Jodie was utmost professional in the handling of my May 2018 downsizing estate sale in NE Texas. I was overwhelmed at the thought of downsizing a three bedroom, two bath home and two bedroom, 1 bath apartment into a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment 45 minutes away. The thought of hiring help only increased my anxiety because of the rampant dishonesty we are bombarded with in the news, but my research paid off when I contacted Caring Transitions. Jodie was honest from the start. I had a lot of questions that he patiently and promtly answered. I truly felt, as it should be, that we were collaborative partners. Jodie, Sandra, and the helpers they employed were wonderful. It’s truly refreshing to know that companies with honesty and integrity still exist.

Jody and Sandy are very caring persons who treat you and your stuff with respect. When contacted they responded by coming to the house to know what they were dealing with. They were respectful at all times and did allow me to change my mind. At no time did I feel uncomfortable. To be able to clear my house of the things no longer needed was a great relief. You cannot go wrong using Caring Traditions of West Austin!

We are so thankful for Jodie and Sandra. They performed as promised, it was a great experience, and they are really nice people!! They obviously enjoy what they do, and they do it well.
