This place is dirty! The Karen at the front desk *Denise barrated me about parking. I was appalled b/c I had just got there and was going into the front office to ask a question. Once I realized I was at the wrong location I apologized and started to walk out. She continued to follow me trying to intimidate me. I would not do business with such people. Tbh these buildings look like a front. Do not do business here.... unless your shady.

2018 UPDATE:Following a 9-month dispute regarding double charged rent, the landlord, Cross Creek of Texas, wrote a reimbursement check on a closed bank account, which of course bounced as fraudulent by the bank. This is the company you’ll be dealing with if you choose to lease office space here.2016-2017:Budget office space. Three no-frills office buildings ideal for startups and small business owners. Great alternative to co-working space.PROS: relatively low rent and easy qualification terms. Air conditioning in offices seems to work fine (albeit no A/C in elevators).CONS: Parking and aesthetics are somewhat limited so not ideal for visiting clientelle. Bathrooms and hallways are maintained every few days. Elevators are in constant repair.
