They dropped the package off at the wrong address. Their customer service email address does not work. Their 24hr chat does not work either. Still on hold with the 800 number as there is no local dispatch number to call. Good luck to all who choose to use these guys.
My package is just sitting on the truck down the street for 3 days waiting.....for what, I dont know? They wont let me pick it up either.
YRC is a joke. They constantly lose freight, damage freight, and to top it off they are ALWAYS the carrier trying to tack on additional accessory charges and reclassification fees. Literally any other freight company is better than these clowns.
Choose any company close in price. YRC will pass along extra charges after delivery to make up for under quoting freight. They Added $100 for delivering to a large business because it did not have business hours posted on the website and a house was located on the property. REALLY??? (25% Increase)

Terrible experience. Delayed delivery 3 different times because they have trouble finding a driver. Took a day off work 2 different times only for them to cancel. What a joke of a company.
This company was a week late on their guaranteed delivery and when the delivery guy arrives he tried to tell me he couldnt get the boxes to my front door! I do not have a weird placed front door or even in a tight space. He simply didnt want to bring them there. This is a joke of a delivery company.
They are the worst. Our shipment was delayed because they couldn’t find a driver with a lift gate which we had originally requested when we put the order in. We had to call up and down the chain to find a driver ourselves which we finally did (their dispatch refused to help or assist). They billed us additional fees because our address was “hard to get to”. Turns out that was a false claim and we supposedly are getting a refund for that fee, but have yet to see that come through. They damaged our boxes and TVs we had for an installation job. This was in late September - we filed a claim, had their claim guy come out. Then turns out they “lost” the claim and now we have to go through the process again. This company should be investigated for screwing over customers and charging false fees...but I guess you get what you pay for and there’s a reason they are the cheapest. If you truly need your shipping to be on time and arrive safe for business purposes, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Quite possible the worst freight company on the planet. Impossible to nail down a delivery date, then even harder to get a time. Driver will deliver between 9 - 5, when pushed for a better time, na thats the closest we can give you. Not sure they are even worth the grief if they were free.
My 4 or 5 experiences with these folks have been good. Drivers are friendly and never had anything damaged and they have great pricing. Communication isn’t super proactive but that’s par for the course with freight companies I’ve learned. You have to initiate communication for updates or use tracking tool on their site. I’ve had more problems with ups freight than yrc. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
This company is bad absolutely bad! They are going to skip my state to go to a different state to only back track to my state and to top it off they were holding my package for over 5 days before deciding to ship. Stay far far away from this shipping company!!!!!!

Terrible company. Will not give you a delivery window. Lies about what service you paid for. Delivery service into my underground garage was paid for. They want to dump everything on the side walk. TERRIBLE service.
Continually delay my shipment with no reason. Was tracked in Austin near my delivery area now for some reason it’s in San Antonio the complete wrong direction going on a week over due and saying that it’ll take 4-5 more days to get here? You can truck across the US under that time, but 1.5 hour drive takes 4-5 days
Worst Freight company ever. They lie all the time and say delivery was refused when they just didnt try to bring it. I was onsite all day and never received a phone call. They have the worst customer service as well.
