger. They rented me a faulty sat phone and when there was a forest fire and I needed help in the mountains with my 75 year old parents their phone did not work. They didnt respond and refused to refund my money so Im now contesting it with my credit card.Take your chances with one of the online companies before using GIT.
