I rated high, because the washers was great.Service fron the young pm guy was stunning,But not the am lady, she wasnt friendly, she doesnt care about our money or the service she is supposed to do on that laundromat.The air super cold, which was great with this hot temperatures we got lately.Is impossible to keep Clean the laundromat all day, but it seems like the guys/ ladies try to do their best job.Bathrooms clean.Very convenient location, near the HEB on oltorf.Price, I guess normal ...I really high recommend this laundromat!!

I was greeted by a lovely employee named Jackie Acosta! She was diligent and took time to check on all customers . She was gracious, polite and gave super customer service. This location has truly come a long way!!! Clean and tidy stations. Felt very safe and comfortable. Machines all working, great experience! Thank you Jackie!!

I mean what can I say? Its a laundry thingy place... Dryer was stunningly fast, less than 30 min were enough to dry what would regularly fit in two separate cycles for an hour each back at home and this was on the medium heat level. If you dont have detergent, softener, etc youll need cash but for everything else you can use a card, if you use card directly on the machines it will hold $15 and eventually (after a few days) refund whatever was not spent or you can just obtain and refill one of the laundromat cards for lower amounts. Lady working there was super helpful.

I mean it was a laundromat, it did what I needed, but its advertised as having an arcade and accepting debit/credit as well as coins. Only some of the machines accepted cards, and a good chunk of those the card readers were out of operations and the arcade was lame, but I didnt go there for that so its not a big deal but I do like claw machines and wanted to use one and they were empty so that was disappointing. The employees werent very helpful either.

Didnt honor prices on the internet and didnt have the machine that put money on your card to use was broken not very happy with this place at all also on the internet it said free dryer with wash drove all the way across town to go there and it was complete disappointment

I have used Spin Zone numerous times and always had a nice experience. My most recent visit was the best by far. Thanks to the attendant named Brandon. He never stopped making sure the place was clean ...sweeping,mopping,etc...the place smelled good and shined..the most sparkle to be found was from Brandons smile.

Man that worked there was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help us. Great employee should get a raise.

I was here 2 months ago. And had a great experience. No complaints. Now once again my dryer is not working so Im headed up there again. . The lady working last time was great.

Best kept secret for coin laundry customers, newly remodeled with ALL New machines, Ive visited all coin laundromats in Killeen and Cove and this is the only laundromat where you can actually feel that the AC is ON, attendants are very helpful and always on site.

I paid $186 to have my laundry lost/stolen. The majority came back with oil spots. They gave me someone elses clothes also. After weeks of failing to straighten things out with Mary the manager Jessie, the general manager calls me to offer a solution. A refund and a check to replace my missing items. It was all a lie . I have recovered nothing at this point. But I will be taking the recorded phone calls between myself and every employee I have spoken to, including the GM to court .

Terrible. Woman employee straight-up nasty and rude. She obviously has no use for seniors wearing a Navy Veteran hat. Exceptionally disrespectful. Exceptionally rude. I will never step foot in your business again. Your nasty employee made it abundantly clear from the outset, that I was not welcomed.

I go washing here every month . It’s always clean. They have great employee name Gustavo . He was more then willingly to help me out with no hesitation great smile, friendly and had a good personality . I would recommend to come when his here !!!

My apt washers are down due to ice storm so had to come here. It has been awhile since Ive been but it was surprisingly very clean and the staff tonight, was so nice ! He did a great job. And their machines take visa or coins !! Convenient for sure.

WARNING DONT WASH HERE!!!These machines are a total rip off first they are expensive, then if you use your card in a machine that costs say, $4.50 they put a $15.00 hold on your card PER MACHINE!! . There are NO signs to warn you this will happen AND the female behind the counter copped a major attitude when I suggested they put up signs. Im not usually one to get angry or leave a bad review but the female behind the counter (refuse to call her a lady or even woman) needs a job where she doesnt deal with people. And the owner is just shiesty and irresponsible for doing business like this. Wish they had a no star option.

Its a 50/50 shot on the machines. Theyre super finicky. If you swipe you card wrong or dont act fast, they bug out on you and go out of service. This usually happens after youve already placed you soap in the dispenser, so out a load of soap and have to move machines. If youre low on resources this place could run you dry quick.

I havent been to many laundromats, but this was definitely the nicest. Wifi, tables, safe and everything worked.

Nice that it is open 24 hrs and has a lkttle outdoor shaded area with 2 picnic tables where you can have your dog there. People can smoke out there also. I went late night, past midnight and it thinned to just a few people right after i got there. Plenty of machines. Bill changer can take $20s.

Spent over 3 months in Austin for work & this place was a life saver. Great prices & less than 24-hiur turn around on wash/dry/fold.

They lost my clothes. I can’t believe it. I’ve received a text to pick up my clothes. I show up 2hrs later and they are unable to locate my bag of folded clothes. I don’t live in Austin so I don’t have a backup. I can’t get a hold of the manager.

Great place to wash your clothes day or night. unfortunately you get a lot of homeless though cuz its 24 hours. But its good in a pinch.Also be careful the entrance is steep, drive in at an angle.(you have been warned)

Its open 24/7. Its clean and the washers and dryers are all working good. There is someone who works there during business hours there to help you and its huge. I like going there.

