Slow in every way. They constantly seem overloaded on both the delivery and customer service side. Their website touts that youll get packages earlier than you would without using them, which is false. I can get most packages shipped to my door much faster than through Fetch, especially through Amazon. Fetch only has four delivery windows per day. If your package arrives after 4-5pm (which is pretty standard for a lot of couriers) to their warehouse, you usually arent getting it until at least the next day. It takes them a good hour or two to check the package into their system, and by that point theyve filled up for the night. Their first package run in the daytime is after noon, so it can add up to an almost 24 hour delay. They also only allow you to pick a really wide two hour window, and they cut you off from cancelling or editing a delivery about two hours before that. So if you have something come up and you cant be home for a delivery, your only option is to contact customer service and hope for the best.Unfortunately, their customer service is painfully slow at responding. Their website brags about how accommodating and responsive their customer service is. But theyve been experiencing higher than average volumes for more than 5 months now, so good luck getting a response and much less a solution in the same day. When youre dealing with last mile delivery, you need a much faster turnaround on response times to be useful to your customer. My apartment has been using Fetch for almost a year now, and I had hoped it would get better with time. Every package I get shipped by Fetch makes me miss the convenience of package lockers more.
Fetch is a big reason I wont be renewing with my current property. We have a mandatory monthly charge we are contractually obligated to pay, but it never occurred to me that Fetch didnt have an obligation to perform said services. In the short two months Ive used them, they consistently miss delivery windows (that you stay home and wait on) and only one time have they contacted me to say they rescheduled. This morning Im spending my time looking for a lost package that shows delivered and customer service does not get back to you in a timely manner. They can apologize all day long, but do nothing to improve their service (at least not at this property in Austin). There is a reason they have very low reviews.
Always been a reliable service for my Fiancé and I, they have been great even throughout Covid times.
This service has got to be the worst at delivering packages. If you actually receive your package as expected they are normally in beat up boxes that are usually opened. This service comes free in my building and it’s still too expensive.
Have been waiting on a large package valued at $700 for several days. I have the tracking, it’s at the warehouse but it’s not logged and I continue to get the runaround by a different service rep on the status. My leasing office makes us use them. Service gets worse and worse every month. They don’t have the staff to manage all the deliveries or inquiries.
(10/1/2021 update) I have had no further problems with Fetch for the past two weeks. I hope this is an upward trajectory after some intense growing pains. With all the revamping they keep talking about, they seem to be getting it together, perhaps.(9/16/2021 update) I got a call after the last update assuring me that they have heard me and the rest of us and are working to make things better. Unfortunately, there have already been more problems. It seems to be an endless cycle of apologies, promises, and disappointment. Another reviewer referred to angry reviews. Im not angry. Im telling you my experience, which has been objectively terrible. Ive never experienced these kinds of problems with deliveries in my four decades across this country and in several others.(9/10/2021 update) They emailed residents to say they were restructuring operations to improve the subpar service in Austin, so I gave them another chance. They remain slow and have delivered a package to the right apartment number at the wrong complex. They are writing me a check instead of making any effort to recover that package from the other people. Imagine if it were something sentimental that you were counting on them not to lose? Be careful, and make sure no one sends you anything important. This sort of thing happens on the majority of their deliveries, in my experience.(8/9/2021 update to be fair) Fetch customer service does try to make things right. This does not, however, make up for the inconvenience caused by their inability to deliver anywhere near the schedule they promise. I would avoid them if at all possible. If you cannot avoid them, be prepared for uncertainty, late packages, lost packages, and trips to pick up any package you really need the day its delivered to them from their warehouse.(7/11/2021 update because things are getting worse) Fetch loses packages, delivers packages to the wrong apartments, fails to log packages for extended periods, and fails to deliver items during scheduled windows. As a best-case scenario, a package might eventually be delivered--hours or days later than it would have been received through a traditional courier and often not during any scheduled delivery window.Communication, which they used to be on top of, is now also terrible. They are not doing anything well and no longer seem to be particularly concerned about resolving individual situations where they have failed. There are probably too many of these situations to address. This company was a good concept, but it is so poorly implemented in this market, and has been for at least half a year, that property management needs to find another solution. At this point, as a resident, I will NOT live in a community that uses this service.
I know a lot of other people have there issues. However for me personally, I’ve never had an issue with packages getting to me in the 6 months I’ve lived in a fetch community . It’s just important to note that not everyone has a negative experience. And all the people complaining about a 1 or 2 delay is weird since you can very reasonably expect that when you order literally anything online. If you need something that quickly then go to a store and buy it !
THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I cannot stand Fetch. They never deliver packages on time. They constantly deliver packages to the wrong address. Their customer service is slow to respond. If you contact support, the staff is nice, yet useless. They always give the same response, “Oh, I’m sorry to hear that. Let me help you out because this isn’t how we operate and this won’t happen anymore blah blah blah.” Empty words. I receive my packages literally 3 days slower than I would if I didn’t use Fetch. They complicate everything for me!!! I am ALWAYS putting in a ticket for help on tracking down my missing/late deliveries.Lucky for them, they’ve locked in my business for the next 9 months due to my contractual obligations through my apartment. But I will NEVER sign at another apartment that uses their “services.” They’re a complete waste of money.
Update: They responded quicker to my Google Review than my customer support case of my undelivered package. Just so you know where their priorities lie :)Update 2: They responded to this post in 2 hours but it took 5 days to hear from them at all on my question of where my package is. It has now been 1 week and I have still not gotten any answers of where my package is.Can never get my package on the first or even the second scheduled delivery. Expect to have to contact customer support often to reschedule deliveries just for them not to arrive. Considering leaving my apartment complex because we are forced to pay for and use them.
This is an awful package delivery service. They have lost so many of my packages and their customer service is the absolute worst! It’s also impossible to reach a support agent by any means: phone, text, email. Once you finally do get a human response via email and start a trouble ticket, I guarantee they won’t follow through with a resolution. And… if you have to get reimbursed for a claim on a lost package, well you can just forget that. Basically, FETCH has zero accountability for their mistakes.Follow Up: September 30, 2021:FTECH is the absolute worst package service on the planet!Fetch delivery service is an incredibly awful service. I did not sign up for it, yet, somehow I’ve been forced to use it by the residence I live at the Domain. Fetch currently owes me approximately $2500.00 in lost packages. (Which they admit to). Yet… It takes about 50 emails and a months time to actually get reimbursed, ridiculous and extremely stressful… Their service is literally the worst service I’ve ever seen when it comes to customer service in this type of industry. My business / home office is suffering due to FETCH, they are literally costing me money. I have had many packages lost for a week or more. Their driver fo not have the sense to knock loud enough for someone in the kitchen (just 18’ away) to hear the door when they come knocking. They always claim via text that they will make a second attempt when they deliver the first time unsuccessfully, not once has that ever happened. I have even propped the door open just to make sure they know I’m home. I’ve had numerous packages stolen from leaving at door, so I obviously disabled that option. But still… Fetch leaves at the door. Luckily I have a kind neighbor who collects my packages when I’m traveling. Recently, I decided I would just pick up every single package at the Fetch warehouse, thinking that may be a more successful experience. I was wrong, warehouse pickup is just as much of a disaster as the delivery service itself. Message to all residences considering the use of FETCH PACKAGE SERVICE, you should reconsider, you and all your tenants WILL be disappointed….
