We rented a water slide VERY last minute for a pool party I threw for my bachelorette meet and greet. Amanzi Party Rentals was early for the set up and very professional. The slide was such a hit, all of my friends had so much fun. Highly recommend this company.

We had the best birthday weekend ever! Amanzi Party Rentals brought us a water slide early in the week and we were able to keep it all weekend long. My kids absolutely loved it and it kept them busy and they were exhausted by bed time!. If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. They were hired to do a neighborhood event for our community. We had a line of kids waiting nearly an hour and a half, when it was 90° outside, and they shut down at exactly 11:30. They refused to let the last 6 kids go, wouldn’t even acknowledge the parents or their frustration. They had previously cut the line off about 4 people behind us, and then wouldn’t even follow through and allow them to go. They just started packing up. It would have taken less than 15 minutes to allow the remaining kids to go. Unbelievable. These kids literally spent the entire event waiting for a single “feature” and without saying a word, they packed the harnesses away and pretended we were invisible.*Edited to add: Kona Ice in fact did not immediately shut down at 11:30. We were there until at least 11:50, Kona was still serving. Also, we were not last in line, they cut the line off several groups behind us. Those people were also extremely upset. The crew should have either managed the line better, or honored the few remaining children left. I think, based on the owner’s response to my review, it shows exactly what kind of company this is. I believe they are missing the point, which is a shame for kids that were there today and those unfortunately renting from them in the future.*

Our church had an event this past weekend and Amanzi Party Rentals had a Eurobungy there. My son went on it at least 5 times. It is all he has been talking about ever since. The people running it were so fun and cheered and clapped and were so encouraging to all the kids. It was a great experience.

Do not rent from this company. They do not give refunds for deposits or even if their equipment is subpar. I rented tents for a grad party during the rain. One tent had multiple holes in it and the leak got my table and tablecloth wet - so much so that we could not use the tent at all. When returned the “owner” said he couldn’t find the holes in the tent and refused to give $ back.

If only negative stars were available! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Quick summary of the most unprofessional behaviour Ive ever heard from a disgusting man child named Rico (see picture attached of this winner). Hired Amanzi to set up a single blow up at the annual carnival at our Round Rock elementary. The women who coordinated setting up the event made the cardinal mistake of asking him to set it up 5 feet over to make room for other blowup. Here is how the rest of the day played out. Rico repeatedoy called my wife and 2 other mothers F-ing B Sorry you old ladies are going through Menapause F Off....all in front of the elementary school kids. He made the women move the equipment, because thats clearly what real men like Rico do, because he was busy leaning against his truck just before the event was to start...I dont even want to be here old lady. Im certain that this mans mother must be so proud of him.Call Austin Moon Company instead, they are incredible to work with and clearly know what customer service means.

To be honest, I almost didnt book my rental because of the negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to leave a review saying that my rental for a double birthday party went perfectly smoothly. The delivery person was extremely polite, pickup was uneventful. Kids had a blast. I would rent from them again without hesitation in the future based on my experience.

We decided to use Amanzi to rent an inflatable water slide for our Memorial Day & Birthday party. It had been raining the day before our party, so when the delivery drivers arrived they were instructed to not drive on the grass because their box truck would get stuck. They listened and unloaded the slide using a dolly to transport from our driveway to the grass. However, when they came back to pick up the rental they decided to not listen to our previous advice and backed out onto our grass to turn their truck. They were immediately stuck, ripping up our grass, and a distraction to our party. The drivers asked us for help and we went to see what we could do. Luckily for them we have the tools necessary to move them (a rough terrain forklift, that rents for $600 daily, and a chain).Since we took our time and effort away from our guests, I called the next business day to see what they could offer us in return. Thinking that they would be THANKFUL that we saved them the cost of sending a tow truck 20 miles outside of city limits on a Saturday evening during a holiday weekend, instead when I brought up the idea of maybe offering the rental for free I was yelled the following things... No, I am not paying you.”, “You want to go to court, you want to speak with my lawyer”, “Let’s go to court, I am not paying you, we can go to court”. The best one was I should charge you for our guys getting stuck”. I was dumbfounded by what I was hearing because that is not at all how I expected the conversation to go, especially to a repeat customer. I never once brought up suing the company; I was simply asking what they could do for us since we took our time and equipment to help them. I am in complete shock at the poor level of customer service their representative/owner had towards me.I hope none of you have to experience this horrible level of customer service & sadly, think twice about helping Amanzi should anything go wrong at your event.

We used Amanzi tent services (San Antonio) for a very important event that included closing a major city street and important time restrictions. Not only was Amanzi efficient with the set up and tear down, they were incredibly friendly and fun to work with. We truly felt like they were an extended part of our event staff, willing and ready to help make the event a success! Would highly recommend them.

Do not hire!!! Worst experience I have ever had! The man they sent to our elementary school carnival (w/3,000 in attendance) was beyond rude. He used profanity every time he spoke & was the angriest person I have ever met. He unloaded in the wrong location & refused to move the items to be set up in the correct place. Multiple moms moved his items for him & he still refused to set up. He repeatedly yelled F Off and F You to our volunteers. This is all while children and parents are arriving. He went on a tirade & got in peoples faces (including mine). All because he was asked to set up in the area that was indicated on the map that was provided. I spoke to his boss (through tears & while he was still screaming F You in my face...boss confirmed he could hear what he was yelling at me) & his boss told me to calm down. Did not send anyone to replace this angry & vicious man. Worst customer service combined with horrific treatment & insulting, condescending management. The manager was able to talk this vile man into setting the inflatable up, but then he verbally berated & glared at carnival attendees the rest of the night. We are mortified that Amanzi sent someone like this & did nothing to rectify the situation after they were informed. Do not hire Amanzi! They do not care who they send to your event. Austin Moonwalks also had multiple inflatables at our carnival & provided excellent customer service, prompt delivery & helpful employees. We will never use Amanzi again & will only use Austin Moonwalks. Please take our horrific experience & save yourself the tears & frustration that hiring Amanzi will cause.

Was in the Austin area and wanted to rent a bouncy house and thought I would give Amanzi a call. Heather was wonderful to talk to and gave me so many suggestions to help make the party a success for my nieces birthday The staff was so nice and explained everything to me...got a cotton candy machine too. Highly recommend and wish the were in my state.

Heather,We were so happy we rented the mechanical bull for the San Marcos High School Project Grad. The graduates were so excited and they truly enjoyed the mechanical bull. The ladies that were the attendees manning the mechanical bull were so nice and very professional and helpful. Great experience renting from Amanzi for our school Carnival. Easy to work with. Professional behavior at event, great items.

I rented six inflatables and the rock wall for a school carnival and everything ran so smoothly! They were delivered early and set up without any issues and the operators were helpful and patient with us. If ever I had a question, I could email them and I always received a speedy reply. It was great working with Heather at Amanzi and I know I will use them again for next years carnival!

Ive used Amanzi for my kids parties for 3 years now and every time I have had a good experience with them! I rented moonwalks and waterslides and they have always been in the best quality. Their drivers arrive on time and are very professional and friendly.

Will not use again. I emailed 2weeks prior to the event being held, and again the week of. I called both austin and san antonio locations. I was blown off by the san antonio location. Then after hearing back from neither location i anxiously called the week of and the day before my event. On the day before i was told all rentals must be picked up friday by noon. (It was friday after noon.) I was told they had no idea what happened. And then offered a location that would he able to help me. Knowing i was looking for a bubble machien they directed me to a bouncy house bussiness..... i will never do business with any Amanzi location again.
