Absolutely fantastic experience. The location is perfectly located in downtown Austin. The staff are amazing. Cory is top notch and was great to work with. I spent a week working from the location and it was my first time using Industrious. They have a customer for life. All the amenities were exactly what I needed and the community there was great. Cant recommend it highly enough.

Great co-working space. Industrious is professionally run and managed by staff who is friendly and responsive in all of their locations, and this location is no different. The building itself is new, well maintained, and in a great location in the heart of downtown Austin.

Have been trying for a week just to get simple pricing information but it seems if you do not come in person to do a tour they will not tell you. Strange.Update: Still trying to get pricing; they still refuse to send emails. Downgrading to one star.

Our team has absolutely loved working from here! This office has such a great vibe. The team here is outstanding and does a fantastic job of taking care of you every day. We have been here a few months and will be leaving soon. It has been such a pleasure being here. Thank you to Andi and Margaret for making this temporary need a great stay! We will miss it!

Industrious is amazing! The office space is vibrant and full of great peers. They have such an inviting atmosphere and serve breakfast, snacks, etc. throughout the day. Industrious Austin has nailed hospitality and creating community. Margaret and Andi do a great job of being helpful and connecting people but not being overly burdensome. Im a month or so in but they have created a warm and productive vibe and have landed on a good ratio of offices to co-working desks -- mostly offices. Good thing they are opening a new location - Austin deserves it.

Industrious was a temporary office location for my team, though we wished our time in the space lasted longer!! The offices are located in a prime location of downtown with amazing office views, access to garage parking within the building, and great service. The space is always well-kept, has additional private rooms dedicated for conference meetings, phone use, and wellness, coordinates events, snacks throughout the day, and package service! Our team productivity in the space was exponential!! Industrious is everything youd want from an office space downtown!

While I have only been here a month, I am a big fan of Industrious. When I moved to Austin I toured three different co-working spots and found Industrious to be the best of them all. They have mastered the balance of social interaction and productivity. As an accountant, I have found it to be the perfect spot where I can interact with people but also zone in and get my work done. The common areas are never noisy so they provide a great work space option if you need to step away from your desk. What really makes it is the friendly staff -- Sarah Lawton has made me feel right at home!

We love the space - the staff, the furnishings, the tech works well. Walkable, convenient location. Good cross section of co tenants. Vibrant but focused atmosphere.

Industrious Austin is so fantastic it will make you look forward to going to work. The offices and community spaces are immaculate, extremely spacious, and all have a fantastic view. Sarah the community manager, Jeremiah, and the rest of the staff are unbelievable at creating community, keeping impeccable care of the shared spaces and going the extra mile to provide extra touches that make all the difference. Each week there are happy hours, community events, snacks, coffee, fruit water, breakfast tacos, and always a few fun surprises. We chose this office because of the location and how flexible their options are. It is hassle free to add additional offices while we grow as a company. We have been extremely impressed with our experience and I would absolutely recommend Industrious to anyone looking for a fantastic downtown office location!

Industrious has definitely exceeded my expectations of a co-working space. Since they cap the number of members it ends up being an excellent balance of social interaction and productivity. I often find myself in the open spaces working and feel comfortable taking important phone calls. In a busier coffee shop/public space/even a place like WeWork that’s a bit busier, I feel uncomfortable leaving my laptop at a desk to take a phone call. I always feel comfortable at Industrious and especially appreciate Sarah Lawton for making this office such a welcoming space.

