There was an issue with communication for a wine tour that I scheduled for my wifes birthday, which was mainly my fault because I should have confirmed some things with the winery prior to arrival. The overall experience was good on the wine tour and it made my wifes birthday special to her. Orlando our driver was professional and did everything to make sure we were good. I will use them again but due my diligence in gathering info before scheduling another tour or limo ride.

We had the best time visiting the wineries even though it was sweltering hot outside. Our driver was extremely courteous and helpful. We definitely call them again.

These guys were the best from start to finish. The driver was very professional and knew about all the vineyards that we visited. It was a hot summer day but after visiting a few wineries and tasting some wine, we were having a great time.

We were very pleased with this company when we used them to take our kids out for a birthday party trip. We stopped at the Capitol Building and to Main Event to bowl and play games. Their driver was very polite and drove carefully. I will use them again for a parents party next time.Tom.

Driver arrived early. She was very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable about the wineries.We went to Driftwood Wineries and stopped at Deep Eddys Vodka in Dripping Springs. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY DO NOT TELL YOU WHAT YOU ARE REALLY RESERVING AND CHARGE A RIDICULOUS RATE.In 2012 I was a part of a bachelorette party that booked this company for a pick-up/drop-off from our hotel to 6th street along with a pick-up/drop-off from 6th street back to our hotel. They were extremely helpful, very well priced, and very timely for both pick-up’s and drop-off’s. Since I had such a good experience the first year, I definitely wanted to book them again for a bachelorette party in 2013.When I called for the reservation the lady was very helpful, cheerful, and nice. She set me right up with the same situation as the previous year and told me the price it would be for BOTH of the pick-up’s and drop-off’s. She then send me 8 confirmation emails all with different prices. I received a 9th confirmation email with the quoted hourly rate also. She then stated I should call the week of the reservation and she could even tell me if we would be having the same limo drive for the pick-up at the end of the night, that way we would know if we could leave items in that particular limo or not. So far so good, right?... WRONG!When I went to make the call to confirm our times and limo driver, I asked for the TOTAL price again stating I received a lot of emails with different prices on them. This lady confirmed the original price I was stated and then quickly changed it stating the original price I was quoted was only for ONE WAY! Therefore doubling the price of the reservation (which is also the equivalent to renting the limo for 4 hours, I only needed it for 30 minutes to 1 hour max). This price was outrageous so I asked for the cancelation policy, she stated it was 50% of the reservation. So if I kept the reservation, it would cost me $300; if I cancelled the reservation it would still cost me $150. I didn’t understand why the price had jumped so much since the previous year, she stated “Prices change”. That was helpful… Then I told her if I am paying that much for the limo I want every minute of those 4 hours, she stated “Well that wasn’t the reservation you made”. I went to ask what the hourly rate was (because I had an email stating it) and she confirmed the number in my email, but quickly added there is a 4 hour minimum. That is nowhere to be found on any email, website, review, ect! Why wasn’t this brought to my attention when I made the reservation?!In the end, after numerous phone calls between myself and her, her and her boss, and then back to me (WASTE OF TIME) I cancelled one of the two reservations (since they were getting half the payment anyways) and have other transportation set up for the end of the night.Reserve a ride at your own risk.