Terrible service! They have lost my packages (containing medicine that I need) multiple times now. If you call them, more often than not, you’ll reach an automated message saying that the lines are busy and to call back later. If you’re lucky enough to not receive that message, then you will have the pleasure of getting put on hold for an hour before someone answers and tells you that they’ll open up a ticket and reach out to you via email. It’s been several weeks now and nobody has responded to my emails. I will never sign a lease to another apartment that uses fetch again.
This atlanta location is the worst, warehouse worker are extremely rude and you have no where to park. My friend requested her package be picked up from the warehouse off Cheshire Bridge rd. When she got there she went around back and a young lady told her she would have to go to the front side to pick up all packages. So she did, on thedoor it said, You can only pick up from4:30 to 7 which is not noted on the fetchapp. She explained she doesnt live in the area and this is the only time she could pick up, thats why she selected 3 to pick up, a female warehouse worker yelled stating you gone have to come back at 4:30 were not giving out packages at this time. Where is the customer service ? Stop hiring these young lazy worker who dont want to do what theyre hired to do WORK!
I have been using Fetch to get packages delivered to my apartment door so that USPS doesnt waste my time making me pick up my packages at the post office. Its worked fine for me, nothing has been delivered to the wrong apartment or anything. Of course, youll have to wait a little longer to get your package, but its better than having to risk having to take a trip to the post office. They have a new address to ship your packages to Fetch, which is the following:Your Name3101 Longhorn BLVD STE 106FETCH CODEAustin, TX 78758Its disappointing to see so many bad reviews for this service from angry customers. Remember that the US has much better mail service than other countries.
Please if you are a business, property management group or anything do not get this service, its more of a hassle for you and the customers and you wont receive your package. When receiving packages you need to use their address which would be different than your own which might be nice if you are a business but not if you are a resident. lockers work way better and are highly more reliable as the packages never come during the designated time you set. this leads to you waiting around and giving up and leaving and they deliver at a random time and it ends up becoming stolen. They say they take a picture and notify you but outside the appropriate window and arent liable for the stolen package even though it is out of the window they said it would be delivered. please use lockers and not this service its so much easier and less variables for fxxk up!
Final edit: after two weeks, the ticket being closed then reopened, and many back and forth emails with no less than 6 support accounts Fetch finally compensated me for losing the package. Long and painful support process, but one star back for doing the right thing in the end.Edit to be clear: they did not correct where they fell short.Worthless middle men only exist to add delays and lose your packages. Dont worry once they do lose it theyll first ignore your support ticket and tell you oh it just hasnt updated, youll get a notification soon. Next theyll try to tell you that you used the wrong address (and they like to change it to keep you on your toes). Finally once they cant find anything else to blame it on, theyll blame it in the carrier (ie USPS, etc). Sorry Fetch, my tracking shows it was delivered, you lost it. Trash service, the only reason these people are in business is because apartment complexes force their use.
Thee worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Packages are mostly a day late, they never answer their phone, and they charge for a delivery that was already included in my currier. What’s the point of this? The locker system was I indefinitely better than this model.
I never leave reviews but I’m just beyond fed up with this service. If I’m searching for apartments and find out they use this service, I’m NOT signing. If you’re considering using this service, don’t. If you’re already using this service, I suggest you stop unless you want to lose tenants.80% of the time they will not deliver my package until days after I schedule through them or they have lost it. Customer service is useless and takes forever and really doesn’t help. They just say they’re looking into it over and over. It’s a major inconvenience.. I’ve stayed home multiple times now specifically to get packages because I don’t want them left out, only for it not to arrive and my time being wasted. This literally happens MULTIPLE TIMES with one package.. and these are things I rely on for the health of myself and my pets not coming in. It’s unacceptable and so infuriating that I can’t choose to not use this service. I’m leaving my apartment complex largely because of it.Fetch, you are negatively impacting people’s lives way more than I think you realize. Get it together.
UPDATE: If I could give less than one star, I would. It is a week later and I am on hold with customer service again looking for a package. Was on hold for an hour and their system kicked me off. Called back again and am at 15 minutes and holding. Package was delivered and accepted by them 2 days ago (via Fetch email). Was not delivered that day when it was scheduled. Called customer service and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday - NOTHING. Was told then that it would be delivered today - NOTHING. At this point if they have my package, promised delivery days ago and they still have it, isnt that theft? So, paying for a delivery service that doesnt deliver and the cost of my order. Need a refund from Fetch for both. AND, please dont insult people with an auto response to reviews.LAST WEEKWhy have delivery “windows” when items aren’t delivered. Needed the items to be delivered on time due to being a birthday gift for the following day. We are paying for this service.
They keep stealing packages and holding them for months at a time. I will not sign another lease at my complex solely due to Fetch! If a complex tells you they use fetch DO NOT MOVE THERE, you will never get another delivery unless you fight them for it
Updated. So once you can reach a person the team is responsive and friendly. They need a better way to communicate with the public in a timely fashion though. They were busier than expected, but the wait was not bad.(FYI- I would also recommend getting at least one staff member First Aid certified or basic response skills, cant hurt and its a good idea. I do hope the woman assisted today is doing well. )
If there was anything less than 1 star Fetch deserves not even an half star. The timings they say the item will be delivered is an imaginary time. I had three packages not being delivered to me for at-least 3 days, they are holding my packages at their facility. When you sign up for the service they promise you same day delivery, which is just a joke. After a lot of back and forth through texts they stop replying, once I could get hold of them on phone they say no one is available for wayfair deliveries because they are big packages. They never mention anything about big or small packages and how they will be delivered during the time of sign up.My personal suggestion would be to avoid signing lease at the apartment complex if they are handling packages through FETCH. Please forget about fast shipping or expecting a prompt delivery because these guys like to hold the packages and deliver it to you at their convenience. On top of all this, Fetch is a premium monthly subscription service.
