Great service to use and glad I found them. Customer service is excellent! They brought me the bin on time and put it exactly where it needed to go. After I was done filling it they came on the scheduled day and picked it up. I will use them again if needed.

The customer service provided by Bin Dumped is outstanding.I had scheduled a 20 yard dumpster to be delivered to my home on a Friday by a different company, scheduled the prior Monday. They promised delivery and said they would send an email. Never got the email, never got any info and called the number back and never answered the phone with no option to even leave a message. I had a problem because work was beginning Friday.I called Bin Dumped and explained my situation and he said they were super busy, but he would get me a bin if not Friday, first thing Saturday morning. He gave me pricing, terms and conditions which were very clear and delivered on time. I called the next Thursday for pick up and they were out the next morning.The pricing didnt change and no extra fees charged for the full dumpster. They truly provided the best service Ive received in a long time. There is no doubt I will use them in the future when needed. I would not even consider another company.

They have always provided me with great customer service - have been prompt with delivery and pickup, flexible when I have needed it and have taken great care of my property (trees & driveway) when dropping off and picking up the Bin. Super easy to work with and reasonable prices. They also take care to put wood down on the driveway to not damage it and to place the bin in a position that is not going to cause issues with accessing other parts of your garage/driveway. Great service. Had a dumpster on our property within 24 hours of our call. Driver was right on time but called ahead to let me know when he was 15 minutes out anyway. Driver was courteous and double-checked bushes and trees before backing in. Pricing was in line with most other companies but customer service was far better than other companies with which Ive worked. I will be getting another dumpster soon from Bin Dumped for our next project.

I called this company 4 weeks early to set up a dumpster. The reservation was all set. A few minutes later I received a call back saying that we book too early. When it was time to book a dumpster rental we went another company. We received no confirmation that our reservation was still active. Bin Dumped came out with a dumpster and notice that we had one onsite. They decided to charged our credit card $108.00 for cancellation fee. When they were the ones to call us and cancel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Sherman did not send a text to your phone. Everything that I said happen the way that I said it did. I will contact the BBB and the Texas Attorney Generals office to file a complaint.

We had to empty our container several times. Every time I called the bend dump crew was right on it and took good care of us. I highly recommend them for any remodeling or construction you might have in the future. Good company to work with.

Im a contractor and get several bins a month. The price is lowest around, Ive shopped them all over the years. The best thing is their response time. You are in contact directly with the owner, gives you his cell # and I bother him at all times of the day and night and he gets dumpsters on site next day. Its Sunday @730pm as I write this, just got a reply text that he will have one on site for us tomorrow. Thats customer service.

I got a 20yd bin. they were flexible and provided great service. They put wood down on the driveway to not damage the concrete - this was a nice touch. The bin was clean and has a compact foot print. They can really get it into tight spaces...I did everything over text - worked out great.
