Ricky arrived on time with a courteous introduction and greeting wearing a mask and using social distancing. He took the time to survey the house inside and out before beginning and informed me everything that he was going to do. He was methodical and very organized with his work...took his time but was diligent. He was very respectful of our personal property both inside and out. Ricky did a great job for us today and we continue to be very pleased with Westlake Home and Commercial Services.

It was difficult to find a company that could wash my third story, large picture windows. The friendly Westlake workers did a great job both inside and out. I shall definitely use them again, and I recommend them without reservation.

Ricky and Justin did an excellent job of pressure washing my front porch, sidewalk, back patio and the exteriors of all the windows. They carefully removed and cleaned all the screens and made the windows gleam. Little did I know that my patio stones were originally white! Owner JT called me at 8pm and cussed me out and ridiculed my upbringing while i was sitting with my family ... all for canceling an appointment... very unprofessional and shocking for an owner of a company to berate a potential customer with a non stop onslaught of a--holes and MFers. Not sure how JT has gotten so far in business but I will certainly be avoiding this company like the plague.

The two technicians who came to my home were courtesy, professional, helpful, on time and thorough in their work. I would recommend both this company and Ricky and Israel to anyone seeking power washing. Specifically they steamed cleaned my garage floor, did my outside windows including removal of a large wasp nest (Thank you!) and finished the job exactly on time. Thank you Westlake!

I had two jobs. One was to re-stain our pergola. This was supposed to be a one day job, but I wasnt that optimistic. The crew arrived on time but were unprepared for the power washing. Maybe they didnt know they need to or it wasnt until I pressed them? So, they had to go get a power washer which ate up a 2 hours and started late. Also, they didnt budget for having to do two coats. So it became a 2-day job. The powering washing was subpar. They missed quite a few spots but stained over them anyway. They didnt stain a few areas so some of the crew had to come back the next day - day 3. After all that we were happy, but slightly disappointed in the lack of care / organization for the job.The second job was to power wash our flagstone patio under the pergola and some flagstones on our walkway. I was told that it was going to be a gentle power washing. I even asked the crew if the granite would be removed after the power washing and was told no. Unfortunately, these were false statements, afterwards the granite in between the flagstones was gone and sprayed onto our plants and into our flower beds.We also have a lot of plants around the pergola. Some of these were damaged and covered with cleaning agent, and may not survive. Not sure if this was caused by the intensity of the power washing or the cleaning agent to get rid of the mildew on the stones destroyed the plants. The stones look great but overall we are not happy with the lack of care that shouldve been taken for our job.I chose Westlake HCS based on some these reviews. Maybe others dont have that many plants were power washing is done. Or, having done during the late fall, early winter when plants are dormant.

I love working with Westlake Home and Commercial! We have a luders stone patio that has been subject to mildew growth. The first time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I used another company and was extremely disappointed in the service I received as well as the quality of the work. The next time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I tried Westlake Home and Commercial. I have used them 2 times now and I couldnt ask for a better experience. They excel in every way - excellent customer service from a very professional staff, very quality work and a desire to make sure the job is done right. They set the standard for great service!

These guys were very professional. We needed to have our house painted while we were moved out, but prior to our renters moving in. Westlake H&C worked with us even when our calendars made it difficult to coordinate the work. I recommend them for any project, and do not dread painting projects anymore! We will use no one else when it comes to taking care of the painting of our home. PLUS, THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING! Even the floors corners, where EVERY OTHER PAINTER leaves those constellations of paint dots. Not Westlake, if they got paint on the floor, wed never know it, because they probably cleaned it immediately.

We had our tile roof cleaned and what a difference - looks like new. The guys were very careful on the roof and also around the landscaping and lawn - when they were done you would never have know they had been there except for a beautiful roof! Highly recommend Westlake Home & Commercial!

I have used Westlake Home & Commercial Services in the past to clean the carpet in my apartment. They did an exceptional job. Needed it done again and called on a Monday morning to make appointment. I was told I would get an email to schedule. When I got the email they nicely explained that they no long did the $99 special for carpet cleaning and the cost would be $149. I responded that that was fine because they had done such a good job the last time. Then I got another email stating that it would be two weeks out before they could get it done. I replied again, that was fine, just let me know the exact date and time and we would set it up. I didnt hear anything back until Thursday stating that they no longer do carpet cleaning alone, only as an add on to other services. Seriously, why drag me along for 4 days?? Gave me a price and an approximate time, then told me they wont do it. Bad business in my opinion.

We like doing business with a vendor who does more than they promise and stays with the original bid. They also worked around some program issues on our part and did their work in the time frame we needed. This was an outstanding experience for our church.

My experience with Westlake Home and Commercial Services was great from start to finish. The windows of my 2-story home had not been cleaned for over 2 years and they needed a serious cleaning.. I needed someone to come and take down all the window screens, wash them, and check them for damage. Then thoroughly clean the windows and window sills inside and out, and re-hang the screens. I used Angies List and neighborhood mailouts to find a vetted window washing service. After reviewing 3-4 websites I chose Westlake.From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with them. It was easy to get in touch with them, and get on their schedule. They provided a written estimate for the work I needed that, clearly outlined what they would do and what the charges would be. The final bill was the same as the estimate....no surprises. The guys who came out were on time and went right to work. They did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I just moved in a new house out in Lakeway and they did an outstanding job power washing and cleaning all the windows. I just found out they do painting as well, so I let them paint the inside of my house and my commercial business. Nothing but the best! Wouldnt deal with anyone else.

Just hope they don’t show up to your neighbors house and start over spraying your newly detailed car with moldicide. When approached about the white spots all over my car, I was told “it won’t hurt it”. When I asked why didn’t they knock on the door and I would have happily moved the car, they just shrugged their shoulders and went back to spraying.I certainly know one company I will not be dealing with.

John and Steve showed up right on time. They did a great job and were undaunted by our upstairs class enclosed patio even though they had to plant their ladders on the rocky sloping ground. Couldnt have been more pleased with their work and with the ease of scheduling with the office.

We negotiated from there and they also came out while I was at work to power wash our entire back deck and the 20 year old stonework work that surrounds it as well as washing the outside windows. I was astounded when I got home! My backyard looked as good as I did the day we finished our build-out. Westlake Commercial Services did a very good job of cleaning our roof.the process does bleach out some of the color of the tile and if anyone has a screened in porch that retracts I would recommend that you retract it as the process will stain the fabric.

Initial service was on time as scheduled. After the service we realized that the windows had not been cleaned very well. There were obvious streaks on the outside that hadnt been addressed on most of the windows. When we were preparing to put our house on the market, I considered replacing the carpets in several rooms because they appeared to beyond saving. However, that would have cost many (many) thousands of dollars so I decided having them professionally cleaned was worth a shot. I also wanted to have the tiles and grout cleaned at the same time. If youve ever tried cleaning grout, its a tedious job and very difficult to get good results.So, I called Westlake H&C, I figured they would at least be able to get the tile / grout looking good, but my expectations for the carpet were not high.I went back to the house a few days after they finished, and was absolutely amazed at how good the carpets looked. The tiles were spotless and every grout line in the house was bright white. It was all far beyond my expectations and I ended up not needing to replace a single square foot of carpet anywhere in the house.
