Clean and not busy (especially on Sundays) laundromat in Austin. There was only 4-5 other people in the place. New washers and dryers that work flawlessly. Be aware none of the washer/dryers will take quarters. You have to have a debit/credit card to get a laundry card to use the machines. Just for the record, I really like the all digital option.

I showed up pretty late last night in desperate need of some clean laundry. The staff here was super helpful and welcoming! This is the first place that has held the door open for me when they saw me struggling to get in with all my bags, and also helped me carry them out to load in my car. Thank you for your kindness!

Needed a clean and safe laundromat after the blizzard knocked out our water supply for an extended period. CoinLess Laundry was just the place we were looking for. Owner/operator was extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked that I didnt have to scrounge up a ton of quarters to use the machines.

I was just stopping in and visiting. I was approached by Ray at the washer and he assisted me as needed. I wasnt aware that you had to purchased a laundry card first but I didnt want to since I was passing through town but I did. After I used the card Ray refund my money for the card. I thought that was nice since I was there for one day. Overall the laundromat was nice and clean. A nice friendly staff and customer too!

Employees are friendly and helpful. It’s the closest laundromat to me but I would go here anyway. Also has a refundable card which you don’t usually see.

Service here has really gone down since hiring somebody by the name of Roy or Rey. This guy makes his own rules about washing and drying clothes. He yells at people for drying clothes at 910 for 30mins and they close at 10. Then the man wants to try and fight you. Unbelievable!!!!! Never will I come here again!!! The owner and management approves of his actions to treat customers like this. Stay far away from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know I used to frequent this place a lot but I dont understand how you charge $3 to buy a laundry card and then whatever money I add on the laundry card now that I no longer need it you only want to give me back the $3 deposit and keep whatever money might be on that card that also belongs to me wheather you realize it or not thats not only fraud but theft. If I purchase a card and I add money you dont just give me back the $3 I paid for the card you also refund the money thats on that card so I think you need to be investigated maybe your laundering money instead of just clothing

I really liked that you don’t need coins. One thing I dislike is if you don’t use all the money on the card you can’t get it back.

Very clean and plenty of space. I was surprised since other laundromats are so compact. Prices are very reasonable. However, the dryer, even at high temp took more time than other laundromats. Maybe it was the dryer, but I could see myself going back.

Been coming here for years and I get that we need to practice social distancing in these time and I appreciate it that. With being said we came in there with our masks on, there was a lady sitting in there waiting for her laundry while we were told to wait out in our car. No she didnt work there. Then when our clothes was ready and out of the dryer, we were told not to fold our clothes and take them home to do that. But all the while the worker who told us that is standing there folding her own clothes then takes it to her car. I mean I wouldnt mind doing that but I live an hour and a half away and I was doing my laundry after work so that helps me cut some time because by the time I get home, everything is closed. Just wish employees practiced what they preach.

When the owner was hands on and fixing his machines, I was asking how and what and who... When you are trying to get something done people can get annoyed. However not him. He took the time to explain and show me how is was doing things. Which I appreciated and seen a different side to the machine. The staff here is really great. They are always helpful. Its pretty straight forward you get a card put money on it and use that to start the washer or dryer. It pretty chill some great conversations sometimes get started up and sometimes its just quiet with people reading while they wait. The staff are kind and one is always there. You can also have them do the laundry for an added price but they do show care as the take care of the laundry. The washers come in many sizes great options for a king size comforter or a small load. I actually drive out of my way to do my laundry here because it is such a nice environment.

I’m pretty sure the lady was cleaning the floor with straight ammonia and I just hope they realize that when ammonia mixes with bleach it creates a deadly gas.. other than that it’s a great location. But kind of run down.

