Awesome Party Buses! Excellent driver and Chauffeur in general, went above and beyond. Amazing weekend in Austin TX, thanks to Arias Limos!

Absolutely awful experience. We booked 3 limos for our wedding day.Limo 1: The bridal party was running a few minutes behind and the driver called me (the bride) 5 times, left numerous messages, sent 4 people up to tell me we were late. We had all of our stuff loaded on the limo, and all but two of us make it downstairs. The driver then tells us the other two can take an uber because he has places to be. He continued to turn the music down the entire ride to the venue and was nothing but rude.Limo 2: The limos shocks seemed out and kept swaying. It was also leaking condensation and the speaker would not hook up to the groomsmens phones.Limo 3: We left for our getaway limo and it wasnt there. I had to call and ask where they were and they eventually showed up 30 minutes late. The driver then proceeded to get lost FOUR times - missing our exit TWICE. The lights didnt work, nor the AC. The back of the limo was covered in painted plywood.After we did not tip any of these drivers, as they didnt deserve a tip, I was think INVOICED for the suggested tip amount. If the tip is required, you shouldnt list it as suggested. Save your money and do NOT use this company. I walked into my hotel crying while all of my friends and family were standing there. This service completely ruined my experience.
