I am a new fan of Jon Batiste and needed to add his music to my home library. While part of my order was delayed because of his newly released album, the staff at OneLive were responsive to my requests about timing. All the music I ordered was received and in great shape. I cannot wait to spend hours listening to my new musical & very gifted friend.

Theyve had my package at their distributions center since the 26th. It was supposed to arrive on the 28th, then the 29th, then the 3rd, and now the 4th. I seriously doubt Im ever receiving this package. If youre considering ordering from someone who uses this service, take my advice and find someone else to order from.

Always a good experience. I’ve purchased many tickets and VIP packages through OneLive. Tickets have always been delivered on time or at the venues. The VIP merchandise has always been delivered on time as well. They’ve solved a couple of issues for me that went above and beyond. They do a great job!

Purchased 2 tourbooks; after they failed to deliver them the first time they resent it and the package was empty!!!! I was of course charged import taxes however they refuse to refund them. Note that they also never apologiezed for their mistakes.

My family had the opportunity to meet one of our favorite NASCAR drivers, Jimmie Johnson, in 2019. ONELIVE made the experience so meaningful and thoughtful. We were provided a relaxed atmosphere, without any hustle and bustle, to visit with Jimmie Johnson. It was incredible for us. We even had the opportunity to have personal items autographed by Jimmie. Unfortunately, the item broke, shattering the autograph. When I reached out to Jimmie Johnson and his foundation, ONELIVE was quick to respond and helped coordinate a replacement. This was so generous of the organization - especially since the item was important to my husbands cancer recovery. We hope to have opportunities to work with ONELIVE again. I will never order anything from any retailer than uses this company for delivery again. I placed my order April 29th it is now May 21st and still no package, which I have to be home to sign for. No tracking information was available for 2 weeks and when it finally updated it showed my package near Dallas (Im in Houston) since May 6th. There is no number to call for their delivery service so i emailed them on the 13th and 19th of May and never heard back. The estimated delivery date just keeps changing to the next day, unless its a Friday then it will bump it to the following Monday. This has been going on for weeks.

I understand that there is shipping delays, however I couldnt even contact them to see why or where my package is or when I could expect it. I ordered Jon Batistes lastest album/CD with his autograph. But when I got my package I saw no autograph. Long story short, I emailed ONELIVE about this and with their exquisite kindess and patience they helped me out. We emailed over several days and yes, I was a tad irate at the beginning, but all was smoothed out. Their feathers were never ruffled. They hung in there with me. I truly appreciate the folks at ONELIVE. Their customer service couldnt have been better. All is well. What more can one ask when needing customer service & they come through with 5 Stars PLUS. Not a thing.

Have been dealing directly, and exclusively, with OneLive for my ticket needs since 2015. Am very discriminating about the performances I attend. Additionally, I prefer the more intimate and storied venues. Sound quality and an entertaining evening are important to me, so dont hesitate to spend a little more for good orchestra seats. OneLive has proven to be reliable, communicative, and professional in every instance that Ive dealt with them. My seats have been excellent; if merchandise has been a component of the purchase, delivery consistently has been timely and contents have been high-quality. Furthermore, OneLive customer service is peerless. Its staff is courteous and quick to respond to confirm, clarify, and/or ensure that ticket purchasers concerns and expectations are met. They have alerted me on several occasions to advise an artist will be appearing in my vicinity. OneLive is my go-to for concert tickets.

I made a fashion nova purchase ONE MONTH ago for a trip that I’m leaving for TOMORROW!!! I hadn’t purchased from fashion nova in a long time but the last time I ordered delivery was exceptionally fast!! It is clear that fashion nova partnered with this company and this company is horrible! I won’t order from fashion nova anymore as this is unacceptable. I ordered a few items from Fashion Nova, (nearly 3 weeks ago) who obviously partners with this company for delivery purposes. I received a delivery date 2 weeks ago but that date has came and went, still no package. I no longer have a delivery date nor has there been any updates. When I put my tracking number in on the Fashion nova site, it will tell you to contact these ppl but you won’t get far. This is terrible service on all parties. Fashion No a should be doing business with a company that fulfills deliveries in a timely manner.

I share the same sentiments as other users. I’ve never had an issue with ordering from Fashion Nova and delivery up until Onelivex. My order was scheduled to be delivered last week on the 8th. The website has indicated my ordered is delayed. It’s been a week and still no improvement. No one to contact from the website. Poor service. It would be nice to connect with a human to share my experience and find out where my package is.

