It is a great place to wash large loads at once such as a bed comforter.

I was literally about to start washing and the lady working kicked me out because she said they were closed its 7:40 and it closes at 9 I told her I only have one load and she said no.WHEN I WAS ALREADY AT THE WASHER LIKE WHAT!? Def 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. POOR SERVICE I just always came because it was close to my house but I most definitely wont be coming again. Maybe if she said something before I walked in or locked the door since its closed but she waited for me to set my stuff down to say something. Aint nobody got time for that!! And the fact that it says still open on Google is hilarious 🤣

The place has a lot of space and I have always seen it clean, what I did not like is that I had not finished drying my clothes yet and the person who works there told me to take my things because it was about to close and I left angry because they were missing 10 minutes to finish drying the rest is fine so I give it 3 stars if it does not put 0

Although last wash is at 9 pm, and even though I arrived at this location before 9, on Sunday 12/8/19, the employee told me I was not going to do laundry on his washers. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested his name and a way to contact the owners to report his behavior. He even refused to provide them. Thanks to this man, this place lost my business.

Water made my clothes smell like mold

Came here because it was conveniently close and I used two washers for $7.00 paying with card and they charged me $10.00 each time. When I addressed the staff about it stated that how its been for years and no one else has had a problem with it and that I had to wait til they refund my money in hours but they have no signs to indicate this at all I asked her name she didnt answer act as if she didnt hear me and then I told her to call her manager so she wouldnt get in trouble she then she said shes not going to get in trouble because its not her policy after she then gives me the owners number and says she going to get in trouble for giving me their personal number I called the owner left a message he blocked my number so my wife called him and in the middle of me talking to him he hung up the phone in my face and blocked the number I will be reporting this business to the BBB to investigate this business they are lucky I cannot give them zero stars because I would

I just wanted to share my experience. One the change dispenser took my dollar in but didnt give me my change to wash and no the light was not on to show it wasnt working so I understand how that works. Normally wouldnt complain but the girl that is working right now try to talk to me like i was dumb telling me there is no way it would take my money and not give me change. Basically accusing me of lying. So just want to say it aint my fault she is unhappy at her job but dont make it okay for her to be rude and un professional.

My husband has been using this laundromat for over a year. Even when he lived all the way in Lamar, he came here. Now that we moved closer, we still go there. The place is clean, the machines are in good condition and the prices are great. We have no complaints about the employees.And yes there are children. But you shouldn’t be bothered. Do you want their parents to leave them at home alone? I’m sure not going to leave mine. And surely this will not change my review. The place is just the best!

DO NOT PAY WITH CARD. I will be calling my bank to contest this charge. Machine says its $4.75, charged me $10 and according to other reviews this has been going on quite some time.

I love doing my laundry here. Prices are great and the atmosphere is even better. I love doing my laundry in peace. It’s clean, quiet, and affordable. Well maintained. If machines are broken, they get fix ASAP. Great place.

I’ve been coming to this laundry place for years I’ve never had a problem with any of the employee that work here I’ve always had a problem with the females they disappear like today one was gone for almost the time she open until 930 I need to change I need it fabric softener couldn’t find her the dryer took my money and usually I can tell one of them and they’ll come and fix it and give me my change back and I use a different dryer but instead she always goes missing for 1 hour half man smh

Bad equipment. Bad housekeeping. Bad customer service. We went there two months ago while visiting Austin. The soap chambers were caked with mold and the night lady was extremely rude. She was happy for us to start our laundry in the evening. Then while we were drying and folding it, she kept taking the basket away. Then she made us leave before our clothes were dry.

Love it there, they are taking the safety of the customers seriously.

Bathroom never has soap. They always play super violent horror movies on the TVs, even when there are kids around. There are these gambling machines that constantly play obnoxious jingles really loud. Only a few machines take debit or credit cards, and there are no ATMs nearby. Some of the seating is pretty bad. Overall this is just about as weak as a laundromat can get.

Employee there kept on chatting with someone on her cell and i had troubles starting the machine. So i needed her help and she was pretty much indifferent and then gave me an attitude when i began showing attitude towards her for lousy customer services.

I live in Kyle and this is the only place that I love to wash my clothes....The laundry is very clean, all the machines works great, the only downside is the customers people who think the laundry is a playground for kids...

Ive really never had a problem going here, but something is tell me Im gonna have to change my review after 1/27/2018.

I have been here several times in the past and have been semi-satisfactory with the business as a whole. It is located in a pretty bad area in Austin as far as crime. Several places in this shopping center have been robbed within the last year and half.But the reason I will not go back and encourage people not to go is due to the staff. Specify an older man that works there(I would say gentleman but he is far from it). He has his friends there hanging out with him while he is working talking out loud about people and making threats. When I confronted to advise that I know that he works in a bad area and understand he has to have tough skin but that I was upset and offended by the things he was saying and telling his friends while I was inside. I requested his name he stated he did not have to give it to me for his safety. However what about the safety of the public that he is offending and threatening. I told him I understood and asked for a managers name. He said I am the manager and Im not giving you may name. Im done talking so get out of here. This is completely unacceptable. I told him have a great day and walked to my car. When I turned around he was outside on his phone.I believe he is unsafe and by going to the business you are putting yourself and children at risk. You never know what can occurred had he offended the wrong person in that neighborhood.

Unprofessional customer service, bathroom is always dirty, the employees are always on their cell devices instead of helping the customers who are spending their money at this location, manager hangs up in your face, over charged my card and havent received my money yet! I will never recommend this filth to anyone! Please spend your money elsewhere. I had to get a police report and I will be taking further actions on this matter very soon.

Helpful attendant, always clean. Please turn air conditioning on when needed. More attention to restrooms, often out of paper.

After going to quik wash laundry and had the worst experience ever. This is such a great laundromat. The young boy that works here is super nice and helps out the elderly and all customers who need help carrying large amounts of clothes, plus its way cheaper than other washaterias.

We have came in here like once a week to wash and the lady always has a bad attitude and Im getting tired of it. She looks at us with ugly looks all the time. I hope someone puts a stop to it before they lose money and someone does something to her.

Keeps increasing the prices of washers and just down graded there standard washers to one load washers so they could charge more. Smh gotta use another place now.

I like it, there are support tables, trolleys to carry clothes; The manager was a despot because the establishment said that its closing time was at 9:00 p.m. and the woman did not let me wash at 7:00 p.m. I came back the next day.

The washers and dryers are in good condition a little dirty in the dispensers, coincidentally today the lady who works in the afternoon shift was cleaning them and was upset when I told her that in the two washers that I used to do the cleaning after I I finished my washing since the dirty she was going to remove from the dispensers was going to fall on my clothes! At that time, in an arrogant manner, he told me that why he had not used others, I told him that he would have told me that these machines could not be used and that is really his job and that of cleaning the machines too, to conclude the facilities Laundry are fine but this lady treats customers very badly.