Amazing staff always on borad. Truly amazing owner, anyone that meets him knows. I definitely miss working here and seeing everyone who would come in 😊 I definitely love that we use a card system and is easy to use and more convenient. We have a variety of washer sizes (1,2,4,6 loaders). The best thing about the washers was the time of wait (24 minutes average) very quick and they work amazing. Also the dyers work extremely well!! We also have wifi while you wait or have to very large screen TVs to help time pass by. I can guarantee you that you wont ever be hot with the dyers going because we have wonderful large fans. We also provide a wash,dry fold service and is extremely affordable and convenient if you have a busy schedule. If you havent experienced our business you should drop by. :)

Very clean laundry mat. There was plenty of chairs, tables and also electrical outlets so you could charge your cell while waiting. There is a television to watch as well. I needed a lot of help from the staff person because I was new to the facility and she was very friendly, cheerful and helpful

Ive only been once, but I plan on returning today. So far, other than the price, I have no complaints. And honestly, pricing isnt awful; I could have fit everything in one of the larger washers and dryers, but I chose to separate clothes from linens. There are plenty of machines that work well, and I like the convenience of the cards vs. having to cart around a bag full of quarters. Ive never used a coinless laundry, so I had to ask the attendant how exactly it worked. She was very helpful and polite in walking me through the steps. There is a $3 fee for the card, but its reloadable/reusable, so if you can keep up with it, you can avoid having to pay that fee again. The machine where you get the card only takes cash, but the attendant may be able to debit your card and give you cash, like an ATM. I loaded up my card and was able to wash and dry all of my clothes, but while I was there, the machine for the cards did break. Not a big deal, it happens. The attendant was super helpful to everyone that needed it, and showed no signs of frustration or anything having to run around the laundromat and swipe her own card for everyone.I will say that scrolling through and reading these reviews, I do appreciate that the owner is addressing peoples concerns. And, now I know that the bathroom door does lock.

Its a laundry mat, not a luxurious hotel. Its not going to be the most comfortable location, so keep that in mind. They do have a few televisions, as well as current copies of the Austin American Statesman, the Chronicle, and various other publications scattered about to help you kill time.Occasionally a single machine might break down, but theyre pretty fast at getting them up and running again. Ive been to certain other laundromats where a handful of machines are always out of order. Not the case here. The only real problem Ive had was when a washer locked up and trapped my clothes inside, but the guy there managed to get it open within five minutes and gave me a free wash cycle on another machine.I never use their full service/ wash & fold nonsense, thats not my thing, so I couldnt comment on that. I wash my own clothes, and its neither terribly inconvenient nor is it hideously expensive.Like I said, its a laundromat, not a damn luxury hotel so dont go expecting that. This is the best in Austin/ Cedar Park area.

Well maintained neighborhood laundromat. They just remodeled and its looking great. Its always clean and orderly (unlike some places Ive been before). They have free WiFi, televisions, and snack machines. The location is good, and the staff are friendly.

You can get a prepaid “coinless laundry” card at the store. You can pay with cash or card (!!!) A little on the expensive side (it is the only laundromat I know in Austin. Comparing prices to Los Angeles). But it’s a good atmosphere and fast, reliable machines

Only fluff and fold in town. A little rude, but they do a great job offering a service not available anywhere else in the city. The folding and tight bagging is perfect. Your clothes will make home in wrinkle free tight cubes.

They dont use quarters but thats ok. They use a card that you literally have to move so slowly putting it into the machine. You have no idea how slow you have to move. If you move too fast, it wont read the card! The space is good though. Plenty of seating. The dryers dry well. This is my second visit.

Beware: the ownership of this location has changed hands, and things have already started going quickly downhill. The attendants/staff of this location are still very helpful and friendly, but I cannot in good faith recommend this location to anyone on account of the shady business practices of the new management.Normally, a new owner isnt exactly cause for concern. However, it certainly becomes such when the new owners decide, on a whim, to invalidate all of the coupons and deals printed or offered prior without explanation or prior notification. Again, this isnt a humongous problem in and of itself when youre just talking about a regular old coupon, but the business continues to this day to offer a deal through Yelp for a $25 credit for the price of $20 that you CANNOT actually use.If youre unfamiliar, these Yelp deals require you to pre-purchase them and show the cashier the generated code to claim it. They will refuse to honor this deal, even if youve completed the checkout process and have had the money debited from your account.To the credit of the attendant: she did everything in her power to make things work, including contacting the management directly... only to be told that they not only would not honor my purchase, despite having already paid for it in full. Whats worse is that the management would NOT offer me ANY form recompense whatsoever, both disallowing a refund/store credit for the original $20 Id already spent (the new manager claimed that money was in the pocket of the old owner), nor would they assist me in getting in contact with the old owner, instead instructing me to either Try calling or coming by on Monday or to seek a refund through Yelp. Both of which mean that Im short $20 on a week where I was already pretty skinned.As such, I urge you to choose some other option. Go to a different laundromat, buy your own washer/dryer or, heck, find a friend wholl let you borrow theirs... Just dont give the people running this fiasco any more of your hard-earned money.