If you are missing a package and have just found these reviews............. Im sorry to say that it seems like you either wont receive it or will wait WEEKS. This company falsely advertises fast shipping and provides poor service. I hope fashion nova stops working with them soon. I ordered from FashionNova during their Black Friday deal and was suppose to receive my package on December 8th. Well, it’s been a week now and I got a notification saying to contact this company. I have called so many times and have emailed both parties. I have not heard ANYTHING from them. This is the most unprofessional, non responsive company I have ever experience. This is the worst experience ever. I’m waiting on stuff for work that I need for this weekend. Why is my package being delayed? Why won’t you respond? OneLiveX is very poorly operated. They in no way provide faster shipping as advertised. I ordered from one of their partner stores and was given an exact delivery date. It’s been over a week since the expected delivery date and I have no update on where the order is or when it is expected to be delivered. It also seems impossible to get in touch with anyone from “OneliveX” to ask for an update. I would think twice before ordering from any stores that use this company, if you’re looking for your order to be delivered within a reasonable period of time.

My package and text messages shows due to arrive today 12-15-20 now it shows some type of exception was made and to contact this site... Fashion Nova will lose my business where you get all of my money .. once I finish using my credits I’m done or I may give it to someone who has time for the unprofessional, poor quality cheap quality shipping and taking my money paying for extra shipping but it’s sent out when you want to send it out...sit around the house waiting my package only to find out it’s not coming on my own.. I ordered from fashion nova on Black Friday 11/27/20, it said to be delivered in 6-8 days, but I still dont have it. I understand that there is shipping delays because of the pandemic and the snow storm but Customer service said I’ll get it b4 Christmas. Now is says is in Brooklyn since the 18th but that’s not even 30 minutes from my home so what is taking so long? This is so unprofessional and false advertising tell me you take a month to do this delivery. Christmas is in two days and I don’t have my package. I had packages delivered from further locations and yet this company is the worst I had ever seen. I see so many complaints that I don’t understand why fashion nova works with them. I just got a phone number but they’re closed till Monday the 28th . There’s no customer service, something else to add to this horrible year thank you.

Clearly there’s an issue with THIS delivering company. I work for USPS and although we are experiencing some delays, it’s NOTHING like this. The worst thing fashionova could have did was partner with this company. Fashionova’s delivery dates use to be on point until they made courier changes. I have been waiting for weeks for my delivery time to update and it just says exception. this is beyond ridiculous and everyone should file a complaint with the BBB.

I literally heard nothing until Dec 11th and they said there has been a delay even though the package is one state away. There have been zero further update from Onelive. Its insane that I ordered products on the same day from another COUNTRY and it has managed to arrive already. You guys need to do better.

Placed an order with Fashion Nova on 12/21/2020 because deliveries were guaranteed by Christmas Eve. Well not only do I NOT have my order as of 1/2/2021, but Lasership told me they never got the package, and that Fashion Nova uses this company here, ONE LIVE, to carry packages from their warehouse to the shipping facility. So tell me, how is my package not showing activity since Christmas Eve, and it didn’t even make it to Lasership? Fashion Nova needs to stop using this company. There’s a reason the reviews here are unanimously 1-star ratings. It’s because this company is awful!!! FN guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery and these people can’t even make sure this’d happens. Why is my stuff and thousands of other packages still sitting there not moving? Go on twitter and search for all this. It is a MESS and a major issue. Horrible service. Fashion Nova and OneliveX deserves each other. Like many on here experiencing shipping delays from Fashion Nova using OneliveX, it is true! I too have been waiting since Thanksgiving to receive my order and nothing. Supposedly my shipment is still in Woodridge now Lombard, IL. DONT GIVE US FALSE INFORMATION OR HOPE on our order if it hasnt shipped yet. What a bunch of BS. I ordered from Fashionnova on 11/27. My order was shipped out on 11/29. It had been sitting in Woodridge, IL since Dec 2nd. All of a sudden on Dec 8 my tracking said delayed, then on Dec 11 it changed to Exception and said that UDS had not received my package and to contact them for questions. I emailed them on Dec 12 and called them. The lady took my info and said she would pass it along. Ashlyn Gilmer responded to my email on Dec 14 asking for my tracking info. I received no response after giving her my tracking info but it is now Dec 15 and my order is now in my city so hopefully I get it today or tomorrow. I have another order from Fashionnova that is waiting to be shipped out. If I had known that delivery would be this stressful I would never had made that 2nd order. I am so disappointed with this carrier and with Fashionnova for switching to this carrier.

Fashion Nova uses OLX to ship their packages to USPS, I have been waiting for my package for over a week. Youre better off saving your money until FN figures this issue out. FN should really reconsider using OLX because of this issue and multiple customers are losing their packages because of OLX and its highly untrustworthy.Edit: thanks for providing and email.
