$690/month for 75 sqft office. Great location in Arboretum. Front desk are nice, but ineffective. Invoiced for the incorrect amount 3 times in a period of 34 days, all transactions were eventually refunded. Currently 62 days after termination of contract, and still have not received any portion of retainer balance.
