Purchased defective Sony Xperia Z for T-Mobile. Initially contacted T-Mobile to resolve, they asked me to wait approximately four days to resolve the issue to have the engineers look into the issue. I was very patient. When they couldnt help me, I reached out to 520 for a replacement or refund. He asked to bring by a week after purchasing, the day after I informed him they were unable to fix. I was forced to purchase another device just to use my phone. I missed the first appointment. I then set up another appointment the next day and made it there. He did not want to refund my money or have me wait at the store as he was going to have dinner first and needed to see what was wrong with the phone before he makes that decision. I reluctantly and foolishly agreed to return the next day. I attempted to contact to get status, no answer. Left voicemail requesting a callback. No return call. Called back two hours later, spoke to owner and he told me he can call me in a couple of hours that he has not had a chance to look at phone yet. I asked him what time and he said I just told you a couple of hours. I told him I dont appreciate the customer service with all thats happened and he hung up on me. I called back and left him a voicemail saying that I dont appreciate the hang ups and if he cant handle this civilly I will report him and his business. I called him back two hours later and he told me he hasnt looked at it yet.l was beyond frustrated at this point and demanded a refund. He said F.U and hung up on me again. He then texted me and said I have recording of you cursing and sabotaging my business, send friend, whatever, I will no longer contact you. I had my friend call to get info, he said he cant help him and to do whatever I needed to do and he will do what he needed. THEIF, LIAR, CHEAT AND HAS NO SENSE OF RESPECT WHATSOEVER!!!