Fetch has delivered dozens of packages to my apartment and Ive only had one issue regarding a missing delivery (which they later found). Sometimes theyre a little late but not often. Theyve been pretty reliable to me.
People who said customer service is great, are paid. All email correspondence to customer Service are nothing but copied and pasted responses. I just got off the phone with them over a package that was never delivered, and got nothing but a run around - they cant even call the center directly to get a direct answer. Id rather take the chance of the delivery being stolen from in front my door, than go through this company ever again - at least Ill get a delivery notification, and an exponentially easier time of filing a claim. Better than, a Youll get it when you get it, regardless when you scheduled it approach
Id give zero stars if I could. Constant issues and the same tired excuses for months. Will be leaving my apartments when my lease is up because Im just not willing to keep trashing $15/month to get my packages delivered late constantly. Unfortunately because of my lease Im at the mercy of using and paying for this service but I highly recommend you avoid any complex that requires you to utilize fetch. Terrible rip off.Go to their warehouse and see whats going on. Nothing. A bunch of people sitting around a terrible looking office that almost looks like a front. Yet they constantly say they are overwhelmed. Avoid!
EDIT 2 (8/18): On 7/16 Fetch sent an email to customers claiming errors were as a result of prime day and they were on a mission to do better and by mid august things would be back to normal. It’s now mid august and things are still not back to normal. As has happened too many times since I’ve moved here fetch sends me a notification that my package will be delivered in a window and never delivers the package nor provides any update to let me know it’s not coming or is being rescheduled. I’m now prepared to have to chase them down once again for a package with the hope it won’t get lost. Can’t overstate enough how bad this service is and how much I don’t recommend moving to a complex that uses fetch. I won’t be renewing my lease with my building solely on account of them.EDIT: shortly after this review was posted I received a phone call from Fetch. Right after the call I received confirmation the package that led to me posting this review would be getting delivered between 6-8pm. The package never arrived. To apartment complexes considering Fetch - dont do it if you care about happy residents that will stick around. To people considering signing a lease with a complex using Fetch dont do it if you like receiving packages in the mail and not having to struggle finding out where your packages went. This company does not have their operations and logistics figured out and its very clear they are not staffed and organized enough to handle whats expected of them. Theyve confirmed delivery windows for packages for me multiple times and never deliver it and are then slow to respond to customer support requests. Ive had instances where I did not receive the packages until days after my initial delivery window confirmation. My pets have been left to dry running out of food multiple times because fetch did not meet their delivery windows which is unacceptable. They also dont have any accountability around this so expect them to just apologize, be slow and unresponsive in communications, and have no sense of urgency since theres no consequences to them constantly screwing up. Ive never written a negative review but Fetch has been that bad to deal with to where I feel compelled to join all the other negative reviews on here. Whatever you do stay away from having to interact with this company.
HORRIBLE!!!! These people are the worst of the worst! I live in an apartment community that requires us to use these idiots in order to receive any packages (Amazon, frozen meals, etc.). Easily, 4/10 packages are either very late or lost. Recently they did refund me about $160 for frozen meals that sat at their facility for 5 days unrefrigerated before making it to my apartment. You can call anytime day or night and get a “no representative available” automated message. They will eventually call you back and say how sorry they are, that I can be assured they are addressing the problem. BS…. At all cost do not use this company for any reason! I own a business I run out of my apartment and as a direct result of their terrible service I couldn’t even begin to calculate the revenue loss they’ve caused! I pray they go out of business which will force management to seek other options. Two thumbs down for Fetch!! 👎🏼👎🏼This review is after a year dealing with them and at least a dozen botched deliveries.
I would love to give this place 0 stars if I could. After changing my address and ordering several packages to this place, I get an email a few days later explaining that fetch has changed my address again. Not the biggest issue, so I decided to call fetch and of course it’s just an answering machine telling me to call back later every single time. I’m now terrified because I need these packages ASAP, and I can’t get any help. I feel like I shouldn’t have to be forced to use this service provided by apartment complex but I guess thats just how the world works now. Terrible company, terrible customer service, and from what I can see from other reviews, this company constantly makes mistakes.
Where do I start? This “service” only causes problems. I had packages stolen, lost and delayed by Fetch with no accountability. I stopped using this service over a month ago and today they actually took my package from my premises and now have it somewhere in their facility. How incompetent does a company need to be to go out of their way to cause problems for people who don’t even want to use their service??? And when I call their main phone number, an auto response just hangs up on me. Totally unprofessional and a total joke of a “service.” Never use them.
EDIT: If Fetch were as diligent at delivering packages as they were at responding to negative Google reviews, they would be an amazing service.Weve lived in an apartment complex that utilizes Fetch for less than a month and weve already had three issues.• One package Fetch listed as delivered without us scheduling a drop-off; that package was never found.• Fetch texted us letting us know we had a pending package; logging on to the app no pending packages were listed. Were still trying to find that item. (EDIT: it turns out this was because the initial text wed received had been sent to us by mistake. Our package was delivered several days later.)• We scheduled a bulk drop-off of several packages that Fetch had listed as received and only received abut 75% of them. (EDIT: we found out that this happened because some of the packages did not include our special resident code, but this brings up the the point that having to input BOTH Fetchs suite number AND the special resident code often confuses online address forms. But had we not called and followed up about the remaining packages...would they have just sat at Fetch HQ unclaimed?)Customer service is canned, unhelpful, and full of typos. Honestly were just going to get packages delivered to a friends house at this point. If youre apartment hunting a complex mentions they use Fetch...run.
The service is going further downhill. When I scheduled a delivery, I sat at home all evening to wait for it only to receive a text that delivery has been attempted and will be attempted again in an hour, so I wait by the door only to receive a further text We knocked and you werent home. Which is factually incorrect and someone just couldnt be bothered to finish their route. I then had to wait for the parcel to be received back at Fetch so I can reschedule it. I rescheduled it for 12-2 today only to see that they moved it to 4-6 without even notifying me. It got to the point where I rather drive to the HQ and pick the parcels up myself because I at least know Ill get them this way but since they removed the HQ pick ups until further notice we are stuck with gambling when and if the parcel arrives. I understand that mishaps can happen and its just human but based on all the negative reviews here its a consistent baseline for this place
This company has so much to improve on. I wish I could stop using them but unfortunately my apartment complex requires us to get our packages delivered through them. I’ve had SO MANY issues with my packages that it’s not even funny anymore.First of all — they make you schedule a time for them to drop off your package however they either deliver it outside of that time frame or just don’t deliver it at all. For one of my packages they took 24 hours just to log the package into their system! And then I had to reach out to them to ask them what was going on! Me! They don’t even have the decency to reach out to their customers and explain the situation or update them on where their packages are.Second — The customer service is a joke. If you reach out to them, all their reps say is that they’re looking into it or that they need to reach out to the facility to find the package. I would understand if this happened to one or two packages but I’ve submitted over half a dozen complaints. It’s extremely frustrating when you order packages and expect them to arrive on a set day but they don’t.TL;DR - Find another delivery company, this one sucks.
