We were with Big Commerce for 8 years and so thankful we have made the switch elsewhere. They raked us over the coals with increased pricing with features that were not relevant to our business. They gave us less than 24 hours notice of the price increase with no info on the front end of the website to inform us. When we called and asked support of course they did this all heading into a weekend so no billing available and they are never available to talk to you on the phone, its only the gate keeper custom support reps you can talk to who are not knowledgeable about even pricing tiers?! They could not even tell us how the pricing worked on these higher levels. We were so disappointed with how we were treated like a number after giving them years of our money and business. We will go where we are treated best and will never work with these crooks again. If you like being treated like a number and price increases with no fair warning this is your company!

Management is a joke
