I brought a dress in for dry cleaning a couple of weeks ago and it was returned with a small hole. I immediately brought the dress back and they repaired the hole free of charge, which I did appreciate. However, when I brought the dress home after the hole was repaired, I tried it on and was extremely disappointed to realize theyd also shrunk the dress so that the hem is now 5-6 inches shorter than it was when I brought it to them. Im pretty upset about this. The dress is important to me, and I spent a good amount of money altering it to the correct hem length only for EcoClean to shrink it. Ill be taking my dry cleaning elsewhere in the future.

I only use EcoClean for my day cleaning needs! Great service and very responsive to customer needs. Highly recommend! And, good for the environment.

Dont waste your time or money. I took in a white shirt with just dirt on the shirt tails from sitting on the floor and dirt around the cuffs and they failed not once but twice. These pictures are from AFTER I had them re-do the cleaning (its just DIRT!). Im all for being environmentally friendly, but if it doesnt get the clothes clean, whats the point? I couldve been even more eco-friendly by not wasting the gas on 3 trips here and saving the water it took to get this not clean.

Burberry Jacket fixed!! Olive oil completely removed and excellent customer service!!I had a major olive oil accident (cap came off the bottle and soaked thru my bag on my jacket) and I thought my Burberry jacket was ruined. There were at least 20 large stains/spots including a completely soaked corner. The staff, more specifically the production manager at the plant called me back to discuss how they were going to clean it. They had to run it through several times to get the stains out... and it looks absolutely perfect!! I am so thankful for their hard work and communication through out the process. I wish I had a before photo to show the difference. Trust me it was drenched in olive oil.

I couldnt be more upset by my experience with EcoClean. I searched both Yelp and Google reviews to find the best, most efficient and competent Dry Cleaners to take care of a winter jacket. I brought in the jacket on Tuesday, and was assured by the front desk clerk that the jacket would be cleaned and ready by Wednesday at 5pm. He even double checked with the pro aka manager on duty who was also positive they would be able to clean the jacket with no problems. I even prepaid! On Tuesday evening I went to pick up the jacket, only to find that it had not be cleaned AT ALL. There was no voicemail on my phone informing me of this. No email. NOTHING. This was completely contradictory to the information I had previously been given in person. I am so disappointed in EcoClean with their subpar customer service and lack of ability to communicate with their customers. Not only did I waste my time, but I was unable to have the jacket cleaned in time for a special event. If I would have known they would have been unable to process the piece, I could have taken my time, money, and business elsewhere.

EcoClean is awesome. Ive been bringing them my clothing for nearly five years now, and theyre always fast, courteous, and they do an excellent job. On the rare occasion when a problem crops up, theyre very quick about both calling you to let you know and fixing it free of charge. I hope Im able to find another environmentally conscientious, excellent cleaning service when the time finally comes for me to leave Austin.

Its great to see these guys opening new locations, there should be one on every city block- although they offer free delivery so its not entirely necessary. Ive been using EcoClean over the past year and couldnt be happier. Its a great company.

I dropped off a pair of shorts with a huge stain on them last week. The service was great and the stain was completely gone when I got the shorts back. Its also nice to know that the service isnt hurting the environment like other dry cleaners!

Go elsewhere, unless you want your clothes ruined.Really disappointed. Ive tried to love you guys, but you keep disappointing.You got ruined a brand new custom-made shirt. It had pen on it when it was returned. Never worn. Had to wear this with pen for engagement photos. Just brought it back to be fixed - the pen is still there. $265 shirt ruined. Unable to wear this at an upcoming wedding. Probably cant get another one made in time.Your credit card machine was broken today.You did not fully clean a jacket I brought in another time.Every item I got cleaned for stains did not remove any of the stains. In fact new ones appeared on my shirts. There was a sample size of about six brought in with stains. About now eight shirts have stains. Im waiting to see if a second time gets them out.Staff is patient and friendly, but quality of service is bad, just pure good marketing.I really want to love you guys, but its not working out.

