After my initial review (below), the company was quick to get back to me and inform me of the steps they are taking regarding my issue. I appreciate the steps they’ve taken so far, and as a result, I am raising their review as they were generally attentive and welcoming throughout our time with them.I was going to wait until I got my deposit back, but I turned in my keys for a unit on a multi family property I was told they were not renting out anymore and we had no choice but to leave. Keys dropped off, lease over, all on august 31. Yesterday and today, (9-3&9-4) we are apparently getting emails that we are late on rent. Leasing agent said they were going to do renovations on the whole building and nobody was resigning, as they were to do major renovations, yet activity around the property indicates otherwise. When I followed up with him through text as we had all other discussions, I never got a reply. After I got the email yesterday at around three o’clock, we tried to call, however nobody was in the office on Friday at that time. The person I had been dealing with all along, Ana, was not an option on their voicemail, so I’m unsure if my message even got to the right place.Honestly, I will amend my review if they manage to do right by me. We are not off to a great start.
I had a phenomenal experience with Tower Realty! The lady that works there, Anna, was able to help me out in trying to find a condo. She was quick in giving me her finds in the Austin area and was completely professional the entire time I worked with her! I will certainly be recommending tower realty to others!
On navigating the student housing real estate market, lending process and deed requirements to obtain Texas residency, Chesney Coker is the preeminent expert. For someone who has never done this, it is not obvious to grasp that that (1) investing in student housing is a different market from a typical real estate purchase, and Austin is not your typical market; (2) certain condominiums have warrantability issues, which you later discover makes financing difficult to impossible (Chesney knows many of these off the top of his head); (3) conventional financing may not work if you are purchasing with your child intended at the owner of the property, or if the condo has a high ratio of tenants to owner-residents – (and Chesney has relationships with lenders who understand the end-goal); and more generally, (4) there are other factors and timing issues that require tactical awareness. As a lawyer myself, I have profound respect for Chesney’s knowledge and sophistication in choreographing and strategizing a very tricky, niche process. Please trust me, if you are looking to gain residency to obtain in-state tuition, Tower Realty is THE way, the ONLY way to go. This is a difficult, complicated process with potentially fatal pitfalls. Without going into detail about troubles we experienced using a conventional broker (who was also excellent, but did not understand obscure ways to avoid errors and get to this particular end game) I can attest that seemingly minor moves can be fatal. Chesney is brilliant, strategic and saved us from the jaws of defeat. No one out there knows more about the intricacies of the process than Chesney. On top of that, as a property manager, his team is diligent, thorough, communicative and dogged in their efforts. His team – in marketing, leasing, maintenance, and management – deserve an A plus as well.
Tower realty has been a good property manager to us. We often communicate through Anna who helps us with any questions or issues regarding no our billing or services we need around the place. She has always been responsive, helpful, and all around nice to work with. We would happily use them them again and recommend them to others.
Worked with Mike at Tower Realty to sublease an apartment I was renting on short notice. He was incredibly timely in his responses, informative, and willing to go above and beyond. Even helped us retrieve an item we left behind during move out! 10/10 would recommend.
I recently had my washer break and they came over to fix it right away! Their entire office is attentive and quick to respond.
Let me preface this by saying Im a student at the University of Texas and finding a place to stay can be an absolute nightmare. Tower Realty managed my apartment on West Campus and surprised me with their effective communication and willingness to assist me with any problems that arose. Especially as a student its nice to have one less thing to worry about so thank you Tower Realty for making finding a place to live as easy as possible.
Extremely dishonest. We left the apartment beautiful and hired professional cleaning help. They lied and said they gave some of the money to the hoa, who told us that they didnt charge them.
We started working with Chesney in August 2019 and have been delighted with our experience. Chesney is the best – he is extremely professional and conversant with the UT Residency process and helped my son obtain residency in 12 months. With his keen insight and knowledge of the real estate market near UT, he was able to provide excellent guidance which helped us close on a condo in a great building very quickly. Chesney and Jennifer have been managing our condo for us and have taken care of everything promptly. They are both great to work with, and I heartily recommend Chesney and Tower Realty to anyone looking to establish Residency while attending UT.
Anna and her team was very responsive, professional and more than fair.
Thanks to Chesney, my son is now a Texas resident with all the benefits of an in-state student. Chesney walked us through the entire process and guided us to a wonderful condo. We highly recommend Chesney and his team. They helped us navigate all aspects of the purchase of the property and the in-state application process. After the purchase, his team has been excellent at managing the property and has provided worry-free service.Chesney and his team are very personable and great to work with.
