From the very beginning up until now, Dr. Arocha and his staff have been very helpful to me. Dr. Arocha is a very personable guy, and very easy to talk to. He made me feel comfortable at my consultation. I did not feel rushed at all, which I had felt at other consultations. He was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I arrived the morning of my surgery, and the entire staff put me at ease. They conversed with me during the procedure, and kept me pain free. Eduardo, the office assistant there was also great at always making sure I had everything I needed before my procedure through emails and phone calls. Dr. Arocha was directly involved with my procedure, which to me is very important. Many clinics simply pass you off to traveling technicians, and you never see the doctor again after your consultation. Dr. Arocha specializes in hair replacement, and has many of the accreditations you are advised to look for when looking for a doctor. Now, I am only a month post-op, but I have already noticed many of my grafts took immediately, and never shed. Word on the street is, you typically lose them all, and then they grow back. I believe me not losing them all is directly related to Dr. Arocha being a quality doctor, and knowing what he is doing. He even FaceTimed me a week or so after my procedure to check on me. He truly does care about his patients, and only wants the best for them. I have no doubt I will be seeing some wonderful results in a few months. Can’t recommend Dr. Arocha enough.

Great experience. Would highly recommend Arocha Hair Restoration. The Dr. is highly skilled, experienced and knows what hes doing. He did my hair and grafted about 5,000 hairs - I now look 15 years younger and the chicks dig me!Well - I may be stretching the last part, but I feel great and everyone says I look younger but not really sure what I did. I tell them I shaved my beard - but I know truth!

Dr. Arocha said something to me that really has stuck with me and has forced me to write this review. He said Most people who are happy with their results, never give a review. They have other things to do, their life is so busy. I have to confess this is true. I had this operation over a year ago now and I just stopped thinking about it. Where a year ago I was mortified and couldnt stop thinking about my hair loss! How is that for a total 180?A little over a year ago, I got a hair cut and I looked in the mirror. I was 29 years old but I felt like I looked 40. I felt like it was pretty unfair, to be so young and to appear older. Im also short, so going bald really impacted me as people would be able to see my forehead easily.I was balding in the front and in most places it was pretty much hairless. My hair was also thin as well, Ive always had fine hair, which made it look nice, but when it came time to get a hair transplant as that was the only option I saw to fix this, either that or glue a wig on, I was worried. This was my very first time I had any procedure done of any medical kind. Worst thing Ive had done in the past was getting fillings in my teeth, so I was the virgin to the idea of any kind of surgery. I was very skittish. Dr. Arochas team took their time with me, letting me know I could start when I was ready, even on the day I was going to start they were very nice about giving me time.Any time I voiced up during the procedure they immediately stopped and asked me if I was okay and used more pain medicine to numb the area. I used a lot of their supply but they were very gentle.I get up in the morning now and I dont think about my hair. People that see me dont think I even went bald. Its really that good. Certainly when Ive been sweating or I go into the pool or something you can tell I am balding, but its very minor. Now during normal hours I feel I have a full head of hair. Combined with finasteride I feel like Im not losing more or its slowed down so much that I dont notice it.Anyway, its a long story. But if youre thinking of going to Dr. Arochas place I highly recommend it. I did a lot of research and chose him. The only critique I would give is the area around the office isnt the best first impression. When you walk in the place is like an art gallery though, so dont let the exterior fool you about their high level of expertise and professionalism.
