My appointment was confirmed same day. They emailed me a few questions and then sent me final confirmation. The team called to give me a one hour heads up. They were prompt, professional, and nice guys. They gave me a quote up front with pricing. Once agreed, they got everything out of my apartment in just a few minutes and then loaded it up in the truck so they’d be out of my space quickly. I 100% recommend them!

WOW! We needed an old hot tub removed from our deck. Other companies had much higher quotes and we would need to break the hot tub up! Junk Luggers arrived on time and the amazing crew took it out in one piece and were done in no time at all. These guys were great. Two men showed up on time and ben called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Only took a couple hours and they went so far as to even sweep up the area! I’d definitely use them again.

Bait and switch! Buyer beware!I sent a picture of a rock pile I needed removed and got a quote. The truck pulls up the next day and Im told the rocks are heavy and they must charge a 70% heavy load surcharge on top of the quote. No explanation for why the surcharge was not part of the quote other than the office always lowballs quotes, sorry. Of course, by then I had wasted enough time and energy that I was stuck and told them to proceed. But you can learn from my mistake and work with someone else who wont gouge you at the last minute.

Knowing they will donate/recycle as many materials as they can made this an easy choice when combined with the quick scheduling of the estimate and job. They were even forgiving when I realized I missed something during the estimate and added it the day of the job. I highly recommend using Junkluggers. I recently moved out of my apartment and needed assistance donating a couch, washer, dryer, and a couple of tables. I called Junkluggers and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. The moving team arrived right on time, provided a very fair quote, and moved my items out within 20 minutes. As promised, I received my donation receipt via email shortly after.

Great guys, cleaned up after, no last-minute changes in pricing or time. highly recommend (and I have used other junk hauling companies before and did not have a great experience)

So thankful for the Junkluggers! We decided to purge and clean out the house (and get some new furniture) during COVID quarantine, without bulky pickup from our trash, no Goodwill and no dumpsters that were available for dumping. We had almost a whole garage full of stuff to get rid of or donate, and we were stuck! The Junkluggers were so accommodating (I even asked if they could come earlier the day before and they worked to fit me in), they worked really quickly (with their masks on) and really tried hard to fit as much in the truck as they could (we could have probably filled up another quarter truck). I love that they even go through stuff and try to donate what they can. Highly recommend if you have junk removal.

We LOVED the team of guys who moved our stuff. They were sweet, funny, and bright. Totally trustworthy. And they took such great care moving very heavy furniture around corners and down stairs. Great service. The crew called when they were on their way just like I was told they would. They arrived within the agreed upon window and were quick with the quote. Once I gave the go ahead, they got right to work. They had to call in a second truck with additional help to get the 20 year old swing set gone, but it did not effect my price. I didnt realize it had been installed so well. When they were done, they even filled in the holes where the concrete footings had been. I highly recommend them.

Moving from a house to an apartment with lots of stuff to get rid of...after sending them pictures of the junk pile, Junkluggers gave us an estimate and upon loading the truck, adjusted the final charges downward! We were thrilled that they also donate items and will send us a tax receipt for any donated items! I was also impressed that they accepted the pictures and sent the estimate on Sunday with pickup first thing Monday morning!

It was easy to schedule pickup, the Luggars arrived promptly, did no damage getting items down the stairs ( no easy feat with curves at both top and bottom!),, were friendly, and the price is right. If the price had not been acceptable, I was under no obligation to use the service. I also like that they try to “rehome” items instead of everything just being discarded. They will be my “go to” in the future when I need to downsize