I recently stayed at one of their properties on the corner of 21st and pearl. Upon moving into the apartment, there were many issues that should have been dealt with. Not only was it not properly cleaned it looked like it was put together with scraps. My room had a dried up piece of soap stuck in the shower and the other bathroom was covered in mold, which both my roommate I had to clean ourselves. All over the apartment, and even on some of the appliances, there were paint stains. Every single door handle was a different style. All 3 of the bulbs in my bathroom were different and 2 of them were not even working. I was told to replace them myself or they would charge me to replace it. We weren’t even given an ac filter, which they also told us we had to get ourselves.Immediately after moving in, my roommate and I noticed the lights along walkway to our apartment were not working. To get to our apartment, it was pitch black at night. We sent several emails to management and it took them almost a month to fix this. Not only was the apartment a mess, but management was incredibly rude. My roommate and I primarily dealt with a woman named Jen who wouldn’t know what customer service was if it hit her in the head. Extremely disrespectful every time we spoke. u2028Upon moving out they told us in order to receive our deposit split we were to email them exactly how much each person was to get and where to send it. I paid more than my roommate because I brought a pet which I very clearly stated in the email. Even with this, they sent the check split straight down the middle. I emailed Jen to see why It was split equally when both my roommate and I agreed to other terms. She said she saw the email I sent and made a mistake and would see what she could do. I emailed her 2 days in a row and even called the office multiple times, only to be ignored. On the third day they finally picked up the phone and Jen explained to me that nothing was going to be done about THEIR mistake. At the time my roommate and I were not on speaking terms, which is why I made sure to send an email on EXACTLY how to split it. While explaining this to her over the phone and demanding they contact her, Jen hung up the phone on me because she “was not going to be spoken to like this.” As a result of their negligence I was out $100.
I used Chesney to help purchase a condo with the goal of establishing in-state residency. 100% of our interaction was via phone and email. Chesney was responsive, knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance. I followed his check-list for establishing in-state residency and have now been granted in-state status.
PARENTS BEWARE!!! STUDENTS BEWARE!!!PROPERTY OWNERS LOOKING TO HIRE A MANAGEMENT COMPANY BEWARE!!!Review will be updated upon resolution of conflict.
Chesney helped us find a condo for our son attending UT. Chesney was extremely knowledgeable with the market in Austin as well as Texas residency. He was very patient and gave us great guidance. His office staff was great to work with as well.
Bought a condo with Chesney a couple of years ago for my daughter attending UT Austin. Very knowledgeable about the whole process, including what was required to establish residency. He was very patient with us as we researched the market, and his knowledge and advice proved correct every time. Very responsive. Has also been fantastic as a rental agent – they take care of everything for a very reasonable fee. Has been a great experience!
Tower Realty mailed us a postcard just before we came from out of state to visit the campus. Once my son decided on UT I got in contact with Chesney and he talked us through the process to qualify for Residency. Now a bit over a year later my son just got notification that he has qualified for residency. Chesney can help you too!
Chesney was so wonderful helping us find a place for our daughter. Like many others we found him while our daughter was going to the University of Texas. He knew the area very well, knew exactly what we wanted and helped us find the perfect condo. After gaining residency so smoothly, I only wish we had purchased sooner. We waited one semester to make sure that she would be comfortable. We still saved so much on tuition, overall everything worked out great.
Chesney helped this West Virginia family obtain residency for my daughter. He spent a whole weekend with her looking at apartment options and guided us every step of the way. He provided many apartment options via email and then when we showed up in Austin he was more than accommodating. Once my daughter chose an apt. to purchase Chesney assisted with the closing and made the entire process easy. Now my daughter enjoys her apartment and certainly likes paying resident rates for tuition. You cant go wrong here.
Tower is a great management team! They are really easy to access, they update their units to look very nice, and they work as fast as they can with maintenance (sometimes they even just give you brand new things instead of fixing the old which to me is great). Charla and Chesney are super supportive and easy going people, if you ever have a problem they will take care of you.
I have had a good experience with Chesney. We wanted to establish residency for our son so we could get in-state tuition. Chesney helped us find a great place to buy close to campus. Our son was able to become a Texas resident in 12 months. Chesney responds to our phone calls and emails promptly and was always pleasant and easy to work with. When the time comes, I will not hesitate to call Chesney for help in the future.
