I can’t say enough about this team and the help they have provided not once but twice in the midst of such a heartbreaking time. They make the whole process as easy as it can be for the patient and family and take care of everything! Grant is exceptionally helpful!!! They have a way of just making you feel supported. I had called many places before someone gave me the number to someone at Rise. It literally took minutes for them to find a place to medically detox for a loved one.There wasnt a long process or assessment appointment. The facility was extremely close to my house, and I felt confident that they were going to take care of her.I really felt like they cared and was really surprised to hear that a case worker was assigned and ready to help with resources when detox ends.

Getting help for my uncle was a difficult task. Rise went WAY out of their way to help save his life. My family is sooo grateful. Thank you Rise!

My experience with Rise Recovery Services was amazing! What Grant and his team were able to put together in a few hours was remarkable. Typically taking weeks or even months if going at it alone. I reached out to Grant (with absolutely no information about who he was or what he did). I was detoxing and I was scared of stopping alone. Grant assured me that he could place me at one of his detox centers (a partnership Rise Recovery shares with several Family ER Centers in the metro area) and true to his word it was only a few hours later that a car was at my residence waiting to take me to receive help. The detoxification process I received while at Family ER at Lake Travis was beyond remarkable. While this was not my first time in detox, it was the first time I had ever received the type of detox that Rise Recovery and Family ER, provided. All of this taking place in a friendly, clean, well appointed, medical setting. This was no longer a scary place... this was a place which allowed me to get the help I needed. I’m truly grateful for Grant, Rise Recovery and Family ER.

It is amazing to have a company care so much for the people in the community. Rehabilitation is a difficult decision and working as a referral partner with Rise I am confident anyone I send through Rise will truly be cared for.

This was an unexpected and added value to the whole experience of getting someone into detox and trying to make tough decisions on treatment. Honestly the whole experience I have had with the guys at Rise has been amazing! I’ve been sober for a few years and to know that there are people there for the beginning of a journey to recover and while you’ve already made a way as well is incredible. I was desperate and didn’t have a way out. As a single father, trying to escape for a just a weekend seemed impossible. Rise Recovery found a way to ensure I was medically detoxed (from a nasty opiate addiction) in the amount of time I could spare to be apart from my son.
