I have been using these guys to fix my pool for about 6 years. They are really good. I recently switched to them to clean my pool as well after using three different pool service companies. Feeling stupid that I did not have them do cleaning right away. Always on time. Do a great job. The service guy usually catches repairs that need to be made and schedules that with the office. True one stop pool shop. Pretty sure family owned and local.

We had a pool service for two years after moving to Lakeway. They were adequate, but we had to beg for repairs or anything more than the 5-minute weekly cleaning. Out of frustration, we asked a neighbor about her pool service and she recommended ONeills after using them for many years. We switched to ONeills several months ago and we now understand our neighbors enthusiasm. They are in a completely different league than our original pool company was. ONeills has deep expertise, is very professional, and responds rapidly to our pool issues. The staff is very competent (Dan is excellent at solving problems and educating me about the pool, and when April cleaned our pool for the first time, we didnt know it could look that good). We receive a weekly email report that tells us the exact status of the pool water and whether we need to make any adjustments, such as adding more water to keep the filter healthy. They have a regular filter-cleaning process every six months so I dont have to think about it. This is how service used to be back in the old days. I am now a big ONeills fan.

I love these owners. Very much customer oriented. Like every business in town the personnel turn over is high. My bill as well as other customers was increased significantly in July. I have to cut back to every other week now. Makes me sad.

I have been a customer for several years and I have been very happy with the quality of their service. However, they just increased their prices 43%. I cannot recommend this company for pool maintenance. I will be searching for a new pool company.

O’Neill’s did a great job getting one of my customers started up with their pool. I would recommend them to anyone needing pool service. On top of their great service they also have some great pool products to enhance your backyard experience in their store.

The people who work at O’Neill’s Pool & Hot Tubs have become friends through the past 2-1/2 years we’ve known them. We’ve had our pool for 4-1/2 years and have used 2 other pool companies prior to finding O’Neill’s. They are knowledgeable and get the job done. It can be a little job or one that needs more attention. O’Neill’s has come the next day on occasion because they have a great deal of common used stock on hand. They’re there if you need them. I can’t say anything bad about them. I trust them with our pool and hot tub.

My pump motor failed two days before my daughter and grandchildren visited from out of town. Chris immediately returned my phone call and had a new pump motor installed the next day. Wow! I must say, this was the best service Ive received from any company in a long time. The tech came out to clean my pool filter and address a few issues. He went out of his way to explain things and even drove back to the store to get me some chlorine and fix my pool cleaner. Everything done and fixed in a couple hours. Nice to just get things done and have them done right and with great service. Sigh. I wish everything was this easy.

I’ve always had great work performed by O’Neils PoolJason or Dan are the main techs that solve our issues and maintain our equipment. we’re always thankful knowing one of these two men are doing the more difficult repairs. We trust both and never have had any doubts on their honesty like we encountered years ago with another company. Our charges have always close to or better than expected too.

We got a hot tub at the beginning of the pandemic when everything was sold out everywhere and ONeills worked very hard to get us one and get it installed quickly. They were very helpful! We love the hot tub!

O’Neills has serviced our pool for the last 5 years. We have been very pleased. Our system is older so we’re getting to the stage where large ticket items are going out. They have done a great job of explaining the options on updates technology and when it’s a smarter investment and when I can just replace what I have until parts are no longer available for the the unit. Until Amy and Oneil fix the mess we are in, this review will stay. So many broken promises... So many mistakes on their part... easy opportunity to make things right. Before I go into the many details on the chain of events, as stated, I will give them the opportunity to fix it. But simply telling me were not going to/or willing to make you happy Glenn, so were refunding your deposit and cutting our relationship. BEWARE OF THE RISKS BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!Very sadden that 4 months later, I have destroyed electrical, that they agreed to fix, and now after the repair is in process with an outside contractor, Im told Im not getting a hot tub because theyre choosing to not sell it to me anymore. Even though I gave them a $2300 deposit back in July? Sure, Ill take your money, only to give it back for a higher profit? I have never witnessed this business practice in my life. Its unfortunate that I have to even give one star.As you can see by my invoice, they threw in several INCLUDED items with my sale. This purchase was in July, when the hot tub shortage of 2020 was really unknown. It doesnt take a genius to figure this one out... Why pay for a mistake that you created, when you can sell it for a higher profit to someone else?Amy and Oneil, do the right thing! This is not the way you treat human beings. Its clear they have happy customers, so Im clueless to your decision??? Buy low, sell high is the mantra of the stock market. Apparently the same goes for the ONeills. The decisions you make when times are hard... Now Im stuck with a $1000 bill to repair existing electrical and not even getting my hot tub. Just flat out wrong!