Working with Chesney and Tower Realty was a great experience. They handled everything and if any issues came up they took care of them and were a pleasure to work with. I would strongly recommend them.
I have had very good experiences with Chesney. We wanted to establish residency for my son so we could get in-state tuition prices. Chesney helped me quickly find a great place to buy close to campus. My son was able to become a resident in 12 months. Chesney managed the property for us for several years with no problems. When we decided to sell the property, Chesney found us a buyer very quickly and we sold at a profit. Chesney also took my son to find a new place to rent and that also worked out very well. Chesney responds to my phone calls and emails promptly and is always very pleasant, honest and easy to work with. When the time comes, I will not hesitate to call Chesney for help in the future.
I am a parent of a longhorn student and I had the opportunity to work with Chesney in 2012. I was very skeptical of his proposal, but after some research I was somewhat convinced in his methods. I am very familiar with rental properties and real estate agents for better or worse. While using Chesney I never felt like he was selling me. He genuinely offers a service that is beneficial.Having recently used him again to sell the property, I now realize the value his knowledge of the area provided us. Savings aside, this was one of my best investments.
Chesney is the best real estate professional that I have ever met. Not only he is very knowledgeable in his domain but also he is always put his customers interest in the first place. He helped my daughter established residency in Texas so that she can pay in-state tuition. He answered all our questions very friendly and professionally. I highly recommend his service to all people that need help in real estate areas.
Chesney Coker is a realtor who knows his business. Knowledgeable, professional, reassuring and efficient. We needed to sell our home as soon as possible because my husband had just gotten a promotion at work and had to relocate out of state. Thanks to Chesney, we were able to do so quickly and he guided us through the process explaining every minor detail that we needed to know gladly. There was never a time when Chesney was unreachable or unavailable. More often than not any of our queries were answered in a matter of minutes. He helped us secure our lawyer as well and what a good one at that. His knowledge in real estate was able to secure a great price as he convinced us not to look at the property with sentimental value, something that is hard to do for any home seller. The best realtor in Austin!
Chesney did a great job helping us through the process of buying a condo in the West Campus area of Austin. With his help, our son was granted Texas residency - saving us $75k on UT tuition. Chesney also manages our condo and does a fine job with that. Nice guy, too!
It has been pleasure to work with Chesney. He is a very experienced real estate agent and he delivered to what he promised. He brings tremendous expertise for Austin real estate market. I have been enjoying to work with Chesney and his staff. I would recommend Chesney to anyone who is interested to invest in Austin market.
Chesney was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with obtaining residency for my sons in Texas. He understood the rules and helped guide us through the process. He did not try to oversell us on a property we did not need. We ended up purchasing a $1200 piece of land that saved us over $80,000!!!!Chesney is now helping us sell that same property 5 years later at a substantial gain. Because we are located in Colorado, the ability to conduct business electronically was very convenient for us and facilitated a quick and easy close process.
Chesney was excellent helping my family establish residency. He helped us find a great condo, guided us through the process and helped us with applying for residency. 3 years later he sold our condo for a profit and we could not be happier. While our son lived in the condo he was also able to take care of repairs for us. It was great living in PA and having someone there to help with any issues we had.
Chesney was there from start to finish. We needed a good place for our college age child and he found a great place at the right price. His guidance also was key in helping us establish state residency for purposes of tuition at UT. He is one awesome guy and you should not hesitate to give him a call!!
Chesneys was the first flyer we received with information about residency status for UT out of state students. We called his office a little over a year ago, he helped us buy a great condo, and now our son is a Texas resident! We highly recommend Chesney and Charla if you are looking for professional and expert real estate service in Austin.
Chesney Coker served as the real estate broker for my daughters purchase of a condo. near the University of Texas at Austin. He did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and gave us excellent service. He shows a positive energy level and is always taking care of the details in a timely manner. He was very helpful with finding professional tradesmen to remodel the condo. I would strongly recommend Chesney Coker as a real estate broker.
I highly recommend Chesney and the Tower Realty team. He is highly knowledgeable of the Austin market and of working with the University. Beyond the purchase, Tower has been a great management company making it easy to own property from a distance!.
Chesney was perfect for us. He was knowledgeable about residency (our daughter was 17 entering UT), knew exactly what we needed, and how to handle our situation. Now my daughter is a Texas Resident! We spoke with other realtors and they were not half as knowledgeable about the area or the process. We really liked that Chesney was able to manage our property too. He had a vested interest in getting us the best overall property. We will use him to sell it later.