I just received the completely wrong package for someone else. They had the correct residential address and billing address on the receipt, yet simply because our names are the same, they delivered her package to me. There is NO reason this should have happened and that makes me VERY cautious to use this service when something so simple was so monumentally botched. The package could have been something very valuable and they would have given it to someone else. I will be returning it to the owner but man, this isnt acceptable.
I have had several late deliveries and now a missing package. I try to call customer service but can never get a real person. I have left messages for 4 days straight about the missing package and have not gotten a call back. I have also emailed the Fetch help online but have not heard back from them either. I am forced to use this service because it is the only way I can receive packages at my apartment complex--The Verandah at Grandview Hills Apartments. I dont why this service was chosen with such bad reviews.
I have ordered multiple packages and had delivery issues. One package had an estimated delivery date of June 30 and it still hasn’t arrived by July 5. Another two packages had a delivery window for July 5 between 4-6 and they never arrived. This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever seen. If a company is setting expectations around a two hour delivery window for a specific day, the package should arrive. To read other reviews from several people with the same horrible experience is ridiculous. This is inexcusable. I don’t want a sorry from the company. I just want my orders at my door as promised.
THEY SHREDDED OUR PASSPORT AND FAILED TO CONTACT US WHEN IT WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION.This is the worst service any resident can get stuck with inheriting. If your living community uses FETCH, RUN.We had to cancel TWO VACATIONS because we are at the mercy of someone person with a scanner who ar their discretion did not take the time to contact us. We are absolutely furious with this service and we will be contacting CORPORATE AND A LAWYER TO RECOUP OUR FEES AND EXPENSES, and anyone at any apartment thinking about using this service is at the mercy of resident complaints and headaches because their system is broken! We took this up with “Darlene” and they had no answers only excuses. This service is a fraud, it’s massively frustrating and not worth gaining more frustration searching down your property!
Fetch is great! sometimes their deliveries can be slow but they usually always deliver within their time windows, their customer support team is always so helpful and fast whenever I’ve encountered an issue!
Dont bother using it if you want your packages.I have to use Fetch. My apartment complex makes me pay for it and more than once Ive had things sent to Fetch that were addressed to my actual apartment and not to them. Not once, not twice, not even three times, but probably five or six Ive had issues with my stuff getting delivered. And the excuse Ive been given is, sorry but our employees are 1099 employees. We cant really control it if they show up or not. Heres an idea yall. Make them W2 employees and treat them better. People not showing up is a direct reflection of sh*tty management.Dont bother and if you see that an apartment complex uses Fetch, Id suggest trying to opt out of the service or looking for a new place.
SLOW! Twice now I have had Amazon packages delivered to Fetch for them to sit on them for HOURS before logging them into their system. This results in AT LEAST a 1 day delay, sometimes more. I tried contacting them and left a message. It was TWO DAYS before Fetch contacted me back!If there were a way I could get out of this service and paying for it, I would but its part of our apartment lease.
EDIT: More bad experiences with Fetch (its like a never-ending cycle). Package was delivered nearly two weeks ago but the shipper must not have included the little code which means: no contact from fetch. They have a package in their building thats unaccounted for. Huh, weird, not our problem I guess? I texted Fetch 3 different time this week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then finally Thursday got onto the site to use their automated report. Four days and several different contact methods must be the magic amount. I love having to do this (we have a 50% success rate with them so far). Did you forget that you have to PAY for this service? That EVERY resident in your apartment pays for this service? Its the worst invention: lets make getting packages 100% more awful. Increase mishandling and misdelivery by 100%. FedEx and USPS work hard to get a package to you ON TIME, at an agreed upon time, and now Fetch messes everything up.I wish my apartment complex didnt use Fetch, it makes me not want to live here. Four entire packages are just -- somewhere / lost? -- over in fetch world, and have been for a week? Nothing on the app? Customer service didnt respond for two days and I had to follow up with them, now theyre asking me to provide tracking details + sent address + the vendor, as though this is a normal thing that one should be expected to do with any other shipping entity? Absolutely unacceptable. I will warn all of my friends about this terrible place.
Awful experience with this company, ever. I am forced to pay this company as an amenity fee with my apartment complex. On August 6th, I had an encounter with one of their employees in the parking lot after she banged my car door with her car door while unloading packages. I decided to move my car and watched her finish her job and move her car from where she was at next to mine (no reason to do this). I ran down the stairs to intervenebetween her and my vehicle, and also let fetch packaging know about the weird encounter only to find my car completely vandalized a couple days later in the same parking lot. Fetch packaging has done nothing. Ive lived in this complex for a year now and have never felt more unsafe and unheard by a company and their employees. Never has my car been keyed the way it is awful company, and even worse employees.
Honestly Fetch provides little to no benefit to the vast majority of people who live in apartment complexes that require them. If your complex requires you to use them, go somewhere else. You don’t want this hassle.Fetch claims you will receive packages faster as the delivery services give them priority. While that may or may not be true, it’s a complete lie that you get packages faster. I had 3 packages delivered to them at 11 am today and not one of them are available to be delivered as of 5pm. In case you don’t know how this terrible company works, packages are delivered to them, they put them in the system, and then you can schedule delivery.I can’t even schedule my packages because they are not in the system after 6 hours of being there. This has happened before and I needed the package THAT DAY, so I had to go pick up my delivered package from the mandatory secondary delivery company who failed to deliver my package. My packages will now have to be delivered tomorrow at the earliest if they didn’t lose them, which apparently is something that happens extremely frequently. That is NOT faster than having Amazon deliver directly to me. This defeats the entire purpose of the company!!There is no benefit to this company as of now. It is poorly ran and provides little to no benefit to residents. The worst part? Fetch is $15 a month. THATS MORE EXPENSIVE A MONTH THAN AMAZON PRIME! I am paying $15 a month for a service who can’t even log my packages into the system in a timely manner. I am paying to have a middle man that doesn’t even do it’s one job: delivery packages.
Fetch is the absolute worst service around. We had a large expensive package delivered to them days ago and still don’t have it. First they couldn’t seem to find it, and now they can’t manage to give it to us. The customer support is a total joke. Every day they say, we’re looking into it! And nothing. I couldn’t recommend this service less. It’s inconvenient, unreliable and poorly ran. Maybe one of these days I’ll receive my package, but at this rate probably not. If it weren’t for apartment buildings forcing residents to use this service they’d never make it. Absolutely ridiculous.