The staff is friendly and professional, the facility is clean and cool, and the card system is much easier than coins. Once I forgot a load of dish towels; I discovered when returning to pick them up that not only had the staff saved my towels, they had even dried, folded, and packed them up for me!

Clean and efficient self laundry.

So I was washing clothes last night, it was the end of the day, I had a long day. 10 PM last night rolls around and Im getting my last load of clothes out of the dryer when an african American woman with glasses and short permed hair who works for the laundry Matt tells me that I needed to hurry, keep in mind its 10:02 and the lady who was working tells me You need to hurry its time for me to go and I think to myself okay this is a little much its only 10:02 pm its 2 minutes after closing time. Well the woman stared at me while I was folding clothes making me feel very very uncomfortable because it was just me and her in the store. I believe 1 minute later she tells me with a very angry and rude tone. IM NOT ABOUT TO WAIT ON YOU TO FOLD ALL OF YOUR CLOTHES YOU NEED TO HURRY UP! and at this point Im like Okay is she serious, its only like 4 minutes after 10pm so I told the woman that she was making me feel uncomfortable and she told me Well the only advice I can give you is come in before 8 next time you want to wash clothes she was very rude, and its not her first time being rude to me either. I figured that the first few times she was just having a bad day and wanted to go home on time. But to want me out so aggressively at 10:04 I thought was a little excessive and she made me very uncomfortable and very upset. Please if you done believe me just go back to last nights tapes at closing time and review Howe rude she was to me. I am very disappointed. I live close by too so its sad that now every time I go it will he uncomfortable for me to wash with her being there knowing how rude she was.

The owner (Im guessing it was the owner) was very nice however it didnt seem worth the cost.Breakdown:$3 deposit for laundry card (refundable upon return but an added hassle)$2.45 for small washer,$4.10 for medium washer,$6.30 for large washer,$0.60 for every 15min for the dryer (very large)The laundry card could only be loaded in increments of $5 so there would be leftover money that would require you to return. Exact pricing scheme of an amusement park (pay for tickets, not the specific ride).Getting coins are a pain so I like the idea of coinless laundry, however due to the costly implementation youre better off going the traditional route. Once the price >= $30/mth youre better off renting/buying your own washer/dryer.

I love this place. Theres always an attendant. Its clean, quiet, no crazy kids running around. Its never crowded.

The worst of it is that they removed 5 machines in an already very utilized facility and apparently its okay to leave your clothes in the machines and leave the facility... Youll just have to wait till the owners of said clothing decide to arrive before you can use the machines of which tyou arent allowed to touch. Smh. Not coming back.

I have always liked this laundromat, until today. I went into restroom. I noticed a small amount of toilet paper in the toilet but I chose to use restroom before flushing. When I did flush I saw that the toilet was trying to overflow. I notified the girl behind the counter. She asked me if I had tried to use a plunger to clear the toilet. I replied, no that is not my job. The girl proceeded to follow me outside to ask if I had put all that paper in toilet. Wow! Is all I can say to that. When I asked for the managers phone number she refused to provide it. Instead she called him herself to tell him her side of the story. Then to top it off, the manager was too busy to speak to me at that moment. So I took my wet clothes and left.

They charge a $3 deposit for the reloadable laundry card, so $5 leaves you $2 to actually do laundry with. Seems unreasonable to me, Im sure the cards dont cost $3 to replace.
