I am so impressed with this company. Just started with them recently. Gunnar showed up right on time and did a thorough job. He explained everything and then began right away. Big deal for us was that he was wearing his mask and was very respectful of being in the home with the intent of keeping us and himself safe. I highly recommend this company. Worth every penny as far as I can tell.

We just moved into our home and found several spiderwebs and a wasp nest, so we wanted pest control that could come quickly and eliminate these issues. Michael showed up the very next day, talked us through the entire process, and found (and took care of) two additional wasp nests during his inspection. With the weather getting a little crazy I’ve been having issues with Ants a in my back yard. Luckily Bubba assisted me today and surprisingly, I learned so much as to why these darn ants love to live in my backyard. The more you know. I use Hawx pest control and have used them for over two years. They perform a great service and are extremely reliable. They have good communication letting me know when they are coming and which services they are going to be doing. The thing that I like best about Hawx is their employees. The people who come to my house are professional, knowledgeable, very thorough while finishing their tasks. They listen to my concerns and always ask if I need anything else. Today Randy noticed and treated 15 anthill in my backyard. I had noticed one! Randy is outstanding and represents Hawx extremely well.

Gunnar came by for our standard scheduled service - I had a talk with him and asked him to take care of ants in a specific area of our yard, near our home. He listened and proposed his solutions for the problem and took care of our full treatment in addition to the ants. He was professional and personable! Thanks for the great service.

Our first service and he explained everything exactly as the sales rep sold it. 👏 Raymond also had an extremely high level of knowledge in the services the company provides and has an unique ability to relate current situations to previous ones. Our technician Gunnar was very thorough in his work and was quite pleasant and professional. When we asked him to treat the inside of our house, he wore slippers and a mask for protection to our home, and sprayed every room carefully. He treated the exterior by spraying the perimeter of the house, and he used brushes to reach webs on the eaves. Great work.

Kaleb showed up on time and explained everything he was going to be handling while on the initial service. Kaleb was very polite and answered all my questions. So far I am very pleased with the services that Hawx has provided me.

I was never given a time frame of when a technician would be at my house for my quarterly appointment. I called and spoke with 3 different individuals regarding this and specifically told them about 3 hornets nests on my house. I called because I had an appointment that I had to leave for in the evening. The technician who was to service my home called me and I, again, mentioned the 3 hornets nests and he confirmed that he saw this in the notes from my earlier calls. He told me he would take care of the hornets nests as well as everything on the outside of my home. And I told him that since I was not at my house I would call and schedule another appointment for them to do the inside of my home. However, upon my return home, the 3 hornets nests are still there. This is my second encounter with Hawx as I am a fairly new customer, but I am considering going back to the pest control company that I used prior to switching to Hawx. I was with the previous company for years and did not have this issue.

We’ve been using Hawx for years and they’ve been nothing short of excellent every time they come by. They give me a heads up days before stopping by, and I always get a message later with details of the service they provided. Always professional and friendly. Randy performed our service today and just send me a message about what he did, including photos, and I can always go online to get those details as well. Randy is excellent! We have been using Hawx for the past couple years, there have been a few treatments that have been very poorly done (but with a call they are always willing to dispatch a person to treat the home again). The last year or so they have been much more reliable and thorough. Randy treated our home today, inside and out, doing an excellent job. He also made sure to take covid precautions while treating. Due to the price and warranty they offer on the work, I would recommend them.

Michael showed up on time and did a thorough, effective job helping me with an ant problem. He was easy to work with, explained what he was doing and was extra careful about doing anything that might affect our pets.

Had Gunner out as soon as we moved into our place out in Manor 2 weeks and though we noticed a big difference it seems pests in this area require extra care. Luckily for my wife and I Gunner was able to come out again today and even though I had to drive from Round Rock (sorry again) he was more than understanding and made sure to attend to all of my concerns as to help rid us of our unwanted guests. This company just came by our house at 9 PM at night by a very rude solicitor. That late at night, I would expect it to be an emergency. I told him we did not want our business and all he told me “enjoy the bugs”. Awful company to allow their employees to bother people that late at night. Why would I ever trust their service? Do not get.

