Eleni and I were in hypnotherapy school together. We instantly became friends and now I consider her one of my best friends. We gave each other many sessions to help each other heal during the program. Eleni has a lot of life experience and is open minded making it easy to be comfortable with her and achieve emotional release and healing. There is no doubt in my mind that Eleni is going to help many people in a very significant way. I feel fortunate to and look forward to collaborating with her in the future.

Talk about awesome! My hypnosis session with Eleni was something special. From the breakdown of what it is that is going on for me all the way through the hypnosis, Eleni held a positive, professional, caring demeanor. I felt safe to open up about what was going on in my life, what the history of that issue has been, and Eleni listened intently. Then she showed me her reference book and had me verify what it was that was going on for me. I felt a wave of relaxation come over me to see something on a page spell out exactly what it was that had happened in my life. I knew in that moment that I could do some real healing of my entire self by saying yes to this session.When beginning the hypnosis, Eleni guided me into a deep state of relaxation and openness. I was surprised how quickly I felt myself go deep. Here is a frame from my session. There was a moment when my whole body was tingling and I felt myself grow warm over an area where I have scar tissue from surgery. When I entered the session, I felt pretty drained from a long day at work. However, when I was done, I felt energized, grounded, and happy to feel some warmth in my body that lasted for long after our session.If you are considering getting hypnosis, please do it! Eleni is excellent at what she does!

I had such an incredible session with Eleni, I personally cant think of anyone whom I can recommend more for this kind of work. The amount of energetic shifts Ive felt in such a short time was an experience beyond words. She helped me so much with my insecurities going back to several times in my past which contributed to the emotional chains Ive carried most of my life. I had a huge healing process by a Alchemical hypnotherapy session with Eleni. I saw my past life by past life regression before but it was only one memory. Her technique is enable to transfer one memory to another. Therefore her one session heals and gives us insight for a large scale. I highly recommend people who need heal deeper level!!!!!

I was a bit nervous, it was the first time I did hypnotherapy. I had no idea what to expect, I was sure nothing would come up. But Eleni is so good! Shes amazing! I had a past life regression session and she got me into a really deep relaxed state, which is not easy for me! Images came really soon! It was shocking what I saw! It was about the past life I had with my boyfriend. Apparantly he left for war and never came back. I was so confused... I never knew what really happened, he just never came back. The fear, confusion and grief was immense. Eleni led me through those feelings. I could feel her. She is so empathic! My session helped me a lot!