What can I say that other reviewers have not. Forced to use the service through my apt complex. Every time I have a package come in, I schedule delivery and they are a no show. No communication letting me know they are not coming. Spent 3 days last week trying to locate my medication which rode around on their truck for 3 days before being delivered. I am currently in the same situation again. Such a good concept to be ruined by careless employees/contractorsI really wish I could edit this review with good news, but here we go again. My package was delivered to the Fetch facility on 08/14/2021 with no notification to deliver to me. I have called, emailed asking for a call so I can schedule delivery and I cannot get a call back. Hopefully some day I can leave a positive comment for this company but so far that is not the case.
I actually gave five stars for one loss of my package last week. The entire process is very easy for me. I texted the number and got apology and they gave me the reimbursement of my entire order right away. I understand its really disappointing of losing packages and potential delay of the packages. But I still want to give credit for them handling my issue fast and being responsible. Also when I moved to the new apartment complex, I had 40 packages scheduled to deliver on that day, they delivered it on time without missing a single one. So for my experiences, its not bad at all.
I wish I could give this service negative stars. I am forced to use them and I had some packages scheduled for delivery. They asked me to be home at 4 to receive the packages-totally fine. At 5:45 I called them to see where the packages were and they informed me that they moved the delivery time without telling me so they would be there at 6. They arrived at 9pm -5 were missing and the rest were damaged. The next day was somehow worse. I was assured that my package would be the first one dropped off at 12pm. They decided not to deliver it at all.Worst of all, they do nothing to help. They hardly answer the phone or text and when they do it’s all empty promises and no actual solution or information. To top it all off the nighttime manager,James was extremely rude to me.This is a pointless service. All it does is make you wait extra long to get your items. And they will more than likely lose your items.Do not use this unnecessary service. I have never been so frustrated with a company
My apartment complex (5th Street Commons) forces me to use this service. If they dont abandon Fetch then I wont be renewing my lease. This service is a completely pointless middle man that forces you to wait about an extra day or two longer to receive your package -- even when you choose their express delivery.
Changing this to 2 stars since they did not cause the initial screw up, the delivery company had mixed up the order. Still their customer service is non existent, after 3 days of my freaking TV going missing, I had to actually drive to their warehouse and get some answers and get someone to actually look into the issue. For 3 days all I was told was that I am sorry, we are looking into the issue. No updates, no calls, no info on what do or how to figure how to get to the bottom of things.
Youve had my package for 2 days. Itd be great if you could manage to deliver it
We live in an apartment complex that requires us to use fetch. We have literally no other options if we want to receive packages. We have had a number of packages lost over the course of the past year. When the packages are lost, we contact Fetch in an attempt to resolve the issue with varying degrees of success. After they lost our most recent package, we noticed that they had removed the option to call for customer support. We filled out the lost package prompts in the app and have not received any feedback. It has become clear that not only does fetch not have any interest in improving their service, they do not even want to hear from customers to attempt to resolve these issues. The only reason the business continues to exist is that they have a captive audience with no other options. If you are an apartment complex who is considering fetch, I implore you to do literally anything else. Your tenants will have absolutely 0 confidence that they will be able to receive their packages.
I hope I could give minus 5 stars if I could . My $150 package was not delivered after I scheduled it 5 times. My wife’s packages, include baby formula and diapers, have been out of delivery for 3 days and no updates. Our communication is ignored, auto-replied messages. Seriously, any apartment who is planning to join Fetch, please be alert, you will loose your tenants for your decision.
I have implemented Fetch at several of my communities over the past 2 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. It is a huge replacement to the package locker system where Amazon and other delivery drivers just throw packages anywhere they want to and then you have to search for them. Their customer service is always helpful and they assist if a resident package is lost, as well as accept packages much larger than Amazon and deliver it directly to your door!
Have been using at Platform apartments for about a year now and they work perfectly every time. I didnt get one package that showed delivered and I reached out to them and had confirmation and sent to my door the next day. Not sure why others have had poor experiences. This is the best way to prevent porch theft.
Been on hold for almost 40 minutes when they say it’s “only a 4 minute wait.” Had a package delivered to the front door of Fetch at 9:30am and it’s now almost 9 hours later and hasn’t been checked into the Fetch system where I’m able to schedule for delivery. Customer service is an absolute joke! Why even have a phone number??? We used to have package lockers which were amazing…..but then my apartment complex moved to Fetch. I can’t tell you how many complaints there are about the service on our resident portal. Packages delivered to the wrong apartments, contents broken, perishables not delivered at the right temperature. It’s an absolute mess! And what’s the point of overnight or next day shipping????
Theyre not perfect, but I dont think any delivery company is, and Ive had good experiences with them even when mistakes have been made. They mistakenly delivered something to me that I hadnt ordered and picked it up soon after I told them; and when somebody else with the same name picked up a package intended for me, Fetch reimbursed me.On top of that, I like that they go beyond other delivery companies by allowing you to choose when to receive your delivery. Not only is it convenient, but it also helps reduce thefts because I can make sure to be around to pick it up.Theyve definitely got room to improve, but I think theyre doing well so far.
We live at a community that forces its residents to pay for fetch as a delivery service and I have to say it’s been the absolute worst. From late arrival of packages, lost packages to just downright incompetence, this company has it covered. This service does not benefit apartment residents. It adds time to the delivery and in some cases prevents the package from ever getting delivered. Its a shame that any community would consider partnering with fetch.
The worst package service of all time!! They never deliver anything on time. It is impossible to reach their customer service team. At least 2 of every three packages do not get delivered when scheduled. Sometimes they say “out for delivery” and then just never show up. You try to get in touch with customer support and they use the excuse of “higher than normal inquiries” to justify doing absolutely nothing to help you. I have been trying for two days to get a response about an expensive delivery that has been scheduled for delivery multiple times without being delivered. Their “delivery windows” are like a suggestion to them, because your package will not show up during that window. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!
Fetch customer service is excellent! I am so impressed with this service.
Coming from a business background, I have to applaud this idea. With the uptick in package thefts, I see the vision. However, I feel as though this service is maybe useful for about 5% of the population, which is if you’re out of town a lot, or work late, or whatever. However, in my area, UPS, FedEx and USPS all run later in the afternoon, so when I use the Fetch service, I don’t get the package until the next day. This defeats the whole purpose because now I have to wait LONGER to get my package. Not to mention, when I had my package scheduled to be delivered, I got a text saying that they won’t be able to deliver my package on the day that it arrived at their warehouse. So if I would’ve just put my own address, I’d have my package already. So, unless you work out of town a bunch, or if you don’t have someone at home to retrieve packages, this service is literally pointless.Likely will not be using this again!
