Looked up “laundromat with large machines” because it was time to get to my overdue bedding. Tons of open machines of every size, kind attendant, and clean and calm atmosphere. I used to drive across town to go to a laundromat that was always full/only had small machines, just for the atmosphere but I think this is my new go to! Thanks Parmer Laundromat for making a day of chores a lot less painful. 🥰

Used the coin-op laundry. $2.25 per load. Clean washers worked well. Staff was helpful. Most washers were operational. Maybe not the spiffiest new place but, clean, quiet and easy to use first thing in the morning. Easy in and out.

Super friendly. The dryers were free just had to pay for the wash. Very clean environment. Highly recommend this place.

I am working in Austin from out of town. Parmer Laundromat had good reviews so I gave them a try. I picked my clothes up and was TOTALLY IMPRESSED. I would highly recommend their service.After being here for 3 months it is time for me to head home this week. I do want to thank the staff for such a professional job. Been taking my laundry here for many years. In the distant past, I was less pleased with their service for several reasons. Ever since Gregory came on board, this has all changed. He is honest, personable and willing to treat your clothes as if they are his own. Special requests do not upset him. I recommend this business to anyone as long as Gregory is performing the wash and fold service. If he ever leaves, then I will also be leaving. Thanks Greg for being who you are!

I don’t know where to begin, this place is very unclean, the dryers hardly dry the clothes, nearly half the machines are out of order, the employees were wearing their masks under their noses, a pair of underwear were on top of the washer, you still have to pay for the laundry with coins rather than use a debit card like other places do. This place is gross, they need to clean it better... especially during COVID-19.

Old and little. The machines work with coins. 6 minutes in the dryer are a quarter so 30 mins was $1.25. They sell laundry detergent and softener in there. There is coin machine and an atm. I didn’t use the washers but the place was quite busy. Attendant was nice and you can tell he cares about this place.

Its a laundromat!! But, I can use coins, which is my preference.Second visit- I noticed that they have no accommodations for the handicapped. Just an observation...

This is the first laundromat I been to where the clothes still smell like detergent after it comes out the dryer. Friendly service, Nice, Clean and Quiet.

So, me and my girlfriend use this laundromat every week and if you have to go out and do laundry this is the best place to go. When we go the laundromat it is always super clean and a decent price to do laundry. Gregory, who works there is so friendly and helpful. When he is working the place is spotless. He is always busy doing something, whether its cleaning or doing laundry for pick ups. I appreciate that he is always smiling and happy to help. Great job Gregory, time for a raise for you Im sure and you would definitely deserve it. Thanks to Gregory sitting for an hour doing my laundry isnt too bad. Kudos for Gregory. Thumbs up👍👍👍👍

Great wash and fold here

So-so laundromat, older machines. I use it only because its closest to me, I never saw that A/C is running. They have about 10 ceiling fans, that are under-powered and dont help much with air circulation. So, good luck in summer time.Personnel is very helpful though

Decent laundromat- all washers and dryers seemed to be working. I had no issues with mine, and they were clean inside. The place was compact inside, and seems quite busy (visualize a 700 sq ft apt lined with washers/dryers and at least 10 to 15 people awkwardly standing around or secretly fighting for a comfortable place to sit). Definitely not a laundromat to bring the kiddos along. Also, if you arrive at the really busy times, you may be waiting for a dryer, and definitely for a folding table and/or wheeled basket. However if you would like to avoid the crowd there was a sign posted up stating something about simply dropping your clothes off and an employee would handle the washing and drying for you. Seems interesting and rather helpful but I didnt inquire about it. As far as pricing and timing, I paid $3.25 for a 3 load washer, took 28 minutes to wash, and $0.25/6 minutes at the dryer. To dry my 3 load wash, it took 30 minutes on high. Overall, not too bad of an experience. I may come back on a slower day.

I started going here after realizing my apartment complexs laundry room sucks! Clean, convenient and great equipment. Billy who works there is truly helpful. He runs the place like hes the owner attending to needs like cleaning the dryer lint before I started my Dryer! As long as Im in the area and do not have in house laundry, Ill be coming here. Its also around the same price or even better than the hit-or-miss laundry room my complex provides.

