Very clean laundromat with large extractors and hot dryers... You can wash and dry a large load of clothes for around $5. Not too bad.theyre not 24 hours and they close kind of early I think around 8:30 p.m last load. Its a good choice if you live in the area..

The place is cool to do any size laundry with the help of an oscillating fan, Yesss! However 2 quarters for 8 minutes is highway robbery for lack of another punchline incorporated. These machines need to be flushed after so many washes from individuals, its filthy to use a laundry room directly behind someone with 5-12 loads of bedbug infested linens. A $5 wash reasonable to start..the attendant is very useful there, keep her on payroll. Please.

The place was clean and the lady who was working was helpful. It has all the stuff you could hope for in a laundromat. Id suggest getting quarters the dryers and washers have card readers but the dryers require you swipe for each 8 min interval. It can be a little tedious. Id recommend it.

I come on the weekend early mornings and its always clean I just wish the restroom was open but I understand there is no attendant there that early to maintain them.

I used a 2 load machine today with my debit card. I dont like how it puts a hold of $5 when it says $3.50. Also, I set to heavy and hot but after it started up, washed at light and warm. The rep here is professional and friendly plus the place is well maintained. I guess I will just use cash from now on. Without her, you would get one star.

I dont know why this place has such good reviews. I had the most frustrating experience here. Half the machines I tried were defective. The attendant was utterly unhelpful and this place does not take responsibility if their machines are defective and take your money. Took my wet laundry home to line dry. Wont be coming back here.

A well run business! Having already patronized the other two establishments I thought to try out this location. I had driven by the place at first not expecting it to be tucked away adjacent to the Family Dollar. This laundromat is considerably smaller but easily as busy as the other locations. Clothes trolleys were at a premium. Antonia, the staff attendant provided top notch and the most friendly and attentive customer service of any of the Big Clean locations. Bravo! As expected, the facility was impeccably clean, organized and the coffee was still steaming hot this evening. No need to go elsewhere. Excellent job - thank-you.

Nice clean place good working machines

Im incredibly frustrated. Ive been coming to this laundromat for 6 months. For the most part, this has been the best laundromat with great pricing for what I need done.Thats the reason Im giving it three stars -- because every time besides today Ive had a good experience.But today I came in and attempt to use my card on any of the machines. All of them declined my card. So I tried my debit. Also declined.When I brought it up to the workers, she said that this was normal behavior when theres bad weather, which is 0% my fault. She then pointed me to an ATM (with a $5 cash withdrawal fee) that I could use and set up a loyalty card.Look, I understand there are things out of the workers control. But the fact that this is a normal condition for the machines and I wasnt warned before putting in my detergent and the workers didnt offer an compensation (such as a comped loyalty card to at least do the laundry I had set up).I probably wont be back after this experience, since I wont ever know if my card will work.

People this really is a big clean laundromat, I used 1 washer for all my clothes where normally I have to divide them. All the washers and dryers worked so well and were of great quality. The dryer prices were very reasonable and the place was clean and neat. Loved it!

Very, very, clean! Im not a fan of public laundromats never really have been. But this place is absolutely worth it one of the few I believe in Austin. It can get packed seems like everyone comes from everywhere to wash their clothes there. But once you go you understand why.

This place is the best! Clean, friendly employees and customers. There’s free WiFi and clean bathrooms. They really do mean the big “CLEAN.” They are constantly cleaning! Love doing my laundry here. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Door does open before 7:30 but yank HARD in cold weather. Was irritated, thought I pulled with sufficient energy. Nope, need to get a little angry with it.

Nobody loves laundry but if you gotta do it, this space is, true to its name, both big and clean. It has a neighborhood vibe and there are real people working there who are friendly and approachable. MUCH nicer than the laundromats of years ago.

The employee on shift today was VERY rude to customers in front of me AND me. I had a problem with one of the dryers not working but taking my money so I went ask the attendants. Didnt catch her name, but curly hair, rude, wears a high pony. [edit: Rosalinda] As she was making her way to me a couple stops her to ask a questions and the woman rudely is like IDK??! and shrugs walking away from the woman AS SHES TALKING. I am in awe because I cant believe how rude that was. Then as Im trying to ask her a question she proceeds to act bothered because shes actually cleaning the restrooms right now so I asked what I should and she said yeah Ill be there in a sec so I waited by the dryer. She points and proceeds to tell me its not working as if I should know. Says there is no not working sign she could put up and no way to transfer the money I already spent and that I would have to repay. She just shrugs and says sucks and walks away. Maybe if there were signs I wouldnt waste my money on a broken machine. I talked to the couple and they said shes mean to them every single time they come in. Someone get her out of there. I am not coming back if shes on shift.

Its great, nice, large, and clean. Anthonia, a staff member who works at this location, is very nice and helpful. The only con is that I had no idea the pricing on the washing machines depends on the settings. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.

The people who work here are inhumane and have no kind of conscience. We came here today on August 2nd at 8:30 am to do our laundry. The Mexican woman working here, who calls herself Maria, started cleaning the lights with no regard to the people sitting there as she dusted the dust on top of us. We also found a sharp nail in one of the dryers. Maria needs to be checking these dryers and washers and cleaning them, instead of covering their customers in dust. Then, when a woman came in to ask to use the restroom, this employee, Maria, denied her that, even though everyone at the laundromat was in consensus to let this poor lady use the restroom. This woman had to drive all the way to Manor, TX and had to pee before she left. You really cant afford her that human decency, Maria? Forget yalls policies. Now, more than ever, we need to show others kindness and courtesy. The customer service and level of cleanliness is horrid. Im never coming back to this cruel and viscous establishment again.

We always do our laundry here. BUt its not as clean as it used to be. I guess the new employees dont care about the cleanliness of this place. The only one I see cleaning when I come in and shes there is Maria. Some machines havent been working and they havent taken the time to fix them. Also I notice that some customers leave theyre clothes in the dryers way long after the time is up and that prevents us from using them, so we have to wait longer to finish doing our laundry.

I had a very bad experience Monday morning. Lesli was on shift and normally when you come in and Maria is here it is very clean, and I am very satisfied about the cleanliness of my clothes. When I came Monday it was very dirty, washers were dirty, floor was dirty, and Lesli was in the work area drinking soda and eating majority of the time. I didnt even want to fold my clothes on the tables cause they were dirty too, and I always fold my clothes before i leave. As long as Lesli is on shift i will not return to wash clothes. I do wash at least twice a week.

This place is great! Staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. Industrial washers and dryers power through loads in no time at all. Highly recommended facility.

Its very clean,true because its a new laundromat. But if you are there when they are closing they tell you to get your clothes and leave you cant finish folding them and they dryers are not that good either you spend almost $3 to get them completely dry. I been there several times during the day but when she made us leave because they were closing they wont get my quarters again. Yes I understand people want to go home when they shift ends but thats rude telling someone you cant finish folding your clothes.

We visit every week and love it! As a family of 6 we go one a week and use the 10 loaf washers for about $10 and the largedryer for another $2! Sabes money on a water bill for sure! Plus we have the card and when you deposit more than $20 you get a 2% bonus added!

It was a great place to do wash until recently. Lately, the Hispanic girl who started working there has left the bathroom open for the transients while she goes on break. The noise level has gone way up with the TVs blaring. I worry this place might go down soon. Not clean and peaceful like the one on Parmer like it used to be.