Working professional who does not use dry cleaning, I decided to give EcoClean a try after a camping trip stunk up a hand made quilt. I got it back in 2 days, they gave me a first time customer discount and the quilt smelled great.If I ever get a job that requires shirt tie and pants I would definitely consider using them for additional services. Helpful and friendly staff that is knowledgeable about the dry cleaning process. They have managed to clean things that I thought were ruined. Even the knick-knacks I forgot in the pockets of my jackets are always returned to me in a neat little baggie with the garment. This is now the only place I take my clothes.

I went into EcoClean and asked them to wash a huge chair cushion for me, and they were totally accomodating. Up until this point, no one had been able to help me, but when I went into EcoClean, everybody was so friendly and kind to me, they gave me a great price, and my living room is now complete with my large, clean chair cushion. What drew me to EcoClean was its reputation. I appreciate the fact that we can get our dry cleaning done without the nasty chemicals of traditional dry cleaners. Their delivery service makes it so easy for working parents, too -- one less thing to have to mess with running around town to handle pick ups and drop offs. Ive used their wash and fold service when Im up to my ears in laundry. Its a reasonable price but still a luxury for me. I wish I could always use ecoclean and retire my machine! My clothes are so beautifully folded and fresh when they do it!

I cant emphasize enough how impressed I am with EcoClean. Before using them, I perused both Google and Yelp to learn more about them. Their reviews were so overwhelmingly positive that the bar was set pretty high. Even still, they exceeded them!I had them wet clean (their specialized system for the standard dry clean) a dozen items. In addition, I asked them to launder multiple button downs and perform a standard wash on a few other items. In total, they cleaned around 25 items for me.Everything came back great! All my clothing was returned looking like new and came back neatly pressed and folded...with a special folding/hanging technique for sweaters to avoid shoulder bumps!Keep in mind, they came to my home and returned it all as well...free of charge! In addition, they gave me a garment bag for future orders!EcoClean communicates exceedingly well. They welcomed me during the signup process and provided personal e-mails during the confirmation process. My online account was updated to let me know they had received all items and how much to expect to pay.And the price was very impressive! I expected to break the bank with so many items and with the delivery process. But that wasnt the case at all! Overall, I paid a little more than a $100. I expected to pay around $180-$220 based on competitor pricing. Again....incredibly impressed with these guys!I am not being paid to say this. Heck, Ive never even met anyone there face-to-face! Im just a very happy customer and want to ensure this local business thrives...because I know Im going to need to utilize their services some more!

I visited EcoClean to have a cape cleaned. The lady at the counter was very honest and told me that she was worried that the cape would shrink since it is raw wool. She even got a second opinion and then spot cleaned the wine stain ON THE HOUSE. I highly recommend this business and it is local. Couldnt ask for more. Thank you!!!

WONDERFUL! I used the delivery service to my office, as I did not dare brave the traffic or parking situations on Guadalupe at 5 around the holidays. The gentleman on the phone helped me with my delivery account. He was very friendly and super helpful. They were on time picking up and dropping off, and they did a fantastic job. I had two peacoats cleaned, and they look SO MUCH BETTER. They removed all the dog hair, and they even mended a small tear I had near one of the buttons. I didnt even ask them to fix that! I am very pleased with the service and the results. I WILL be returning to EcoClean for my dry cleaning needs.

Love this new location! It is right next to Peoples Rx on Lamar which couldnt be better. I use them every time I am in town and am always blown away by how friendly they are.

Dropped clothes off Wednesday 5pm with a plan to take the clothes to a consignment store and sell them Friday at 5. Was told Friday at 1pm that my clothes are running a whole day late. Unacceptable, given I had a scheduled appointment to sell these clothes. I was offered a measly 10% discount on my order after I asked....but wait, whyd I have to ask for that at all? EcoClean: Dont publish a 24 hour turnaround schedule on your website if you dont intend to honor it. And dont make your customers *ask* for discounts when you cant hold up your side of the deal.

I am so thrilled! I wanted to surprise my mother for her 70th wedding anniversary (yes 70th!) by having her 100 year old wedding dress preserved. Her mother wore it in 1915 and she wore it for her wedding. I live in Florida, I was going to visit family in Austin and called several cleaners who would not touch it. When I called EcoClean and spoke to Kerstin Shoberg, she was happy to help out.
