Mike was very knowledgeable and informative. He educated me on the products he was using and how they would work. He also explained how bugs get into the home . Totally recommend!

We had several rodent folks come to our home say the same things (seal things up, set traps in attic and wait and see). Mike took a different approach and spent the time to investigate what was really happening. We actually had the rats trapped in a wall, so he carved out a sliver of a whole in our wall and we saw open abandoned pipes. We would have lost so much money and time had he not suggested this. Hes got great intuition and communication. We would highly recommend him again!!!

Mike was super friendly on the phone and extremely responsive. There was a huge aggressive colony of red mahogany wasps in eaves above the walkway to our house, these wasps were aggressive and relentless and my partner and I were both stung multiple times without provoking them!! I called Mike and he was at our house and took care of the problem within an hour. 10/10 Mike is our go to for pest control.

I receive a reminder notification the week prior to my upcoming scheduled service, which allows me time to reschedule should I need to. The day of the service I receive a text message regarding the arrival time and sure enough Michael is on time (this is important to me).You will find Michael friendly and knowledgeable. His prices are competitive with other companies and you are not stuck with a monthly lease. You can have him come one time, two times, three times or forever (lol). I highly recommend this company.

This company has saved our landscaping. We live in the hill country of Austin and were dealing with wildlife destroying our mulch and ripping out our plants nearly every day/night. I was losing my mind about it, seeing as we had just spent a lot to have the landscaping done. Mike was wonderful. Not good service. He sprayed our property every month but still a lot of Mosquitoes.

I had a rat problem, and after setting traps, and sealing all openings, Vermin X returned to check for any activity. They returned when I had my kitchen demolition, and caught the HUGE rat that had been living in the wall!! Awesome!! Also sprayed for the German roaches and got rid of them once and for all. Thats something no other company has been able to do. WecWe not be happier.

I had a problem with birds trying to nest in my front porch. I hired Vermin X pest control since my pest control company doesnt do wildlife. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service or results. Ive also switched to them for my pest control needs as well. Ive been with them for over a month now and Im happy to report, birds are no longer attempting to nest in my porch and my insect activity appears to be way down.