Nice spacious (usually clean) laundry mat. They go through alot of employees. Couldnt tell u one specific reason. The big + is that HEB is right next door. Laundry and shopping all in one shot. 😊

I like this place always looking forward to do my laundry dont know why but I do. Doing laundry is relaxing for me.

No coin changers had coins. They started using cards but only 30% of the machines took them. Charge $1.50 for their card as a deposit. Was a nightmare trying to do just one load as no card dryers were available. Can no longer use the dryer for smaller increments, must pay for 32 minutes even if you don’t need it. Avoid this place at all costs.

This was my first time coming to this laundromat,It was super maintained clean by the nice handsome employe Gustavo he helped me out and guided me from when i got there till when i left. Definitely recommend this laundromat theres free wify, the store is constantly being cleaned, you can also use your bank card NOTE THERES A 15 DOLLAR (HOLD) your money will be drawn back in to your account that same day.

Lost of nice people. But beware if your person who cares about the pandemic. The mask policy is not enforced and lots of washers will walk in get the laundry started then put the mask on. Because of this and over a year of dealing with uncomfortable unmasked situations I’ll just washing at my home laundry mat. Just tired of running to my car because some entitled person who has been “vaccinated” feels like a mask is not necessary (still on the cdc website so yes it matters). Anywho. Hope this gives u some in site. Also yea the laundry mat is 24 hrs. But lady’s pls don’t. Made the mistake of doing that and with a group of guys by my car watching me struggle to get things in my car at 3am was an eye opener. The small very elderly lady was working that night and I can tell u probably not much she could have done. The homeless in the area aren’t to aggressive they stay to them selves (mostly)But you ever get a tamale lady or popcorn lady they all have Venmo and cash app oh and one has PayPal. So no excuse to not say no to them basically

Either Jackie Acosta or Mary Castillo provided no customer service, complete ignorance & a rude attitude when asked a simple question concerning wash prices. Called about 6:30 pm on Tuesday 01/05/2021. Mentally challenged employees at Goodwill & Walmart provide better customer service & are more efficient & knowledgeable concerning their places of employment.

First time to a laundromat in Austin. Its 2.50 for a small/medium washing machine. I had forgotten laundry soap so I went to purchase it from the two detergent vending units. The first one I used didnt work. I walked over to the other side of the laundromat where most people were doing their laundry and bought one for a dollar. Mind you its the powder not liquid. One box did the trick and my clothes came out ok. I prefer the liquid for the fresh scent. If I had used more of the powerdered detergent I probably would have ended up with powder residue on my clothes. Dryers were great and were .50 cents to start for 14 mins and .25 cents for an additional 4 mins. Ive been to other laundromats where you pray that the dryer you pick is gonna work. Ill normally split the clothes into two dryers so that its a bit easier for the dryer to work. 36 mins layer and all my clothes were dry. The place was clean and everyone was wearing masks which I appreciated. Only thing that would make this place better would be to have someone selling tacos or tamales outside. Im from Los Angeles and used to seeing food vendors at the laundromat. If the owner is reading this it would be a great benefit to your wallet and make your customers happier too. Def come back here again.

So grateful that there are still a few 24hr facilities left! I can avoid the crowds and get things done with less stress.

The facility is not very clean.Can you please stop hiring ppl that bring their significant others to work..it just distracts them from doing there work..and please put your cell phones away...the only hard working individual is Mary..

Good laundromat, free fiber WiFi and debit card recieving machines. Just be sure to bring some water or something, 9 times out of 10 the vending machines are broken and there are no water fountains.

Be aware! They allow patrons to bring dogs in without a leash. As the dog approached me, I notified the patron that I don’t like dogs and she completely ignored me and the employee of the laundromat was next to her and did nothing. I asked her is this your dog and all she said was yes. I did not feel I should have to explain that I had a traumatic experience due to a similar situation with an unleashed dog. I will never return to this location.

My favorite laundromat in South Austin. Its run very well, the staff is helpful and friendly. This place is really BIG! No matter what time of day or night I come, Ive never had a problem finding a vacant washer.The parking lot is big, they have outdoor seating with tables and its all gated in. Theres even a childrens room. Big screen TVs are everywhere and they have Google Fiber if you want to surf the internet.

1st time here. The lady tells me to buy a card and instructs me on how to use it on the washer. When it comes to the dryer, I load it up and swipe the card. It does not seem to work very well so I swipe and swipe as I did on the washer. Finally I find the women and explain as she laughs and says I swiped allot of times. The persons dryer below was getting loaded up. Not to mention she then tells me there is no refund. And walks away.

I love washing my clothes there.. but today this place took too much money from me while using the credit card machine.. I asked the lady that was there why was that and she said it was their policy.. and i asked her if there was signs that said it automatically takes $15.. she said there isnt no signs but we have told the manager about it.. They have had previous complaints about it but has not been taken care of.. she was not allowed to give me a number to reach someone about it.. so she took my number.. it took $15 four times.. you guys have to put policy signs about using a credit card will take more then its supposed to.. I just wont be using my credit card there anymore.. and will update if I do or dont get a call back from someone.. also I do own a washer and dryer but I got behind with laundry because of work and spin zone was the only place I could get things done faster

I took 5 large washers of linens here and went to the store right down the street and when I got back, 4 of the large washers of things were GONE!!!!
