I had my CFO vet out 20 different companies when we wanted to switch off stripe to process payments and brad & the team at EPD are the best, bar none.They’re support has been the best we’ve experienced. They’re much easier to work with when any issues come up (for ex- we made a minor change in the company that resulted in higher than usual chargebacks - Brad’s team was able to talk to the banks and come to agreement without them placing a hold on any funds). They’re also much cheaper (we’ll save 50-100k this year in fees alone)I’ve been super happy with them and have recommended several dozen of my clients to them as well - who have also had great experiences

Never go for this company, likely a identify theft operation. Kept collecting more and more personal documents from us knowing that there was no apt solution, simple go for a different processor! ZERO STARS.

Terrible company! Wasted months of my time and then continued to take fees after the bank they signed me up with to process our payments through said we had only 30 days to process. Completely frustrated and now we are done doing business. Dont waste your time with these guys like I did. Because of these tiny fees you just lost potential customers.