Bought our hot tub from O’Neill’s a year ago and had a wonderful experience. Owners go above and beyond to take care of customers long after the sale. Have been using O’Neill’s since for spa maintenance and never have to worry about it. They take care of it and it is always swim ready!

Have had a tough time with algae blooming daily in the pool as well as chlorine levels dropping quickly. After a couple of visits, the water is sparkling clear and water chemistry is spot on! Havent seen any traces of algae at all. Very reasonably priced, highly communicative and responsive. Thank you ONeills!

Our previous pool company of 7 years was too busy to help when our pool shut down, we thought it was the pump or pump motor. We called O’Neills - they came out the next day - was a 20.00 capacitor - pool works again, they have a new, happy, and satisfied client. Still haven’t heard back from the previous company.

I do not recommend this company for fixing hot tubs. I sent them $190 on an initial diagnosis and I did not get any follow up to getting the problem fixed or part replaced. After four months of calling them back and not getting any sort of update on the matter I gave up and went with another company to get the hot tub fixed and the other company actually got it fixed during the same visit. Another thing was their diagnosis was completely wrong, they were saying to replace the whole lcd control panel when it only needed a small pump sensor to be replaced. The one thing they did follow up on was whether I paid them a month later.

The staff was amazing and helpful! They answered all of my questions and assisted me in buying a hot tub that I am so excited to own! They have a great selection and offered detailed information that helped me choose the right tub for me. I highly recommend O’Neil’s Pools and Hot Tubs! Great service and a great product.

Just when I thought it was hopeless, Oneills came to the rescue! They diagnosed a problem with both my pool cleaner and my pump that could only have been figured out by true experts. Their expertise and honesty saved me a giant headache and quite a bit of money compared to the what the thieves at Leslies were trying to charge me. Call them first! You’ll be happy you did.

Irelend handled our sale. Answered all our questions. Responsive and friendly. The owner takes the time to go out and check your site for feasibility before the order takes place. The Caldera brand of hot tubs looks like a great product we are looking forward to getting ours installed.

These people are knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a history in the community. Sometimes convenience comes at a cost, but I have found thier prices competative with Amazon,(unlike Leslies) and no wait! Get your water tested for free and some good advice. Go by and see. Lets keep local Texas business thriving. I went in with a small piece of a bigger (much more expensive) thing broken. The folks there gave be the part scavenged from another busted pump and some advice on how to install it. No need to spend a fortune he said, call if you need help. Charge? Nothing.

Everything youd want with a pool company. Friendliest folks you would ever meet. Very knowledgeable. Able to adapt their schedules to your emergency needs. For example, the night before we went on 3 weeks vacation, lightning hit near our house and knocked out many electrical things including our pool pumps. We called ONeills from Hawaii and despite already having a fully booked schedule, they were able to come out within a couple of days and fixed the pumps so that our pool was up and running again. They also provide us with our weekly pool service when we are out of town and we can relax knowing they are taking great care of us.

The sales lady Ireland was very helpfull and helped us locate the tub we like . She scheduled the install amazingly quick ( bought saturday soaked in it the folloing tuesday) . The tub had leaks but the service team came right out to make repairs and made sure it is running right. No complaints yet .If i bought on line it would be 4 to 8 weeks untill door delivery and someone else would have to install, start up and service. ONeils did us right.

O’Neill’s is the best! Their pool service is off the charts but if you are looking for a spa this is your place! I love soaking in the Caldera Spa, especially since I workout a lot. It helps with all of my sore and tight areas.

ONeills always do a great job, and they go above and beyond too. One day recently, I found a note on the door after he left, telling me hed seen a big fire ant nest against the side of the house in back. Id never have noticed it. I appreciated it so much because he didnt have to do that. In addition, theyre always friendly and courteous on the phone. Highly recommend!

ONeills Pools is fantastic, especially Grace! When we completed our home last spring my husband and I decided to try to do the maintenance ourselves. He opted for cleaning and I would do the chemicals. We knew absolutely nothing about pools so I went to ONeills Pools and asked what was involved. They explained everything I needed to know. At first I tested the chemicals myself with a test kit, then took a sample to ONeills for them to recheck to be sure I got it right. Then I found out that I could just take a water sample to them every week and they would run it through their amazing chemical testing machine and either print out the report and/or email it to me - for FREE. The report indicates exactly what needs to be adjusted and it is so easy. This has saved us hundreds of dollars so far.

Then staff and owners are always friendly and super helpful. It’s great to do business with other local business owners.