These people took care of our packages during covid and that alone is worth a great review. I receive packages daily and usually from the same person and whoever that person is I would like to thank and leave a review for. We have always had our package delivered no problems, no accidents, and most importantly no hassle.
Edit: My package is now missing for 5 days. I get the same generic message saying they’re “investigating” but get no where. This company is a complete scam and clearly hire thieves. How is this ethical?! I hope they get shut down soon.Literally the worst service to ever exist. Unfortunately our apartment community requires us to use them. This is the second time I have a package on its way and never shows up. This is a total headache and more of an inconvenience than the concept intends to be.
Serviced worked great the first few times i used it. Then they hired a bunch of incompetent drivers and continue to deliver to the wrong apt. complex almost constantly. Im sure the drivers are fine people, but they clearly dont know where they are going half the time. Truly no excuse for this level of incompetence. And support? Good luck getting ahold of them, literally like two people working their support. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!*UPDATE TO RESPONSE*: I all ready have someone investigating, after the 5th time, i tend to lose all hope that your service will come through since time and time again it has failed. Thank you, but no thank you.
Super convenient and easy to use! All my packages were delivered on time!
EDIT: Day 10 of fetch. Since this post, the response below was the fastest and only prompt time someone has responded. I order an expensive vacuum and sent it to fetch and got a notification it was delivered to the facility. 6 hours later after reaching out to fetch they say they dont have it. Goes along the lines of a couple people below having their expensive items missing from fetch... Impossible to get anyone to speak to me other than saying my item is not there. There’s a reason why there are so many 1 star reviews. Moved into a apartment complex less than a week ago that requires using fetch. Already had two packages destroyed, a mirror and furniture. Not cheap! Avoid at all costs
What is the point of this company at all? It just puts a stop between our amazon packages and our doorstep. It defeats the point of same day shipping / two day shipping and simply creates confusion between buyers and sellers. Why fix something that was never broken? I cant order something online without feeling the dread of having to go through this company. Its literally causing amazon to lose my business, lol.
I wish I could give this place less than 1 star!I am being forced to use this service by my apartment complex and it is torture, I am considering finding a new place to live if they dont stop using Fetch. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong with Fetch, they are constantly delaying my packages (~50% of the time I have to reschedule the delivery because my packages never get delivered), sending my packages to the wrong unit, or losing packages. It is extremely frustrating that I have to PAY MONTHLY to use a service that makes my life so much more difficult and delays packages by days. If I could just have my packages delivered directly by UPS, all of my problems would literally be solved. Also, dont even try calling them on the phone - they wont answer. I have to submit a request through email with them every time something happens, and while they have resolved most of my issues (this is probably the only positive), I wish there was a more direct way of contacting the facility rather than the back and forth through email.
Had a oversized package get delivered today at 1pm, did not logged in until 9pm. Extremely dissatisfied with the service Im for some reason forced to use.Update 3/28/21 - Apparently home depot delivered a plant for our new home on Thur the 25th at 12pm. Seeing how it it is now Sunday the 28th and I still dont have it, this is even worse than my first experience with Fetch. Four days later delivered. Box clearly days pwrishable.
Useless, poor service.BLUF: they will mess with your deliveries. Don’t trust on the service. You will schedule deliveries to their facilities and they will fail to delivery it on the same day, because their delivery windows are very limited. Also, it takes +4h to a package appear on their system. Finally, their FiFO management is terrible. This is a service included in my apartment leasing, I’m moving out from the building because of this service. Check it out before renting, Leasing, buying an apartment whether they are Fetch’s customers. It is a terrible pseudo-benefit.
This company has terrible customer service. They never call back and it is hard for you to get through. I’ve also also asked how I can file a complaint and the agent was unsure and unclear answer. The idea of this delivery is great and I was excited to use them and since I’ve had issues several times with them. To Fetch- you should be embarrassed operating a business that is so unorganized, I hope you go out of business once more customers realize what terrible service you provide.Obviously other complaints are on here and you have done nothing to implement a better service and customer delivery -meaning you do not care about your customers. What a shame.
Update: still completely useless. They updated their address and now any packages that went to the old one (like if you had pre-ordered something) are just not being added to the system. Oh and their support is so behind, you get text responses back the next day. Nothing about this company is actually worth it.If you look at an apartment complex that advertises their use of Fetch, RUN AWAY.----------------------------------The concept behind Fetch is pretty cool, and I could see how in non-pandemic times that it could be useful while people are at work. However, theyre slow - not just to scan stuff, but the delivery windows are like six or eight hours ahead of time and I feel like at least once every other month or so, Im having to harass them to find my packages. Everything is just so poorly managed and its cumbersome to have to use them because my complex says so.
Getting in touch with Fetchs customer service is nearly impossible. Ive called over 18 times now and been automatically hung up on every time. No response by e-mail, Scout, or text. A large and expensive package was delivered to Fetch yesterday and it still has not been logged into my account today. Earlier this week, Fetch delivered several of my packages a week early and left them at my door without my signature, even though I had them scheduled to be delivered at the end of June and to only be delivered if Im there to sign for the packages. It amazes me that this company is doing the opposite of what they advertise - they are losing packages and delivering on the wrong date/time.
Apartments Complexes PLEASE DONT USE FETCH! I have an issue every other time I use them. It is inconvenient, unreliable and the customer service is slow and frustrating. I will be leaving my apartments ASAP 100% because they make me use and pay for Fetch. My 1st question when apartment hunting will be do you use Fetch? If so I will not lease with them. Like many reviews, I wish I could give less than 1 star.
Im REQUIRED to pay $15/mo for the fetch service by my apartment complex. It seems that Fetch got greedy and can no longer handle the volume of clients that they have and since they have contracts with the apartment complexes the users cannot even fire them and hence this service has become a SCAM. 1 package was delivered to Fetch and never show up on the Fetch app. After numerous unanswered texts, emails, and calls, it was found and delivered 11 DAYS LATE! Another package was scheduled and unscheduled repeatedly for 3 days within the app for no known reason since texts, emails and calls went unanswered. Another package was received by Fetch on 7/1 and is showing out for delivery on 7/3 but was never delivered as of 7/7 and texts, emails and calls go unanswered. Yesterday, I called and it said estimated wait times of 6 min but I was on hold over 41 min before hanging up. They manage to mishandle about 1/3 of my packages right now and I have no recourse. I have contacted my apartment complex management who says they will forward my complaints to corporate but only corporate has control of the contract with Fetch. This is not acceptable.
