Easy to book online, and a live human called me to confirm almost instantly. It was delivered on time, very early so I got full use out of it the first day. It was picked up the same - very early on the day as scheduled. There was no damage to my property, and the cost was exactly as quoted. Customer service and pricing fantastic!! Want to extend a day or more no problem. $4 per day. If you want to get rid of a lot of junk, forget junk buster and services like that and use Grime Time. Dumpsters nice color of blue and look good and you can get rid of the junk at your leisure.

They picked it up on the scheduled day. I think 14 days. Their equipment was in good condition. Not ugly and dented. I will definitely use them again.

We selected Grime Time based on reviews. The dumpster was dropped off first thing on the day requested, however we had requested a late morning pick up on Saturday. They were at the house at 6:00am to pick up the dumpster. We were not finished emptying the house and was told by the driver that he could leave it but we would be charged a $100 pick up fee and it would not be picked up until Monday. We were moving out on Sunday and did not want to be responsible for what ended up in it after we were gone. I called the office and they were spectacular! They made it right. They brought out and dropped off a 10 yard dumpster at no cost to us and gave us an hour to empty what we needed out of the house. That was all we needed. Sometimes you find out how good a company really is when there is a problem, and how they deal with it. I would definitely recommend Grime Time to anyone who needs a dumpster!

They were able to put it right where we wanted toThe only downside has been that they dont give a good drop of or pick up time the day before. I was able to clean out 35 years worth of junk from my garage and attic. Fast delivery after you schedule for it. Availability to adjust pickup day by shortening or extending the time with a fee of $10 a day to extend. Two 10 yard dumpsters made quick work of cleaning out our home that sold and had to ready for new owners the following week. Would highly recommend, I happen to just underestimate the size I needed. But I was able to after 2 days schedule a pick up with delivery of another unit the very next day. My mistake cost me double rental fees but with a promo I was able to save on each one.

I ordered a dumpster online for a weekend house project. I called and confirmed my order the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I asked what time would it be delivered. They told me they wouldn’t know until it was placed on one of the contractor’s routes (which is understandable). The day comes for the dumpster to be delivered, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. They called me back at the end of the day and told they had no record of my order (even tho I requested it online). I tried to order a small dumpster but the lady I spoke with told me they usually send a bigger dumpster for house projects and proceeded with the buying process. I told her I didn’t need a big one and she continued to “recommend” a bigger one. I told her that I was going with another company. The other company had it delivered the same day.Update: A Grime Time employee called me and told me that they wanted to change my opinion of them. They had a dumpster delivered quickly (within 2 hours). The staff were so sweet, you could really tell that they wanted to fix things. And fix things, they did. I’m glad I decided to give them a second chance. They did not disappoint. Thank y’all so much.

My mother was side-swiped by a Grime Time truck on I-35 a few months ago, knocking off her side-view mirror. She followed the truck for many miles, honking and flashing her lights. When the driver finally pulled over, and she pulled in behind him, he took off again at high speed. She got his license plate and made numerous calls to the office, explaining the situation. The woman who answered promised to have someone call back, but no one ever did. Eventually they quit answering my calls at all.Unethical Company!

I used GrimeTime a couple of weeks ago. Their rates are reasonable and their staff is very responsive. They were closed on the weekend and I needed to keep the dumpster an extra day. Highly recommend. Will be using them again soon! Easy drop off and pick up, and love the fact that we were contactless, because of the pandemic. I used their biggest size, and it was able to fill up at least 6 couches/recliner, chairs, old TVs and plus more. We had room to throw out dozens of bags (at least 50) of trash, clothes, old toys, plus more and room to spare. For the price, you get what you need plus more. Planning on buying more furniture in the near future, so will be cleaning out the rest of my home. Grime Time is my #1 place to go.

I ordered a 10 yard dumpster. I put in my demo waste and then the homeowner filled it with their junk! Grime Time got us another dumpster right away. At the beginning, everything went great. Their price beat every other company around. They showed up with the dumpster on the day they said they would. However, I called the day before the scheduled two week pickup to extend our rental for two more days. I actually spoke to the receptionist, and she entered my request in their computer. The next day, I even received a confirmation of my request to extend our time for two more days. Guess what? They showed up two days early to pick up the dumpster.You may be wondering why I am giving this company five stars. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The next day, they delivered another dumpster for free, AND told us to keep it until we were truly finished. Usually, you have to pay a daily fee after the initial two weeks. But I offered at least two times to pay the $10 per day fee, and the owner said no it was free. I cant say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.
