GREAT service leading up to our event from Abdul as he was extremely flexible with plan changes and very responsive. Everything was on time the day of our wedding and the driver navigated those Hill Country back roads like a pro. Highly recommend!

Austin Charter Services are going to be my go to from now on. They were super easy to work with and when I had to cancel our trip last minute they refunded us the entire amount even though it said in their contract I was past that time. Abdul is great and the whole team and Austin Charter Services are great.

I booked a bus with Austin Charter Services at the beginning of July this year for transportation to Lake Travis. When booked, COVID-19 regulations allowed for us to have a larger group on our boat and on the bus. After TX began to shut back down, we were forced to cancel the boat and therefore did not have a need for the bus anymore. When speaking with Abdul, he was VERY understanding and instead of charging me the normal cancelation fee of $200, he just charged the $45 admin fee. He was super helpful throughout the rest of the process as well. I will definitely book with ACS whenever we need a charter!

My non-profit used Austin Charter Services for 6 different bus trips over two days during a conference we ran in Austin in January. Abdul was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. There were a lot of details to manage with so many different trips to various locations across the city, and it all worked out seamlessly. I found them to be the most affordable option in Austin, but that didnt come at the expense of quality. Highly recommend!

I booked a bus in April for a boat trip for friends in August. Abdul quickly answered any questions I had and was willing to work with me on price and requests.Unfortunately, Hurricane Harvey rolled in and we needed to cancel. We contracted with Austin Charter Services for our daughters wedding on February 10, 2018. Abdul worked with us to coordinate buses for picking up wedding guests at 2 different hotels in Marble Falls/Horseshoe Bay and transporting them to the Spicewood Vineyards wedding venue Travis and Taylor had chosen. We then had buses return the wedding party as well as all guests to hotels at the end of the night! Every driver called me when they arrived at the bus pick up location at each hotel, professionally went into the hotel to tell them they had arrived and where they were parked, and waited patiently for passengers running a few minutes late.....still arriving on time for the wedding! At the end of the night - the bride and groom walked under the sparklers and on to the bus with their wedding party....to continue the fun back at the hotel! Austin Charter Services helped us meet our goal of making sure the wedding party and all wedding guests had a safe trip both to and from our event!

We used Austin Charter Services for our wedding in Dripping Springs and they did a great job! They were friendly, professional, on time everywhere, and communicated really well. They were also flexible leading up to the wedding as we solidified counts. Their white school busses were cost effective, and fun! They were exactly what we needed to get our guests back and forth without worrying about them drinking and driving or just getting back to the hotel (about 80-90% of our guests were from out of town).Thank you Abdul and team for making the process of getting everyone back and forth so easy!

The Ultimate Customer Service StoryWe chartered a bus and coach for our daughters wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a transit bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as school bus certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn.Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow!I cant thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. Loved Austin Charter Services. Used them a while back for a party on Lake Travis. They picked us up on time, we had an awesome driver, and our pick up went off without a hitch. Our party got ro and from the Lake on time and safe.

I rented Austin Charter Services to shuttle a bunch of friends out to Lake Travis for an all day party and then back downtown at the end of the night - four roundtrips total, two in the morning, two at night... not a simple task, especially on those winding roads near the lake. ACS was reliable, on time, their buses were well maintained and affordable, and Nolan our driver was fantastic, professional, and stuck to the schedule. Also, scheduling beforehand was simple - Abdul made things easy for us. He answered every question and explained things clearly. We even had a few changes a couple days before the event and he made sure a new itinerary was revised and sent back to us within 24 hours. They are very responsive and reliable. I would definitely recommend.

Austin Charter was a reliable transportation company for our wedding! They were timely, affordable, and went above and beyond to accomodate us (including two extra trips for guests who needed to leave the wedding early and an impulsive after party trip to the bars!). The busses were comfortable and air conditioned. We used their schools busses to transport guests from the hotel to and from the wedding venue and their 12 passenger van to transport the bridal party. Would choose again!
