Just got my Worldpay SN fiber hooked up in Berkeley. Installer Mark was super friendly and competent, to the fiber cable from the outside to the inside. We was able to reuse an existing hole from the old cable TV that we wont be needing any more. And now were cruising at Gigabit speed.There are also no marketing gimmicks, just friendly, efficient data delivery and good customer service that picks up on the first ring most of the time.
If you like waiting on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a real person, youre going to love this company. Oh, and I forgot. After closing your account, expect to keep getting $1.25 posted to your account every month until you have the time to spend another 30 minutes on hold to get them to stop auto-billing you.
Every time I call these people to order anything I have to say the same thing to 5 different people to get what I need. Try actually listening to your customer instead of assuming we are here to facilitate your absolutely horrendous workflow and people. If the company I work for wasnt balls deep in these people Id NEVER EVER EVER do business with these 2nd string jerk offs.
WorldPay jacks up the prices of online purchases by almost 50% in some cases :/