If the company reads this, you are breaking the law by leaving parcels in front of customers doors even though they selected Do not leave at door. Your workers never even ask for signature upon receipt and always sign it themselves with the door number. How is that legal?A parcel is missing because you left it at the door without my permission and sign on my behalf? Then once you contact customer service (its actually insulting to call it that, you wont receive an answer for days with the typical excuses that there is a backlog of inquiries. This company had a backlog of inquiries since day one. If you are understaffed then hire more people, if you do not have money to do so then shut your company down. It adds nothing of value apart from creating more hassle and when parcels disappear (aka get stolen), you have no way to get them back because tracking shows it arrived at Fetch and once it disappears from Fetch, you are basically Fed because they do not care.
Terrible service as of late. Ive placed multiple calls with zero answer. Ive sent multiple emails with ZERO correspondence. Ive had my apartment complex call and they were not receiving responses until today where they, and in turn, I received confirmation that my delivery would show up today...5 days late. As of an hour past the late end of the delivery window my package was still out for delivery...and two hours later I still dont have my package. Residents of my apartment complex are forced to pay for this service...and quite frankly Im not sure why.Sidenote...I find it interesting how reviews on Google can get a response but calls and emails dont..
Wish I could give zero, or even negative, stars. Non existent customer service (and if you comment to call, text, email or DM - I have and you dont do anything. Try actually solving a problem) they claim to not have packages but I have proof from FedEx it was delivered to their facility. Now its been over 2 weeks and nothing. Im going to have to completely reorder my very expensive medication bc Fetch literally cant do what their business was set out to do. I will never live in a place that uses Fetch ever again and I suggest the same to anyone else.. Fetch you are terrible
This is the worst service I have ever encountered in my entire life, I would not use it if it werent for the fact that my apartment building requires it. I have had 8 packages delivered to fetch and there has been an issue with EVERY SINGLE ONE. I wish I were joking. They lose packages, reschedule the delivery window window without telling you, etc etc. Their customer service team has reimbursed one package and given me a $15 Amazon gift card for another delivery issue, but in reality I dont want that stuff I just want them to actually deliver the packages. Horrendous service, if youre not required to use them then DONT USE THEM.
Was notified my package had been dropped off with these “middlemen” that go by Fetch. One day later and nothing from fetch, no confirmation of receiving my very expensive package or not receiving it. No one returns messages, no one answers phones. I’d heavily reconsider living anywhere that requires you to use fetch. Terrible customer service, I should say none existent. These crooks have a nice scam of delaying Amazon shipments and any other packages.
Wasnt able to receive a time-sensitive package because their agreement with my apartment complex doesnt allow UPS to deliver packages, period, to our complex. Disgusting business practices. Sender sent it to my personal address not knowing, and I dont feel like I should have to give the I have a different package shipping address spiel to everybody in case they ever decide to ship me something.
More work than a package locker or getting delivered to your door. They claim quicker delivery, but I regularly get items a day later than I had previously.
So far our first impression has not been the greatest. Its only been a week using this service . Already my girlfriend and I are a little upset with it. We just moved to a community that requires us to use it and currently wish they didn’t. We have had packages come a day later after delivery and currently have one package in limbo. It has been “out for delivery” for the past two days and have tried texting and emailing customer support for a reply but have not gotten any response yet. We even tried to call but when we try the phone just hangs up.
Absolute HATE having to use Fetch! If I get a package delivered by FedEx, ups or Amazon before 12pm I’m lucky to get it by 6pm! If it’s after 12 I won’t receive it until after 6pm! SUPER inconvenient!!!! Sometimes not even until the next day! And if your package is somehow stolen, unlike Amazon, FedEx or UPS they don’t insure it so you are SOL! Once your package is safely delivered to Fetch what happens after that is on you and you eat the cost of your package! As far as Fetch getting back to you after you have an issue, it will take at least a business day for them to get back to you and then they “kindly” tell you, there isn’t anything they can do. As of now I’m having all my packages delivered to my business, which is super inconvenient and I still have to pay a monthly free to Fetch through my apartment but at least I know I will actually get my packages and on time.
My apartment complex the Verandah at Grandview thought it would be a good idea to fix something that was not broken and hired fetch for all of its residents packages.. the switch started last week. I have had 2 packages sent to fetch and both scheduled on different days to be delivered. BOTH TIMES fetch failed to deliver the packages when promised... this is not a convenience for customers it is a nightmare
EDIT:Here we are again, not even a week later with another missing package. It was set to deliver last night between 8-10 pm and after spending the whole morning trying to get in touch with customer service through multiple text and phone calls (which keep you on hold for an hour and then hang up on you) I have NOT GOTTEN A SINGLE RESPONSE. I am very frustrated, the app still says my package is out for delivery and will be delivered by 10 pm yesterday... I just want some communication! And my package!! This service is the worst thing to ever happen to postal services and I wish my complex would just fire them. Going to call and complain to the leasing office yet again. Maybe if we drop them the service will get a little better for the rest of you... not likely though.ORIGINAL:My apartment complex made me use this service and it has been problem after problem. Missing packages, late packages, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with customer service. They never answer the phone (have been on hold for over an hour multiple times just to be hung up on) and take days to respond to email and text inquiries if they answer at all. Then, they think they can give a half-solution to the problem and not respond to the inquiry at all. If I could give negative stars I would. This service is an absolute joke.
This service has been subpar at best. My packages are often delayed, and reaching out to customer support is impossible. Im moving out of my current place because of Fetch and avoiding the apartment complex that requires us to use Fetch.
UPDATE: So after reaching out due to my review and confirming that they had located our most recent undelivered package and that it would be delivered in the next window, Fetch has now managed to lose this package in the span of 24hours. Avoid fetch like the plague people. How a company like this can exist is beyond me. We are forced to use Fetch by our property management company and were promised a faster, easier delivery experience, anything but that is true though. Over the course of five months we have had to continually contact customer support for undelivered packages, lost packages and damaged packages. In the last two weeks alone we have had two different deliveries scheduled that for some reason just werent delivered and no attempt was made by Fetch to notify us at all, we had to actually call them to ask where are items were to apparently get anyone to notice they werent delivered. And while the reps are incredibly nice they do little more than say they are sorry to hear this and then schedule your delivery for another time/date, there is no rectification or explanation as these issues are continual. Fetch is a complete scam and does not have any of their logistics together at all, I would avoid any property that forces you to use this service.
Fetch gets 1 star only because I have to give them one. They are not dependable and we are forced to use them because our apartment complex has an agreement with them since they get a kickback. We have had 3 packages in the last 2 weeks not meet their assigned delivery time. They ended up being over a day later getting it to us. When I look for a new place to live I will always ask if they require Fetch and if the answer is YES then that will be a serious strike against the place.
