The worst cleaners ever.. and the prices are ridiculous.. bypass at all costs.

I love these people. They were always so nice and quick. My clothes always came back perfect. The discount on Wednesday and Saturdays is huge. Even after I moved, I still drove all the way back here for a while before I found another Start Brite in my new neighborhood and confirmed the other location was as awesome as this one. Most importantly, they never shrunk my clothes!

Avoid this cleaner at all costs. I decided to drop by here for the first (and last) time a couple weeks ago since it was conveniently on my way to work. Dropped of a good amount of clothes. Upon pickup the next day, I was informed a couple pairs of slacks werent ready yet, and I had to come back next business day to pick them up.Next time I dropped by, they pulled one pair of slacks of the rack. I asked where the other was. Nowhere to be found, they admitted within half an hour of waiting that it must be lost.Now we begin the replacement process. Which was really just the cashier scribbling something on the back of a cleaner ticket while I bought the pair of identical slacks off the internet right there in the store. They required a printed receipt, and so I had to go back again.Stopped by a fourth time to drop off the receipt. Manager isnt there. Id have to come back the next business day for him to cut me the check. I asked for it to be mailed instead, because I had already had to come in four times for one job. I was told this would be no problem, and I could expect the check to be mailed this week.Ive called three times asking for the manager, or any sort of confirmation that the check is in the mail, or this matter has been taken care of. I was told one of those times that it would be mailed later this afternoon and I would get a call back to confirm. Never happened.Its been at least two weeks since I first dropped by, and the matter is still unresolved. They seem to follow a sloppy, unreliable process which became apparent not so much when they lost my clothes (it happens), but rather when they failed to take responsibility for their mistake. Its just unfortunate that they dont respect their customers enough to resolve an issue like this in a timely manner, and for that Ill be sure to never bring my clothes here again.

First off they charge $6.95 just to have some shorts dry cleaned..No starch...I came in asking for my shorts to be Xtra,Xtra,Xtra heavy when i got there no starch was found in the shorts...On top on that i had another pair of shorts that i wanted to be Xtra,Xtra heavy starched well when i went to puck them up the shorts had three brown stains on them which i know someone had to see them but yet they let me leave withbrhe shorts i had to come back and drop them off again...After this i will no longer do any busy with these people..

Horrible cleaning, I will certainly not use them again. Never leave with all of my clothes, always have to redo something & after redo, its still horrible

Lady closed the door in my face 5 minutes prior to their posted closing time. Now I have nothing to wear to work on Monday. Avoid if you can

After reading all the reviews, I will not use this cleaners
