Brock serviced my ant-infested home in South Austin which is tenant occupied. He communicates well, has an online billing option, and was able to schedule the tenant in within 48 hours of me contacting him. The home needed multiple treatments and the tenant had a tight window with her travel schedule of when they could make a second visit. He was totally on it and it true to him name rocked it.

Spoke to Brock on the phone. Really nice guy who doesn’t mind taking the time listening to your needs and setting out a good game plan for your treatment. Only a day later Colby, one of Brock’s employees, came by. He was a really nice guy as well. They really know their craft and are passionate and good at what they do. They guarantee their work and whereas some companies might want to bamboozle you into monthly treatments, Brock even said those weren’t necessary and I’m doing the bimonthly checkup plan. I only bring this up because he could have tried to squeeze every dime out of me with monthly visits like some of the bigger companies do but he was considerate about the effectiveness and real need for such saturated treatment. He even set my mind at ease about my arachnophobia! Haha. Very cool company and great bunch of guys. Highly recommended.

Brock is awesome. I found a 2x6 in hole in my siding way high on my house and was convinced that someone was living up there. Brock came out, spent an extended time in the attic and assured me that I had no one up there. He was prompt and polite...Repair on the siding to come but I can rest assured that I have no freeloading possums or otherwise up there. Highly recommended. price for his time --very very fair

Brock Star is a skilled, experienced exterminator. His father has a PhD. in insect studies so he has been into this all his life and is passionate about his work. He is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Brock handled our bedbug nightmare as well as a subsequent ant invasion. He is the one to call.

Brock promised me (verbally) services, he did not put them in writing. I missed this on the invoice... When I brought it up he said he would still do them, then disappeared. Answered a few texts that he hadn’t forgotten but never scheduled a time to come. I paid for the service.

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. My technician, Colby, sealed up an area where rats were getting in the house, and came back several times to reset traps and collect the dead rodents. The owner Brock was was friendly and accommodating. I live in an old house and have had to hire numerous pest control companies over the last 20 years here in Austin. Brockstar is by far the most efficient, effective and economical one I have dealt with. Highly recommend!!

I had bedbugs and tried to get rid of them on my own [dont make the same mistake]. I finally called Brock and wished I had called him the first day. He knows his business extremely well, explains things before proceeding and has very fair pricing. He did what it took- and did it very professionally. I will never hire another exterminator as long as Brock is around!

We fired our old pest control service and hired BrockStar to come out and regulate on our bug situation. He was very professional and could tell hes been at this a long while. He treated the outside and inside, along with trouble areas we pointed out. I was so used to having the old company come in and spray the hell out of our baseboards claiming everything was non-toxic, Brock tries to cut down on all the spraying inside if he can and does traps instead, which really shows he cares about his customers. As he was leaving we saw a dead roach on the front step, that was 10 minutes after he sprayed the outside of the house. Ive never seen results like that, and he made it seem like its an everyday thing. If youre in the hunt for a pest control company in South Austin (or anywhere), hire Brockstar.