Terrible service and terrible customer service. On multiple occasions, I’ve had a package that has been delivered to them, so I schedule it to be delivered to me. Twice now (in just 2 weeks), I’ve scheduled it to be delivered to me but it doesn’t come (the app shows that it is “Scheduled to be Delivered” YESTERDAY. This doesn’t update for days. I’ve tried emailing, texting, and calling them to get my package, but it takes them days to even respond. The idea is ok but their execution is horrendous.
NEW EDIT: Since the move to a new facility, things have been better. Adding a star and hoping it continues to be this way.Absolutely awful. Packages frequently are scheduled for delivery only to not be delivered for days, if at all. Packages have arrived open if from a potentially expensive place. I’m not going to resign at my current complex because they use Fetch, if that gives you any indication of how horrible it is. In addition, 2 packages arrived with broken contents that should have been treated as fragile.
Extremely disappointed with this service. If you are an apartment complex considering using Fetch, PLEASE do not do this to your residents. I’ve been back and forth with Fetch for about a week now, and I have 3 packages are no where to be found. I dont think Ive had a single package delivered when it was supposed to be. I’ve also had packages delivered to me opened. Fetch is a HUGE inconvenience.
I have given this company multiple chances and yet here I am writing this review. At first they were ok my packages would arrive to their facility and by that night it would be at my door. Then one day I had two packages delivered to their facility and no word on when it would arrive at my house. I txted them multiple times with no response, I emailed them and then was on hold for well over an hour before they hung up the phone. The next day I try calling again where I was on hold for another hour and then finally got to someone told them the issue and they had the packages sent over and explained that the package was marked as a loss puppy. The name and address on the package were both correct I cant believe that they had no way of contacting me or finding my information. Well only one of the packages got delivered and no sign of the other. Here is to me being on hold for another hour of my life wasted. I wish I didnt have to use this service but Im stuck due to where I live.
Fetch is the most unprofessional service I have ever encountered. Without my consent, an urgent package was sent to their sorting facility. They did not deliver my package in a reasonable time so I went in to pick up my package. After wasting over an hour of my time and incurring nearly $50 in expenses, the employees response was we dont have time to dig through four bins to find your package. Essentially they are holding my package hostage because they refuse to do their job. This is entirely unacceptable.
People don’t trust this company. My first and last time. They received my package and hold it for long time. Their agent told me they don’t have vehicle to deliver my Sofa . I would have my package simply free shipment by Fedex ON MY DOOR . Now i need rent a truck and go to their main location and get my package. FETCH IS NOT RELIABLE,DO NOT TRUST
As I wait for customer service on the phone, now at 30 minutes, i am reading the reviews…..clearly this is a terrible company and service…Unfortunately my son’s apartment leasing agreement is tied to this service and i sent an important package through UPS to these guys….I am contacting UPS and have my son pick the package directly from them and bypass these guys completely……
This service can be a bit confusing at first, but is actually super convenient. I was unable to locate a handful of packages and called customer service to help get them sent out. They were helpful and very friendly and we were able to locate all of my packages (I had forgotten to put my name on the mailing address so they were unable to route them). Its also great to have a window of time to expect packages as I can be sure that they will arrive when Im home! Definitely worth it so that I dont have to worry about packages sitting outside my apartment.
I’ve used fetch for all of 1 week now and I’ve had multiple packages delivered broken, “missing” and I even had one package delivered to me opened already. I wish I could give them 0 or negative stars. The best best part is that they do nothing to investigate where things actually went wrong. They just take the employees words when things go missing or get delivered opened instead of running the cameras back and getting to the bottom of things. Fetch is a great idea but poorly executed - especially when the delivery drivers/workers are careless and dishonest.
Update 10/01/21: ridiculous that even with the new address location & employees, my packages are just being dumped at the wrong apartment. Already twice this happened in 3 weeks or so. Our neighbor had came from downstairs to haul 2 heavy packages to us.To think were getting charged a good chunk of change for this service each month...I wish we residents had a say in this before our complex deployed this service. This service is still really getting out of hand. It was never this bad in the beginning.Update (08/05/2021): delivery for today is an hour late; should have been delivered between 6p - 8p. Im just not having any luck this week with Fetch!Update (08/01/2021): Service is getting so bad due to losing or lack of staff. Packages still arrive at 10 am or sooner and deliver isnt until the NEXT DAY!!! Also, its still annoying having two addresses. Despite updating everyone on the address, its really hard when someone has 200+ friends and family. Countless times theyve had to reorder gifts or resend them because it didnt go there. This service is more costly and time consuming than if I didnt have it!! It really is a bother having two addresses to manage, especially when Ive NEVER had to in my life until now. Its like technology is going backwards in time and efficiency and doesnt solve/help anything; just creates problems that never existed for me.(01/2021) Its nice to have the delivery service, but having to wait at certain delivery times is annoying. Especially when a package would have arrived at 10 am at my complex, when we used to have on-site lockers. Now, if it arrives at 10 am, you have to wait until 4 PM to get the next delivery window. Often, they get packages even earlier (8 am), and you still have to wait for the later times (4 PM or later). I like the fact that if youre out of town, they can hold your packages for you. Its just the urgent packages that become an issue. Your website/company information seems to pride itself on being this incredible service, but its okay. Fetch fixes a problem that never existed and that normal delivery services have mastered for years; but I guess thats also a problem with apartment living versus your own house. Otherwise, I have no other issues with Fetch, my packages always arrive safely and with notifications its been delivered.
They’re honestly just an impediment. Nothing about this service is desirable. I am forced into it by my apartment complex, but I am seriously considering moving out just to avoid the chaos they cause with package delivery. I cannot figure out how this is a real business at all — what is the point of a middle man delivery. ups claims that allegedly they cannot deliver to buildings with fetch from — this is absurd. What was wrong with ups and fedex delivering?
TLDR: Dont trust this company to handle your mail, or the mail for your residents.Theyre seriously (and admittedly) understaffed and mismanaged. One quick glance at their Glassdoor will tell you that theyre treated like slaves, (only not paid as much as the Amazon warehouse workers). How you treat your employees gets reflected in the services that people receive.I showed up to retrieve my package, but instead of being handed my package, I was handed an excuse as to why they didnt have it. This company has been a nightmare since my apartment complex took them on as a service to replace our mailroom lockers. Not only do packages not get delivered in a timely manner, packages marked as delivered from USPS, Amazon, FedEx, etc. will go missing for days on end. This has included medication!
Sooo many problems with fetch.. bad customer service, lost packages.. constantly complaining to them! Wouldnt recommend..
