Rent an office by the hour, the day, the week or even on a Month-to-Month basis. One of the largest locations in Austin - beautiful on the outside and inside - Garden views with a Koi pond - very relaxing to sit and eat lunch on your break. Offices are very nice too - as with every Regus location here in Austin - staff are very attentive. There is also a Gym and Central market Cafe in the buidling.

The short version is that Regus customer service is a 3 locally and 0 corporately. There are local shared offices that your business will matter more to and that youll get better service from. Try them first. If you cant reach someone at your local Regus center, or if they cant help you, prepare for pain. Regus corporate does not publish a customer service phone number on invoices, nor do they have phone numbers published in their portal. There is no chat. There is only a contact form. Good luck with that.In my case, my online access was compromised. Somehow I had a membership account under one login (never used it, dont even know what it is to be honest) and then my office account under another login. As a result, logging in would glitch and I could not access my office account. After an hour on the phone with a tech guy he managed to merge access. Unfortunately for me, I understood the merged access to mean I now just had one account and one login. I would try to login each month to restore my credit card auto-payment after a card was stolen and I wouldnt see my bills or the office account. I thought the old problem had returned. Due to Covid, I was no longer making trips into the office. So month one, I hit reply to the Regus email with my bill and asked for help. The next month, I hadnt heard back on the prior email and decided to email my local office location. Finally, I got an email from someone on their collection team. Eureka! There as even a phone number!! After 20 minutes on hold, I asked the Rep who answered if I could pay my bill, reinstate auto-pay with the new card and I asked if late fees could be waived given the challenges Id had. He gave me another number to call. After almost 30 min more on hold, I spoke with a customer service rep who could only open a ticket and escalate to a manager. Another hour burned up on something that should be simple, but hey... I was talking to real people so it was at least progress! :)The next day a manager called and turned down my request because apparently I was logging in with the wrong email. Now mind you, I had been told my accounts were merged... so it didnt even dawn on me that I might still have two logins. Furthermore the system let me login in and when Id use the dropdown to switch accounts, it presented a yellow message box that said One or more company accounts are missing important information. I thought the same online account error was presenting itself again. According to the customer service manager the confusion was my fault. They couldnt be held responsible for my confusion. They werent obligated to waive late fees. The same manager would not take me at my word that I had attempted email contact. He told me I would have to provide written proof that I had attempted to get help. He admitted that the company doesnt publish phone numbers on invoices nor inside the portal but didnt seem to care that it made escalating issue harder for clients. He says it was a decision Regus corporate made and it was their right to do so.It started out with a simple request. I think anyone in my position would have asked for the late fees to be waived. However, when the customer service manager said we cant be held responsible for you using the wrong login I flipped. He didnt account for my prior experience with the portal, not the difficulty reaching anyone at Regus. In the end, the dollar amount of the late fees is not big deal. Its that they are profiting by making it time consuming and difficult to reach a live person for a unique but easy to solve problem. They blamed me, the customer, for the poor experience with their technology and the difficulty in reach a live person.Apparently Regus really, really, really needs those late fees. And with the corporate values and culture on display... I can see why.

I’ve held meetings in most of the Regus locations in Austin. I can say with certainty that this location is by far the worst. The customer service is atrocious. I GUARANTEE you won’t find worse customer service is all of Texas.Every meeting I’ve held at this location something new seems to be broken as well. From the ice machine to the coffee machine and most recently the AC. I overheard some office renters mentioning that the AC has been broken for quite a while with promises it’s “being fixed” over the last few weeks. As of today the fix was box fans in the hallway. Very professional.Buyer beware watch your credit card statements and invoices as they are rarely correct and will leave you waiting weeks for a fix. Hope you don’t mind that money being tied up because if you don’t pay the incorrect amount you’ll be hit with a late fee.The idea of Regus is a good one, but unfortunately the execution at this location is very off the mark.Don’t take my word for it their yelp page is 1 1/2 stars and someone went through the hassle of creating a website. Unfortunately you cannot link url’s in reviews but a search of Regus sucks will undoubtedly lead you to the website.

Its the perfect small office solution.

Since we have been a part of Regus at Plaza 7000, our company has benefited in so many ways from their location, support, and customer service.Marina, Melanie, and Josiah are all incredibly professional and customer driven. Without fail, each of them has all individually gone out of their way to help our company. They have been the first face of our company for our new and prospective customers. They treat our clients as if they were their own clients.CC, our locations Director, is always available and efficient with her support as well. She has helped us come up with creative ideas to support our space and our brands presence at the Executive Center. We are incredibly thankful to Regus, and specifically our local Regus Team, for their support and attention to detail. We look forward to a long future with Regus at this great central location.

Stetson Realty is a tenant of this building. Horrible experience. This is the worst management company in all of Austin. They are unresponsive to tenant complaints, retain security deposits, and are unprofessional. For an entire year the house I lived in was falling apart. Every time I opened a ticket with Realty Stetson & Property Management they would take forever to respond and then eventually claim they didnt have to fix it. Sometimes they would eventually send somebody over to fix it as cheaply as possible. One time the air conditioner was leaking and they refused to replace it even though the A/C company that came out told me it was a tenant health risk and they were required to do so.No matter what you do, if you find out your property is being managed by Realty Stetson & Property Management do not rent that property. You are in for the worst year of your life!
