We hired Window Genie to do a window cleaning to remove stuck-on residue from window tint, and Im so glad we did. They did excellent quality work at a very reasonable price and were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout the whole process. Id hire them again in a heartbeat. Cant recommend them enough.

This service was excellent from first contact to project completion.I requested a quote online and got a prompt response asking permission to come out and look at the house to give an accurate estimate. That was completed within the day and I received the emailed quote the next day. They offered options for exterior only, or exterior and interior, and with or without cleaning screens. I opted for interior and exterior with screens and the price was under $200 for 15 windows (half on 2nd story).The two-person team (Taylor and Julian) arrived on time and were professional, even with small details such as asking permission before using our bathroom. Our dogs were even okay with them and they dont like anyone lol. They were careful with moving ladders around inside the house, put down towels to catch drips under the windows inside, and did a thorough job even to my microscopically exacting eye. The three-step process they advertise exceeded my expectations - this is far more than spraying with window cleaner and wiping with towels. The windows look like they dont even have glass in them now (one example attached). Even the screens are barely visible ... guess they were really dirty.They spent about 2.75 hours working, which is within the 2.5- to 3-hr range I was told to expect. They were efficient but not rushed and entirely unobtrusive - I could have taken a client call during the process if needed.At the end, I asked how often they recommend repeating the service. Julian suggested every six months for the exterior, if you need it, since you dont have a lot of trees, and didnt try to sell us a package or schedule our next service on the spot. I appreciate the lack of hard sell.Bottom line, this was a fantastic experience and well worth the fee. Ill be recommending Window Genie N. Austin to our neighbors, friends, and business connections.

Julian was an excellent worker. He fully understood what we wanted to accomplish with the power washing job and he spent time being very thorough and did an excellent job. We appreciated that he never seemed to be rushing just to get done. For us that is an important quality in home care services. He was also very friendly and professional. We fully intend to use your company for another power wash job and for future gutter cleanings. I will recommend Window Genie to anyone.

My technician did an amazing job. All on her own she changed old windows into things of beauty. There is so much light in the house now. It’s an amazing transformation. I really enjoyed the company of the young woman who made it all happen.

I cant say enough about our positive experience with Window Genie of North Austin. From our initial contact until the job was completed we were treated with respect and our needs and wishes were listened to and fulfilled to the highest degree. Taylor arrived on time and her introduction and appearance were very professional. She was aware of what we wanted done and reviewed with us to confirm. She started work and we were very pleased with the way she went about her job. She and her partner were unable to finish the skylights as it was too dark to be on the roof. The next morning she arrived at the time agreed and completed the job. Very pleased from start to finish and whole heartily recommend.

The two staff from Window Genie were on time and courteous on the job day. They did wonderful work on cleaning my whole house interior and exterior windows. They also let me add extra screen cleaning on the spot. They were very careful in removing the screens and kept my floor clean by removing shoes when working indoors. I am extremely pleased with their service and will recommend them definitely.

Very respectful and flexible staff who did a great job on our 2 level office building with lots of windows. They were so clean afterwards, someone asked if we meant to leave a window open!

The young men who came to my home were very courteous and polite, however, were very inept. My tracks were not cleaned - left them worse than before they came. I was credited the track cleaning back, but my windows were streaked, and still dripping water. I’ve had my windows cleaned before, and did not have this experience.Only gave one star, because one has to select something. Mine would be close to negative. The woman who owns this company can be very friendly, to a point.When I did my research, the company got glowing reviews. When talking to Kim, the owner, AFTER my inadequate service, I learned they had only been in business for a few weeks.Beware!