Chesney is a pleasure to work with and his help and assistance were invaluable to my getting in-state tuition for my son at UT Austin. I was skeptical about the whole thing actually working all the way up until the residency application was approved because it sounded too good to be true. I called the UT residency office and confirmed the validity of this process more than once. In hindsight, every thing Chesney said about the process and how to go about it was spot on. It is very clear he has done thing many times over and knows the process including resources to go to for all related activities around property purchase. His team also manages my condo for me and I could not be happier. Everything was streamlined and easy and he and his team are readily available to answer questions, help with advice, and make ownership a breeze. I would strongly recommend Chesney and Tower Realty.
Chesney help my daughter gain residency though real estate purchase, and he was fantastic!!! He knew the market inside and out, had insight on almost every complex we visited and was able to help us understand the process. He was invaluable and I would (and have) recommend him to anyone going through this process.
Chesney originally solicited us to buy a property to convert our daughter from out-of-state to in-state. while it sounded good, I was skeptical. It took a year, and now our daughter is a TX resident, and we are left with a very good investment property. I am very pleased with Chesney and the process.
It was a real pleasure to deal with Chesney at Tower Realty....all around a great experience!
I am a licensed Texas real estate agent (with Housing Scout) and have had the distinct pleasure to work with Tower Realty many times. Every time I walk in, I am greeted by the incredibly friendly Charla, who always answers any questions I have politely and promptly. Tower Realty updates their information and listings frequently and I have not had any problem in showing my clients their properties and submitting their lease applications. This management company is a shining example of how things should be done the right way and I look forward to working with them many more times in the future!
I cant say enough about Chesney. He recently helped us buy a condo for our son and was everything we wanted in a real estate agent: knowledgeable, honest, attentive, patient. We bought a place that we are really happy with, at a great price, and with a minimum of stress. This was largely thanks to Chesney. He answered all of our typical questions and did so without making us feel dumb. We always felt that Chesney had our best interests at heart. He seemed to really enjoy pointing out the flaws in every place we saw -- he clearly wasnt trying to make a quick buck by pushing us to buy quickly. When we sell our place, we plan to use Chesney just so we dont have negotiate against him.Weve recommended Chesney to everyone who is buying or selling. I cant imagine a better agent.
Chesney helped us immensely with establishing residency for our son at the University of Texas in Austin. He is highly professional and extremely competent providing an excellent service for out of state families. It was a pleasure working with Chesney and I would highly recommend him to assist you in this process.
Chesney delivered exactly as promised on our Austin real estate transactions. He represented us in the purchase, sale, and management of our property. We still arent sure how he managed to close an escrow in 4 business days from start to finish! I would (And have) recommend Chesney to anyone considering purchasing real estate in Austin.
Chesney helped my daughter establish residency and the condo we purchased is proving to be a very smart investment. I just wish we used this process with our son, would’ve ended up saving a lot of money on the back end
It was simple and easy experience with Chesney - worked on real estate around UT. He is knowledgeable and gets stuff done
I rarely write reviews, but I have been waiting to write this one for over three years. The staff members at Tower Realty are the most unprofessional, disrespectful people I have encountered in my adult life. I laid fairly low as a tenant, however, we had cockroaches, broken appliances, appliances not wired to code, rooms with no flooring (just concrete), and more. Maintenance request were rarely filled in a timely manner. Whenever I would reach out to Tower realty for help, I would be talked to in a condescending manner, since I was just a college student. Save yourself some future hassle and work with a different management company.
Tremendous experience. Chesney got the job done and I was able to benefit greatly from his experience and knowledge of the local West Campus market. Chesney knows much about the big picture in Austin real estate and the details of completing transactions successfully.