Danladi Young ( DJay) was very professional and thorough. I expressed I was allergic to Bees/Hornets and came to the recue. He knocked down 10 plus wasp nest and put down granules to kill the cicada killer that were digging in the ground to make their nest. He made sure to make me aware of were they were and sent pictures to my phone. I am very happy with the service received today and would recommend this service to anyone who has this same issue. Not happy that these guys are soliciting at my house around 8:35PM. I have kids who go down early because we rise early for school. Completely unprofessional to be showing up this late. On top of that, this guy who is soliciting is cruising around the neighborhood on a hover board and drives through my yard twice.

Gunnar was very professional, polite, and thorough, as have all of the technicians Hawx has sent me. I like that they take the time to ask if you have any specific areas that need to be treated. In my case, after so much rain, I had 2 fire ant mounds about the size of car tires. I pointed them out to him and he took care of them, along with the wasp nests and other areas. Just a solid service.

Gunnar came by to do mosquito fogging and was very professional and friendly. Ive had great experiences with everyone that has come by to do servicing for our house, and I would highly recommend them. Weve used their service for getting rid of mosquitos multiple times and its helped deal with the problem every time.

Ive been using Hawx for over a year now and Ive never been disappointed. There was a wasp nest underneath my swing set in the back yard and they did a service call just for that one thing. I was grateful. Michael Hornsby was the pest control expert, he called when he was on the way and once the service was completed and took pictures and sent them to me to show the job was done. They are always awesome and that is why I have kept their services.

Stay away from this business! On the first call they will hook you in to a deal with made up discounts and if you ever want to cancel any time before a year, they will charge you a huge penalty ($550 in my case) and essentially get all those initial discount back. I got the pest and mice services from them. Their service is very typical which you can get from other companies much cheaper.

Connors from Hawx is exceptionally helpful and proactive. He explains things well. He is open and informative. Highly recommend. We have had other companies but well stick with Hawx. Been with them for a few years now.

Gunnar came out today and he did a great job. I have appreciated all the bug guys from Hawx that have been out. They have all been courteous and polite. I get a phone call, text, and email a couple days or so prior before each time they come out as a heads up. They also knock on the door when they get here and ask if I would like them to spray inside or in the garage while theyre here, and also remind me to not let my dogs out back for a little while after theyre done. I have not had any bug issues and I am happy with the pest service side of things. I actually did cancel the lawn care service after a year after not feeling like I saw results, but I am writing this review just about the pest care.

Conners was great! He was attentive to details and did a good job. He also was very mindful of the safety and care of my dogs!

We were looking for a company to help us with our pest control and found Hawx Pest Control. A sales rep helped me get signed up and after two days sent their technician Djay over. Djay was very courteous and did a wonderful job. I am going to see within the next couple of days the situation in and out of our home but we were guaranteed a warranty if anything happens between now and our next treatment.

What a scam. A one year contract right one visit every three months. That’s four visits right! They keep coming back without my permission and saying I’m in contract and obligated. Be ware they are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on y’all! We spoke to your office today! We are still being charged for this visit. We do not want your business.

Buyer Beware! I called for interior flea treatment and I’m told I have to do a contract and they would come treat the fleas. Two weeks later my Flea problem is worse then ever. I tried emailing only to find out they don’t actually check their email, and the “local” number gets transferred to Utah. When I said the treatment didn’t work, they tell me I have to pay an additional $250 if I want them to take care of the fleas. come to find out they never sprayed for fleas the first time. I tell them, I don’t want their service because they sold me something I hadn’t asked for. They said, too bad. I’m now being forced to pay for a year for a service I didn’t want and I still have fleas. Hawx is the most unethical sham of a company I’ve ever dealt with. They finally cancelled my subscription but charged me an ADDITIONAL $216 for nothing! They literally did nothing. all totaled, I’ve just been shammed over $300 from HAWX and still have the same fleas I started with.

I would 10/10 recommend hawx. We’ve been with them for a little over a year and have no complaints. They have competitive prices, are always professional, and send an email and/or text to let me know when they are coming out ahead of time! Although all of the tecs that have serviced our house are friendly Juan REALLY knows customer service - he is friendly, professional, and easy to talk to (so it wasn’t an issue asking questions). He also went above & beyond by calling to check protocol for spraying their products around my chickens!

I’m glad I got help from Djay at Hawx. I had the rare issue of having a carpet beetle infestation in my back seat area in my car. He came by on time and assured me that these Bugs will be gone. I was beyond stressed so his confidence helped. Very kind as well. Great service. I’ll go to them in the future for any needs.
