Horrible. You have to jump through hoops to get your gift card. They have a 5 step process to verify your identity and your order. Totally ridiculous and unlike anything I have experienced from another company. They have my credit card info and my money just send me my gift card!!! I dont understand their absurd process. I didnt feel comfortable sending them a photo of my drivers license to verify my identity and no one answers the phone when you call, so I guess Im SOL and wont receive my gift card.

I bought two itune cards the first one had problems the support team helped make it work after 17 emails?? :) But it should not have been a problem in the first place... I foolishly bought a second card and it did not not work either? After a few emails they no longer return my request for help the card Does not work:( shame on them:(...ED Viera