I had the absolute WORST experience with Tower Realty. My boyfriend and I were renting an apartment that was sold mid lease- the new owners used Tower Realty to manage the property. We lived on Graham Place near UT and are both responsible college students. BLACK MOLD began to form on our upstairs bathroom door (our bedroom was a loft) and grew for a month and a half. I called, went into the office, and sent emails; I even had my boyfriend stop into the office. I received 0 calls back; They promised to fix it when I went to the office and did NOTHING. We had to move out on July 3rd even though our lease didn’t end until the 31st, because they refused to treat the black mold. We basically paid the $1,300 in July rent to only stay there for 3 days. I have a chronic pain condition so my immune system is compromised; both my boyfriend and I were becoming extremely sick from the exposure. We couldn’t last another 3 weeks sleeping next to that amount of mold. When I requsted the actual owner’s information to discuss solutions, they (Tower Realty) refused to give it to me. There was also a puppy in the office several times we were there that was jumping on and biting my boyfriend and I (my boyfriend is a big animal lover and even he was quite upset); there was a shredded toy scatttered all over the floor. For months before we moved out, people would show up at our apartment unannounced to tour it. Our lease stated that we were required to receive at least 24 HOURS prior to anyone viewing the apartment which never happened. If we were informed at all, it would be 25 minutes to a few hours notice max. That is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I brought this up at least 5 times and nothing changed. Chesney and his female office manager are both equally responsible and equally unprofessional. They think they can take advantage of young college students and that is wrong. We took great care of that apartment and fixed many things on our own dime. The lady at the front office is an absolute WITCH (putting it nicely). She had the NERVE to tell me to stop talking because she had a migraine and I was making it worse by expressing my frustration about not having the black mold treated (I was speaking calmly and respectfully). She also said she had dealt with much worse things at apartments she had previously lived in (who says that?!) . Don’t come to work and expect to do nothing, headache or not. I was shaking when I left the office- I have rarely encountered such a vile person. We currently live at Amli 5350 and love it there. Avoid Tower Realty at all cost.
Coming from out-of-state, we were not sure what to expect looking at condos near UT. We quickly learned Chesney is very knowledgeable and a fantastic Realtor! Best of all, he makes himself available when we visit Austin. Chesney found our son a condo within walking distance from UT, negotiated a great price for us AND helped us get started with remodeling. He is patient, honest, hard-working and answers our what about this and that questions via email, text, phone calls. Our son recently qualified for in-state tuition and we are so grateful for Chesneys real estate advice and residency knowledge. We highly recommend Chesney to anyone looking to buy or sell in Austin.
Im happy to say 12 months after purchasing a condo my daughter has become a resident of Texas. I cannot thank Chesney enough for his guidance and help in accomplishing this. Cheers! I owe you a beer when we come back in town.
I cannot wait for my security deposit anymore.
Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Chesney grew up in Austin and has been in the Austin real estate market his entire career, and his dedication to his clients and his city is unmatched. Highly recommended.
Leasing with them made everything seem so seamless and easy. Love Tower Realty
Hands down the most rude, incompetent, criminal realty company. Upon move in the condition was terrible; walls and floors beat up, carpet smelt of animal urine, air vents rusted, bathrooms black and filthy. The staff was incompetent and extremely slow to respond to inquiries. The average time for maintenance to show up was about 2 weeks. Upon move out we lost half the deposit for painting, and other miscellaneous charges; basically we got stuck with paying for the repairs of normal wear and tear of the apartment. We also got a $150 electric bill for a 5 day span for them to make the repairs that should have been completed before we moved in. To top it all off, after asking about some of the charges deducted from the security deposit, the staff responded incredibly rudely and in a belittling way with absolutely no sense of professionalism. It baffles me how a company like this is in business, surely they must survive by scamming and ripping its customers off.
Our family has been using PMT, and specifically, Chesney Coker for several years now. We started working with Chesney when we contacted him and he suggested that our daughter, who was going to be an out-of-state Freshman at UT could qualify as a resident after one year of property ownership in Texas. So we purchased a property just before her freshman year, and for the following three years she qualified for in-state tuition, saving us thousands of dollars in tuition. Since then he has helped my family in 2 more property purchases, plus the sale of the original property and the rental management of one of these properties. Through all these experiences he has been a man of integrity and responsiveness. He was patient with us showing many properties until we found the ones that best fit our price and needs. He immediately found a buyer for my property when we decided to sell it, and coached us through all the paperwork. When renting one of our properties, we always had good renters who paid on time, and when turning the rental over it was quickly prepared for the next renter. Our experience has been very positive, and we plan to use PMT again next year when we sell one of properties. We were very fortunate to find them because they have made our long-distance ownership a breeze, with the ability to sleep at night knowing we can call upon them to handle any problems without having to make the long trip to Texas to resolve them.