They have a laundry service if you are running into those busy days. Very helpful staff, and they keep the place clean. The washers and dryers are in a good price range, and they clean and dry my clothes well. They offer free coffee, they sell water, have two vending machines there and also sell bags, detergent, fabric softener and sheets but a little pricey. There are chars to sit while waiting on your clothes to finish, TVs to watch and table to fold your clothes as well as rolling baskets

Oh my goodness every time I come to Austin on vacation I have to let them wash dry and fold my laundry because I never have enough time to do everything I have to get done and they are always there for me and I am super grateful for this task

Quick, easy way to do laundry while I bought my own. I do think it was expensive per wash, but that’s how it is mostly at every other laundromat. They have TVs, vending machines, and free coffee table for while you wait for the clothes.

Good washers and dryers

Its alright I guess. Its hot, the workers are a bit rude, not all of them. But my boys sometimes run around and they cant even move when they see them coming their way! We go here to dry, last time we tried to go it was way too busy.

Total harassment! Tempted to file a police report!I was rinsing articles of clothing before spraying them with a stain remover spray in the restroom. After five minutes, the man who worked there banged at the door and told me to get out. He said he needed to use the restroom.I picked up my basket and walked out (very nicely by the way). After using the restroom, he then held up my stain remover spray and said Whats this? as if he had never seen one before. I said what it was.Instead of setting the bottle on the counter next to him for the customer to pick up later, he then commanded that I walk across the store to get it out of his hand, (and I mean I had to get it directly out of his hand because I tried sitting in my chair hoping the situation would simmer down, but he would not move and commanded that I get it).To make the situation more awkward, he glared at me and would not take his eye contact off of me until I got the bottle. (He clearly does not want business from his customers).Then he pointed to an article of clothing (my underwear) and said Whats this? as if he did not know that he was the one that forced me out of the restroom before I could get all of my things. He then commanded that I remove it immediately and could not seem to use any language to politely ask the customer to remove all articles of clothing when done using the restroom.To matters worse, he then started yelling at me saying No washing clothes in the restroom! as if it was not already made clear that I was spraying my clothes with a stain remover spray before putting them in the washing machine. This was not rocket science!This was clearly a case of total, unprovoked harassmemt! I was not a customer at all, but an object of wrath for his personal issues.I believe the reason he did this was because I was a young woman, and there was only on other person in the building. If this was during a busy hour, I think he would not have done what he did because other customers would see and he would lose business.

Haven’t been to a laundromat in a very long time. This is an average laundry place. Clean, lots of machines to use. Prices are ok. Everything I washed/dried there... has made me itchy. I remembered hearing two workers talking about yellow recycled water. I will not be back.

One of the cleanest laundromats in Austin inside & out! Ms. Cat, the laundry associate, is so friendly and helpful. I will only patron this establishment even though there are other laundromats closer to where I live.

Wash machine (top) problem

Had a very good experience here. The attendant was very polite and attentive, even running outside to hand me a towel I forgot inside as I was about to pull away.My only gripe is with the dryers, you only get 6 minutes for 25¢ so you feed them quite a bit of change with heavy loads.

I set up an appointment to have my laundry picked up and made sure I was awake and home for the pickup slot. The pickup driver called me and I gave him all of the information he would need to get to my front door, including the gate code, to go left, the building number, and the apartment number(which was included in the info given when I set up the account). It should have taken no longer than five minutes to get from where the driver said he was(the front gate) to my front door. 12 minutes later, I called him back, and he claimed he had knocked 3 times, left a business card, allegedly spoken to my neighbor, and now he was returning to the store. He then hung up on me without trying to resolve the matter at all. My spouse and I were sitting in our living room the entire time, and no one knocked. When I opened the door while on the phone with the driver, there was no business card. None of my neighbors are home during the day. No offense, but I work in customer service, and if I handled a situation this way, I would be fired without explanation. Who would think that this experience is even remotely acceptable?

I very much like this laundromat.

Visited on a Sunday and laundromat was not super busy. However, space was limited. Rows are narrow and machines are plentiful making the small laundromat very crowded. Big 6 load machines (only 2 in the business, 1 of which clearly has a large leak) were 6.25 for wash. There was 20 or so 3 load machines that were 3.25 per load. They also had a few top loaders. Dryers are .25 cents for 6 minutes. Not a horrible place but will try somewhere else next wash day.

Good services. They offer different features for comforters to wash and fold.

If it is Saturday come early. If its after 1pm hard to dry your clothe.

Great spot for getting all your wash done. Always clean.