I absolutely love working with DrumFIT at Industrious. The space is so open, the people are friendly, and there is always an abundance of yummy treats and refreshments as well. Additionally the staff are courteous, helpful, and pick nice background music on the daily. If youre looking for a mature crowd to work amongst that likes to have fun at least once a week (happy hour Thursday!) all while being around an amazing Austin skyline view - this could be the place for you. :)

I recently relocated to Austin for a new job at a company that is growing their presence in the area. I was nervous about moving to a new city not knowing anyone and working for a smaller company. Working in the Industrious office space has been one of my favorite things about moving to Austin! Sarah and Carolyn take such good care of us! We have fun happy hours, great snacks and comfortable common areas! Its also nice to network with people working for other companies in the space who you might not meet otherwise. Industrious rocks.Weve bounced around a few different co-working spots in town and while each has its own relative strengths, this one has proven to be the best fit for our needs as a maturing small business.The decor and vibe is professional modern -- this is the sleekest space in town thus far. The layout is great allowing both your own team some privacy and culture, while still encouraging interaction in the social spaces and through the events they organize.And the front-desk team is absolutely phenomenal. While this space isnt as social as Capital Factory or WeWork, Sarah and Caroline go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and get people together during the weekly happy hours, regular chair massages, and other organized events.

We have been working out of Industrious since they first opened and we love it! We looked at a handful of other offices / co-working spaces in the area and nothing compared to Industrious. What we love: the staff, spacious private offices, floor to ceiling windows, well-decorated common areas, conference rooms, open phone rooms, snacks and drinks available, Taco Deli Friday Mornings!

I cannot recommend Industrious Austin highly enough. Over the past couple years that my firm has been working out of their space, weve always felt that its *our* space. The member community is vibrant and diverse, the work atmosphere perfectly balanced between buzzy and respectful of productivity, and the community managers are the best Ive ever encountered. If theres an office available (which can be rare at the original ATX location), snag it. You wont be disappointed.

Industrious Austin is a dream workspace! Theyve thought of everything here, from the variety of coffee and snacks to the luxe amenities in the restrooms. Sarah and Carolyn are both incredibly sweet, smart, and quick to assist with any question or concern. Ive been working at Industrious for three months now and I couldnt be happier. The location is great, the other coworkers are friendly, and the space is cozy and conducive to great work. I have zero complaints! I absolutely love Industrious. I am the Sales Operations Manager for DrumFIT (one of the tenants of Industrious). They always provide great customer service to our team, are very interactive with all of the tenants, and host great events every week to engage everyone!!!! Really nice place to work. The common areas have more of a feeling of being in a living room than office. Cold brew, beer, La Croix, you name it at your disposal. Central location to downtown and reasonable rent. Everything you could need.

Dishonesty and a lack of professionalism from Sarah, the community manager. Everyone that works here always seems to be in a bad mood- the turnover is so quick. The environment just wasn’t pleasant.

I work all over the country, remotely for the most part, living in and out of hotel rooms- so whenever I find a chance to share in a coop working space, I scoop up the opportunity. I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at industrious a few weeks ago, while my time was limited in Austin and I only spent a day inside the offices, I was extremely pleased with my ability to do work there. The desk space provided not only great views of Austin, but an upscale interior design that helped keep me focused. My internet connection was efficient, never lagging and when I needed to do things like print and copy, the transition from my computer to paper was smooth. The other working folks at Industrious were cordial and willing to strike up conversation over coffee or snacks, but never overbearing, or distracting me from my tasks. I couldve gone the entire day making friends and networking, or being left alone at my desk, or enjoyed the ambiance of people interacting around me while I worked away... it was a make-what-you-want social place.The highlight of my service with Industrious was with Sarah Lawton, the key point of contact. She helped set up my day, my workspace, and provided me with all the tools I needed way before I even thought to ask. She was open to all of my inquiries and I never had a problem communicating or finding her. Its nice to find such a professional, and groups of professionals, in such a professional environment in a world of trendy, experience-chasing shared working spaces. I will certainly be coming back next time my travels carry me to Austin, and if I ever found myself here long term would consider a small office inside the space.From what I learned, they are very reasonably priced on a month to month plan and there are no fees for office management or office supplies (INCLUDING INTERNET! Whoa!), so the leasing fee sounds pretty worth it to me (considering it would be less than office rent in the city there for a lone worker like myself)Cant wait to come back again and enjoy the Westins of the shared office space world.