We have a California daughter going to UT. Chesney approached us prior to her attending and explained how we could get in State tuition with property ownership. He showed us several different living situations that would meet the residency criteria, and helped us with making the best investment decision. Our daughter sailed through the residency process, and now is a Texas resident with in-state tuition! She has been living in the condo for 2 years, is very happy with the location and property.Chesney did everything he said he would, and served as property manager for the first year while she was living in the dorms. While we no longer need help managing the property, Chesney has continued to assist us when needed with new leases and other related information (free of charge). We will be calling Chesney when the time comes to sell the Condo for us when she graduates.Jill McMichael
Chesney marketed me in California describing the process of purchasing Austin real estate to gain in-state residency/in-state tuition for my daughter who was starting her freshmen year at UT.He was very knowledgable on the course of action required to obtain residency. I took a leap of faith and purchased a condo in West Campus. I followed the steps Chesney laid out and Im thrilled to say that one year later Im paying in-state tuition. The process works, Im so gratefull I received that postcard from Tower Realty!
Terrible communication. From a condo sellers perspective in August 2012: Chesney was the buyers agent. The sales financing had been falling through for weeks, not Chesneys fault, but he didnt bother to tell us, or our agent until 1 day before closing, after the we had spent numerous hours moving everything out of our home of 5 years, down 2 flights of stairs. And we turned down other buyers because we had a contract with his buyer. He strung us along for 1 month after that, saying the deal still might happen. But he was unfamiliar with the new financing rules, and couldnt close the deal. Also, before we moved out, Chesney intruded my home twice without calling or having an appointment. It only takes 60 seconds to call ahead, and he didnt have the courtesy to do that. He abused the privilege of having access to my home (via a lockbox). One of those times my wife was asleep and undressed. Chesney, in my opinion was selfish, careless, unprofessional, and did not communicate. Despite false advertising, Chesney was unable to secure financing for buyers who are college parents purchasing a campus condo for their out of state student, to help him or her qualify for in-state tuition.
Tower Realty is a nightmare to have as your landlords. Their front desk operator, Charla, is one of the rudest, most irritable people Ive ever had to deal with. Seriously, they must have hired her from the local DPS. The only time she will ever express a hint of enthusiasm is when you make the mistake of renewing your lease. Sam? Oh God. Where do I start. First off, he parks his fancy car right in front of the building, showing off all the wealth he makes off of broke college students like its something to be proud of. Hell be sure to flaunt his fancy watch when you talk to him too, probably when youre trying to get him NOT to jack up your rent. Keep in mind, this guy brags about bringing the idea of pre-leasing to the forefront (his exact words currently) on TRs website, as if hes doing the world a favor by making college students decide where they want to live a year in advance. I would urge anyone reading this review not to lease with this company, but if you do, be aware that they are going to be a hassle to have maintenance requests fixed, they are going to take as much of your security deposit as they can, they will attempt to raise your rent year to year, and be no help in getting issues resolved with other units. My roommates and I took incredible care of the DUMP of a place that we leased with them. Then they took out almost half of our deposit, charging us obscene repainting and maintenance fees. Never mind that we declared all the imperfections at move in - doesnt matter, they just pointed at the devils contract - I mean lease and claimed we were liable. When you move out, theyll try to incentivize you to use their preferred cleaning service (who happens to be right next door to them - erm hello, sketchy?!) in order to avoid fees that theyll just take out anyway. Oh and somehow, they charged us for not keeping the utilities turned on at the unit for almost a week AFTER WE MOVED OUT. How is that even legal?? I guess Charla needed a new rolex too.EDIT: Chesney reached out almost immediately after my roommates and I posted reviews. He was apologetic and clarified that despite Charlas vehement denial of any possibility that they mixed us up with another unit, that they did in fact, confuse us with another unit. Thus, the charges were incorrectly applied to us. Chesney mailed us most of the security deposit back, so they get a star back for Chesney reaching out and fixing things so quickly.
Great service in helping us getting in-state status through real estate purchase!
Honest campus broker that pays agents on time and has a variety of desirable properties on campus and around Austin.
Chesney has brokered 3 houses for me and always done a great job. Feel free to contact me with questions about his service.
We were introduced to chesney more than a year ago shortly after our daughter got accepted into UT. His was the first of many real estate flyers we reveived advertising the residency opportunity for out of state students. From day 1 our experience with chesney was as good as we could have hoped for. Hes a straight shooter, responsive, knowledgeable and fair. Would definitely recommend him to others. We ended up purchasing a condo with chesneys help and tower realty has managed the property since. Charla is our primary contact at tower and shes also very helpful and knowledgeable. No doubt our overall experience with chesney and tower has been pretty darn awesome.
Sam and his team are great!
Great
