These guys were on time and kept in touch with us so scheduling was no issue at all. Two guys arrived in a big truck and were 100% professional the whole time. Both Mike and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice to work with. They started loading and never stopped until my garage was emptied and loaded on the truck.... Let me start off by saying the job was completed. Now for my issues. I run a call center (which is on the other side of the wall from where we were working) I explained to the two gentlemen who showed up that there is a call center on other side of wall and try to keep that in mind as they were working in our space. I noticed numerous times where one of the two men had blatantly knocked over cubicle walls or the movers dolly to let them hit the floor. So I reminded him several times yet it continued to happen. Now onto the other issues. I paid for two truck loads of junk to be hauled off because they said they could not fit it all in one load but at no point did they let me see how full the first truck was before they left so I am not sure it was even full but $1500 later the job is done. The other piece that happened and this irked me more than any of it. One of the two gentlemen accidentally knocked over several cubicle walls simultaneously but the problem was they landed against the wall so I now I will need to pay to have someone repair the damage and the second thing that had the cubicle walls land on was an all in computer/monitor/camera specifically designed for virtual deaf interpretation.When I showed them the damage they shrugged it off. If I had not needed this job completed I would have and should have just told them to leave when that reaction was given to the damage as if they had no care in the world to causing me additional work and costs because of their carelessness. I will not be using this company again and I recommend you think twice unless you don’t care about them damaging the items you are not getting rid of. And if you do decide to use them definitely keep an eye on them to make sure you are getting what you paid for.

Quick phone call to set up an in-person quote (with full option to say yes or no on the spot), though every question was answered effectively enough that I knew pretty much everything before the arrival. Very fast scheduling, and great communication letting me know arrival times. While my junk didnt fill up an entire truck full, it was quite the hefty load. It only took minutes for the two friendly guys to move, load, and then haul it away. Perfect service!

Victor and Miguel were awesome! They were very nice, respectful and did what I asked. They came out for an estimate, but we’re also able to do the job that day. This is my first experience with this company and it was great. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I had a great experience with 1-800-Got-Junk. I scheduled on Thursday for a Saturday estimate. I called to get more information on how it works and the person that answered was very helpful. They called early Saturday morning and offered to come earlier than my schedule time. I told them I hadn’t had a chance to pile up the stuff I wanted them to take yet and they said no problem they would give me an estimate for whatever I pointed out. The estimate was very reasonable. I had just done research into the cost of getting a dumpster to load up myself and this was cheaper and someone else was loading it for me! Win-win! The guys that did the work were super nice and went above and beyond. Found a lizard in the junk pile and saved him and showed my sons who thought that was pretty cool. They even piled up some brush they weren’t taking into one spot for me. I hope I don’t accumulate this much junk again but if I do I’m calling 1-800-Got-Junk for sure. Thanks guys.

I ran into a situation where I couldn’t fit my whole house into a truck. So I needed some help getting rid of a bunch of extra stuff. I called got junk and they responded right away. They got two guys over within an hour gave me an estimate and got rid of all of the extra things that I needed to get rid of so I can be on my way to my new house.Levi and Jordan were exceptional at service and were incredibly helpful. They were very friendly and efficient. I super appreciate it!!

Awesome service and employees were very friendly. I bit high on the price for how many items we had. If you can afford it would recommend doing a full truck and spending 800 vs a half truck with not even half the items in the home for 400. I was going to use there services today and realized after how many trips after going to good will. It would be cheaper to rent a pod and or a dumpster for the other home. Still overall great experience and service!

Victor called informing that they were in the neighborhood and could arrive earlier than scheduled. I’d just finished a conversation with my friends who were helping me saying I wanted to try to move the appointment earlier. Less than 15 minutes later Victor and Benjamin arrived. Victor asked me to walk him through and identify the items I wanted removed, and then immediately came up with a strategy to maximize their efforts while reducing the amount of time needed. He then reviewed the pricing estimates for amount of space needed and we soon came to an agreement. At that point all I had to do was sit back and observe the well orchestrated removal of all my unwanted items. The entire job took way less time than I thought it would with Victor and Benjamin completely following all COVID safety protocols. They were complete professionals to the point that without my knowing, after the initial assessment of my needs, they determined another truck would be needed. Shortly after they began my friend said another truck was arriving. Without missing a beat as the first truck filled the second truck moved in therefore eliminating any downtime and waiting. I was only in town for less than 48 hours to close out my father’s apartment who is currently not doing well and is hospitalized in a hospital just out side of the Nation’s Capital. As a COO of an organization based in Washington DC (Georgetown) I highly recommend 1-800-I Got Junk!

My wife and I were helping my sister clean up her house after her husband passed away. We had loaded a bunch of the junk into the back of her truck that we had cleaned up. We didnt have time to go and unload it.before we had to head back home and my sister was needed her truck to go to a doctors appointment. We didnt know what we were going to do because it was the weekend and there wasnt a place open that disposes of paint and chemicals. We called.them that morning and for a reasonal price they came and took everything away. Very pleased with the service we got.

Fantastic service. My mom recently passed and we had them come in to clear out most of her 3 bedroom house. A mix of trash and donations. The two men were respectful and efficient. One concern was the large amount items that could be donated. I tried calling a National charity but their lead time was several weeks. Got Junk had time available the next day which was huge! I highly recommend this service. Best call I made. They were a massive help!!!!

Great, fast, friendly service! I called this morning and our junk was gone by this evening. A job that would have taken us hours and who knows how many trips to the dump took 30 minutes. We were told how much it would cost up front and it was well worth it!

It was good just overpriced (which I can say cause I got work done last time and it was a LOT including multiple pieces of furniture and mattresses for a reasonable price) kinda disappointed I wasn’t there in the moment to have a say ab it. Glad it was done but I was definitely ripped off
